100% hands down the best dealership around!! Chelsea at Crescent was recommended to me over 20 times in a Facebook group so I just knew I had to give her a try! I have never met a more welcoming and honest group of people! Chelsea really worked some magic for my fianc� and I and I really couldn t be any happier. The entire team was so pleasant to talk to and work with! I will definitely be back when my fianc� needs a new car! You can t get better than Crescent!

I had an absolutely amazing experience buying with crescent! Purchased my first car with the amazing help of Julia! Absolutely recommend buying with them. The whole process was so smooth and they helped me with everything i needed! Especially as a first time buyer my nerves had been through the roof, but they made me feel so comfortable! Couldn t be more thankful for Julia! And the rest of team at Crescent!

I drove over two hours to see a van I had been looking for so long. The salesperson David was amazing. This was the smoothest transaction I ever made. Crystal from the bank that approved my loan was so awesome I ended up doing business with them as well. I would highly recommend them as a car buying option.

I have to say, it is always a pleasure to do business with Crescent Automotive! It is always amazing business, Julia was a great sales rep. She listen to what I was looking for and put me in the exact vehicle I was looking for, I even went back in the same week and got my wife an early birthday present. Thanks again! Also if anyone is looking to get a great car loan Romea at Srp is the person to go to, she also helped to make this multiple deal go through with ease!

We have purchased 3 vehicles here over the past couple of years. My truck, my wife's Expedition, and my daughters Jeep. The entire team is great, honest people. Prices are the best around. No reason to haggle much since they are priced well which saves a lot of time from a stamdard dealership. We did find a few minor issues with the vehicles (they are USED cars), and they had them repaired at no cost.

I highly recommend Crescent Auto. My son was purchasing his first vehicle and they made each step so easy and enjoyable. Their prices are better than expected and their service is well above average (no pressure at all). My husband and I have purchased many vehicles throughout the years and this was by far our best experience ever. We worked with Chelsea and will definitely visit them again when in search of a vehicle.

Crescent came highly recommended after my other car got totaled. I bought a Ford Focus in December 2023. The day of my purchase, they were kind enough to follow me home in the rain and drop the car off. I was grateful to have a car during such a hard time in our lives. Ever since, it's been one thing after another with the car. Horn/panic alarm not working, headlight filled with water and faulty mount, noisy brakes. They fixed these issues within the warranty period. I looked back at the original ad for the car though, and it appears to have been purposely turned away from the photos to hide the originally bad headlight. I happened to also be looking at it on a day it was raining and I was not offered the chance to start the car myself to know of the faulty light pre-purchase. I would not have bought the car knowing there was damage at the time of sale. They made out on the sale really good, at my expense and inconvenience. Now a month later my brake lights are out and I am wondering where else this is going. I will never come back to this establishment or recommend anyone else to buy here.

This was the easiest, most hassle free vehicle purchase in my whole life. It was finally time to part with my 03 Ram 1500. It had over 207,000 miles and the wheels were literally about to come off and repair costs exceeded the truck value. A friend at work referred me to Crescent. I looked at the inventory online and since I was at work, sent my wife to look at 2-3 trucks I really liked. David Satcher met her and showed her the vehicles I was interested in. She called me and said every truck was very nice but what impressed her the most was how friendly and laid back David was. He explained every detail of every feature of the trucks he showed her. He understood our budget and offered great advice with not one ounce of pressure. After work, she and I returned to Crescent together. It was late and near closing time. David showed me all the trucks I liked until I d made my choice. I told him I wanted to trade my old 1500 in and asked him what they would give me for it. He called Brian out to look at it and I told him it needs a pretty substantial repair. He asked me how much I wanted and immediately agreed with my price. I was stunned because I never expected to get the KBB value when it needed such an expensive repair. To cut a long story short, I had a deal in less than an hour. I bought the truck of my dreams and had a damn good time with some folks I d now call friends of mine. It s seems weird to say but I feel like I ve know David and Brian my whole life. This is no doubt the only place I ll ever buy a car or truck from again! Thanks, Crescent you re the best!

I had the best car buying experience! I ve purchased several vehicles (around 25) over the 35 plus years I ve been driving and Crescent was by far the easiest and least pushy dealer I have dealt with. It s a family owned business and it shows. My salesperson (Julia) was outstanding and the whole staff was very pleasant and friendly. I flew all the way from Arkansas to South Carolina to pick up the car and they made the trip well worth it. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. You should check them out!

