They called us yesterday saying my car could be repaired without accessing the damage first. Then we received a phone call last night asking us to bring the keys down. So after a 2 hour ride from where we live we get down there and a man walks out with a smirk on his face( I knew by that look it wasn't good news) and tells us it was a total loss. They could of called us last night and told us the same thing without wasting 2 hours riding down there to bring the keys. I would not recommend them.

Our Ford Explorer was damaged on 11-6-2023 after a collision with a deer. All repair shops in our network told us it would be Jan 2024 before they could start any repair work. I happened to stop by Classic Collision to speak with staff the next day after our accident. I informed of our issue and instantly, the manager, Wes told me to get our explorer to him and he would start on it asap. We took our vehicle to Classic Collision that evening. Within a week they had begun repairs.Chris, the parts coordinator was lead on getting parts for our repair. Chris was diligent and forthcoming with information and did his best to get Ford Factory parts back on our vehicle versus aftermarket cheap product. Chris was transparent, professional, and understanding of our time, even after a few minor hiccups. After the few minor hiccups, Chris and Wes made those issues right through the process of our deductible. Chris and his team had our vehicle back to us by middle of Jan 2024. Chris reassured, if any issues presented itself from the repair, to contact him immediately and he would make it right. Just a week later, one of the headlights stopped working. Chris had been transparent with us on this particular replacement part prior to us receiving our vehicle back, in which he advised the headlight was an after-market part. Chris told us if it caused any issues, he would replace it with a Ford Factory headlight. Fast-forward, I contacted Chris about the headlight issue and two other small issues. Chris scheduled us in immediately, replaced the after-market headlight with a Ford Factory headlight and repaired the other two minor issues. Chris stood by his word and catered to our needs even after insurance considered our repair complete. It's hard to trust people in this line of work nowadays, especially when it's a corporate business but people like Chris still exist and we are thankful Chris was the overseer for the repairs on our vehicle and showed integrity and accountability throughout the entire process.

The corporate world has took over the Paint and Body business and this place in Aiken is a prime example. My car was dropped off as non drive-able and was picked up after it was completed and is still non drive-able. The work they did is laughable and nobody should bring them anything to work on. I now have a car that has to still be repaired and I m having trouble finding a real shop to take on the work that Classic failed so miserably at. They caused damage from all the work they so called did and did not do. My car is not safe to drive so if you would like to bring your vehicle to a place where they cut corners and try to hide piss poor work, then this is the place. After all, their motto is If you can t leave all 10 s on the review don t leave one at all, it will make us look bad

This was the first time coming here. They are friendly but professional. They keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. They did a great job.

The worst experience, we went for my Nissan Rougue, my insurance sent us to this place, where due to a head-on accident, they only replaced the bumper, they did not check the steering or the problem that the car really had, they said it was just paint, I had Take it to another shop, where they changed the stabilizer bar and the Axo on the side of the crash... in short it was a waste of money and time, they had my car for a month just to put some paint and a new bumper, and leaving The problem with my car, they also left it dirty inside and out... a real ordeal, I would never recommend it...

Very horrible experience. My husband & I set up an appointment with the receptionist for the following week to bring our car in for repairs. She even double checked with another lady for correct availability. She was provided the insurance information for the company that will be paying for the damages. We didn't do a claim with our personal car insurance, as we were hit by someone in a U-Haul & the U-Haul insurance is paying. I leave work earlier to make sure I make it there before closing & one of the ladies makes it seem like we don't have an appointment or anything. Then proceedes to tell me they do NOT accept this insurance company. When she heard what phone# we called she didn't even say anything. I had to ask her was that their phone# to prove yes we did call & make an appointment. It was a total waste of a week waiting for the appointment when we could've already been scheduled with someone else. No one called us to inform us that the U-Haul insurance wasn't accepted or that our appointment was cancelled. Very unprofessional!!

We were hit in left side rear on Whiskey 12/2/2022. The responsible party was insured with All-State. All-State told us to take the vehicle to Classic Collision for repairs. The rep at Classic took pics and prepared estimate but said only 1 of 3 parts could be found (the main damage was to the bumper and that was the part she could find). She said we should go ahead and purchase the bumper because she could only find one, and All-State would reimburse, but they were booked until late March 2023. That rep has since been fired and Classic will not do the repairs because they do not have all the parts (which was OK with us). Now we have to find someone else to do repairs after waiting over 3 months only to find out they won't do it.

We will see susposed to be under new ownership last yr look car to gt small dent out of trunk and they were rude and didn't hook the back up camera back up I just recently went by and they were helpful this time we have another scrape to deal with so we will see insurance co. Only gives a couple of choices

I recently selected Classic Collision of Aiken to repair rear door damage on my 2014 Honda Accord. I was ABSOLUTELY thrilled with the work they did for me. They met all their promises made in the contract and even returned the repaired vehicle to me a day earlier than promised. The work done is outstanding. Cannot tell there was ever a problem there. I cannot recommend Classic Collision enough.Service: Body & Trim

I had a pleasant experience when I brought my Silverado in for a repair . They took me to rental company I got the rental dropped the rental back off at classic collision when repaired was finished and picked up my Silverado .. Hassle free they are my choice of any vehicle repairs is needed Use classic collision you will not regret it

Had some communication issues but they got them resolved and did a great job fixing my truck. Just had my car repaired after getting hit by a deer. They were great and tried hard to get it done as soon as they could. Communication this time was great. They also donated a paint job for a car I donated to ACTS. So appreciate that

I had to have my 2005 Toyota Camry repaired due to someone backing into my door. Chris Johnson and the awesome team that worked on my car went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed right the first time. They actually beat their own estimated time frame. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs their cars fixed. Thanks guys for top notch service!!

My vehicle was returned with pieces still hanging off, my vehicle was full of ants and paint thinner spilled all in the back and dirt all over the inside. Very unprofessional. Also ensured not to send my survey for work to us, they know it will hurt them....

THEY TOOK FOREVER!!!! They had my car since the End of February. I m just getting it back today. Kept getting my hopes up about it being ready for pick up, but when I got there it was a different story Three times! I had to pay a percentage of the rental fee, plus my deductible. The manager offered to take $150 off my deductible, but when it was time to pay acted as if he didn t remember what or how much he said! They only put a brand new head-Light on the right side & left the old fogged up head-light on the driver side. I ll never use them again!!!! I didn t like how I was treated or spoken to by the manager. KENDRICK PAINT & BODY WOULD NEVER, I should of just waited for them. If I knew it would of taken this long.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience with Classic Collision. My vehicle was delivered to them by a tow truck (after hitting a wild hog) on a Wednesday and the following Friday my car was ready for pickup. I received daily emails with the status of my vehicle, you have the option of several methods to receive updates. Everyone was very friendly and great customer service. Once they received my vehicle they handled all correspondence with Insurance company. Highly recommend Classic Collision if you need vehicle repairs.My daughter had someone pull out in front of her today and damaged her vehicle and I didn t hesitate to ask the tow truck to take the vehicle to Classic Collision.

Everyone at Classic Collision of Aiken was so kind and knowledgeable! They completed the work on my car in such a timely manner and also kept me updated on each step along the way! I will most definitely be going back to them in the future if needed. Highly recommended for any and all of your auto repair needs!!!

I had the best experience at Classic Collision of Aiken! I had damage to my bumper, back passenger side, and my lift gate on the back of my car due to someone rear ending me. I took my car to Classic Collision and spoke with Jon. He helped me immensely, I cannot say enough about his customer service and knowledge. I run a Healthcare agency and not having a car is not an option for me and he was so reassuring and got to work on my car immediately. I asked him a million questions about the insurance process and what I needed to do next and Jon and Classic Collision took care of everything. The damage ended up being a little more than the insurance company approved so Jon called and spoke with them and got it fixed right away. I had my car back in 3 days and they even allowed me to drop my rental car off at Classic Collision and they had enterprise come and get it from there. I worked in customer service for years and I manage multiple offices across 3 states in my current job, and I can tell you that good staff members are extremely hard to find and Classic Collision has found a gem with Jon. I also know that integrity within a business and excellent customer service are unfortunately not the norm anymore but I truly feel like Classic Collision honored everything they told me and made a stressful situation so much easier on me. I cant thank you enough, Jon and everyone else at Classic Collision. I will continue to tell everyone about my outstanding experience with Classic Collision of Aiken!

I took my truck here to get a visual estimate, as requested by my insurance company since they are a pre-approved shop. I made appointment for a visual estimate and showed up on time and requested a visual estimate. I was told they could not do a visual, but they needed my truck to tear down to assess damage. I was told if they didn't do the work or the truck was totaled, they would put all the parts in the back of the truck. I explained that the insurance company specifically wanted a visual estimate as the insurance company felt the truck was totaled. I was told I was mistaken and didn't know what my insurance company wanted, as they had an electronic order. I told the Rep that I was specifically told to get a visual estimate. I was again told they could not do a visual estimate. I said OK and began to leave and then was told they would do a visual estimate. This visual estimate took about 45 minutes. The estimate was about $4200. I noticed the estimate did not replace the radiator, which was leaking in their parking lot. The Rep told me I shouldn't drive the truck with it leaking like that, but couldn't add it to the estimate since he couldn't see the leak and this was a visual estimate. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, so based on the poor customer service and the possibility of getting my truck back in pieces, I want to another pre-approved shop in Aiken. This shop included the radiator and 2 frame parts Classic Collision missed (over $500 in parts alone) and their estimate was about $3200. This estimate was completed in less than 15 minutes. The Rep as this shop was very customer oriented, very pleasant to deal with and did not argue with me, even though he got the same electronic request from my insurance company.Long story short: Poor customer service, their estimate was about $4200 and another shop in town, added $500 in parts and was about $3200. That is a huge price difference for the same repair.

I was very discouraged at the fact it was by appointment only. The last thing someone wants to do when they have been in a wreck is make appointments to have a simple estimate done on there vehicle