Disclaimer: No one asked me to write this review, this is my honest opinion.After having some terrible experiences at big dealerships, it was so refreshing to find Crescent Auto! After a lot of research and recommendations from others we called Chelsea who helped us get pre-approved quick (even over the Thanksgiving break). We came in and test drove a couple of vehicles, and she answered all of our questions. Not only was Chelsea helpful and kind, but the whole team was so accommodating to us. I didn t feel taken advantaged of or harassed. You can tell this company has established a healthy community and that overflows to the customer. We walked away from the whole experience with excitement, knowing we got a great deal on the loan and vehicle. The Adkins will now be long-term customers for future purchases. I came upon Crescent Automotive online and made the trip from Augusta, Ga to Aiken, SC (only about a 30 min drive). I was looking for a used, dependable car or truck with less than 100k on it and between $10k-20k. The selection that was available is top notch - SUV s, trucks, and cars pretty much all within that range. As soon as I walked up to a vehicle, I was immediately greet by Russ Vernon, who was a great help and exactly the kind of car salesman I like - not pushy, didn t complain about how many vehicles we wanted to see, and was knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. I prefer smaller, family run businesses because of the customer service you receive from before the sale, during, and after. These Guys are top notch and we re very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend working with them if you re in the market for a vehicle. Thanks for the help Russ! 10/10

On June 6th my husband and I purchased a Toyota Tundra from Mr. Bill! He was super helpful and really nice! All the staff was super friendly! I highly recommend doing business with them! I will be back!

Update from previous statement: right after I hit the pot hole we took the Jetta to be looked at and come to find out THE CAR DIDN T HAVE ANY OIL (as in, the issues were not from the pot hole, but from the car running on no oil). After the TOP TO BOTTOM INSPECTION I would assume the car, used or not, would come with oil (what dealership gives people a car with no oil? And what kind of automotive shop after looking over the car several times didn t notice that there wasn t any oil?). Due to the lack of oil I could be experiencing worse car problems. WHAT KIND OF DEALERSHIP or AUTOMOTIVE PLACE IN GENERAL GIVES A CUSTOMER A CAR WITHOUT OIL? The pot hole was pure coincidence (and it was barely even a pothole), and the issues, according to the mechanics that had everything to do with the car freaking out because there was no oil. I ve never had to worry about checking the oil after getting a car from the dealership in my entire life.The staff was nice, but I feel like I was lied to about the car myself and my husband bought. We have had nothing but problems with the VW Jetta since the very second my husband drove it off the lot. Upon pulling out of the lot the tail light was out, my husband called Crescent and they had him take it to C&C, that problem got fixed then the head light went out which they also took care of. We went back and forth to C&C three times because they couldn t figure out why the dash was showing a light out until my husband noticed it was a headlight. Just when we thought we were in the clear, we were driving it to Augusta, went over a pit hole, and the car started skating with the epc light on, my husband could barely hit the gas to accept it, we pulled over turned the car off and back on and that light went off, but still comes on from time to time. Now the Jetta is rumbling and shaking (like a wash machine) and the check engine light is on and it squeaks when my husband tries to speed up. Keep in mind we purchased the car in the middle of November 2023 and all this has happened. I am extremely disappointed, they re lucky they got one star. Never again will I purchase any vehicle from there.

After dealing with 2 lemons from 2 different dealers, I have to say Crescent didn t do me wrong and i m beyond thankful for that. It s been a week and haven t had any problems. Bought a beautiful 2019 Nissan titan diesel and it sounds and looks beautiful. I will say, look underneath the cars/ trucks. Noticed 1 or 2 with lots of rust. But I will be coming back for my sisters car and my girlfriends jeep soon as I pay off this beauty. I m not going to steer anyone the wrong way, go to crescent. Don t go to Stokes hodges in Granitesville SC or Lees auto in NC. Horrible experience. GO TO THIS PLACE!

Excellent car buying experience. Beth was awesome. Bought a 2015 VW Beetle for my daughter's first car. Staff was friendly and professional. Very nice selection of cars/trucks. When we did have a small issue with a window motor - which could happen on any car - the repair bill was paid by the time I picked it up at the repair shop. They went over and above and I appreciate it! Will certainly give them the first shot at my next vehicle purchase.

Great people, great prices, and no BS add-on fees. Plus a full tank of gas!! What more could a person ask for? I'm sure I will be back. It was worth the 500 Mile Drive. The best buying experience I've had in over 30 years.

Bought a car in January from them. Everything went well with 2 test drives and looking good under the hood. Used yet that's expected for a 2012 Ford Focus. Had some transmission issues and they resolved them ASAP. Good vehicle driving well for over 5 months. Highly recommend them for their dedication to a quality vehicle and customer service.

By far the easiest experience buying a vehicle. They gave me 5k more for my trade in than the other dealerships and Chelsey handled everything for me. From start to finish ( getting there to look for a new truck to actually picking it up) I may have seen her for a total of 15 minutes. Highly recommended! I drove over 11 hours today (from Indiana) to purchase a VW beetle from Chelsea at Crescent. She stayed in communication with us the entire ride, had the vehicle serviced with brand new tires put on for us, and provided great customer service to us today. Would highly recommend Chelsea and the team at Crescent automotive for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. Great work Chelsea!!!!!!!!

My experience was extraordinary! Bill is a great salesman. He s attentive but not overbearing. The office is family friendly! The underwriting staff is very patient, and make sure every detail is addressed. I m so thankful my husband suggested this place He s been doing business with them for years!
