Took my 2019 Jeep Compass here due to some start up issues, they were very accommodating. After about two days, I drove it back home and ran some errands the following day. Dan messaged me asking how the car was running, which I appreciated greatly, I voiced a slight concern and he said he would like me to swing it by the shop. They addressed the issue late friday afternoon, and was able to fix the problem by monday afternoon (they are closed on the weekends). Very grateful for them, and especially for Harold & Dan, as they have excellent communication and recommendations! :)

The new ownership at C&C Automotivemade servicing my 2016 Sequoia a pleasure and restored my confidence in having service done! I also was delighted to see the new manager there as he was the reason I went to my previous location. Trustworthy, thorough, quality auto and tire maintenance and repairs. Pleasant, helpful staff. Accommodates walk-ins. Note: no body work. We will not bring our 5 cars anywhere else in the CSRA!! Highly recommended!!

I have received outstanding service at the location on Pine Log Road. I got quotes from 4 different shops for tires, and C&C had the best fully installed price. I appreciate the online scheduling, and the services provided are comprehensive and completed to my satisfaction. Thank you!

The technicians looked at my vehicle earlier than my scheduled appointment time so that they would be able to order the part if needed (which it was). But what I was most impressed with was one of the employees catching an error in billing as he was checking me out, which meant my total was seventy dollars less than was quoted. I wasn't sure if the customer service would still match what I had received when this was Polk Tire, but I have been very pleased with this experience.Service: Tires

Went in for a Diagnosis mind you it only took them 20 min to find out that I had a cylinder problem , I had to ask them to look again cause i know I have a engine coolant sensor problem and they wanna tell me it s gonna cost 1700$ for that one part and labor to fix that when my dad just fixed it with a broken wrist mind you the part was only 8$ also was charged full price for all 8 cylinders but only swapped 1 coil pack and 1 spark plug and when I asked about it all that was said is they actually didn t charge you full labor cause it took us 3 hours for that one cylinder and we only charged you for 1 hour got told this was the best shop in Aiken cause of the fair price but definitely wasn t fair!!! Mind you they told me I only had 2 things wrong with my truck on their 156$ diagnostic from Aiken to Williston 3 error messages pops up on my dash that wasn t their before they fixed the truck! My advice find another shop

I had regular servicing of my vehicle done, as well as a complete front brake job. I later had a transmission shifter problem fixed. Excellent work and integrity! They also checked back with me later, to see if all was well with their repairs. Amended Review: Dropped our 20-year old Toyota Matrix off at the Aiken Pine Log location due to a sudden Check Engine light. The needed repairs were in excess of $3,000, so we decided not to have the work done. When I picked the car up, my bill for full diagnostics was $152.78, which was a surprise and occasioned my original negative review.I later had a discussion with the Aiken C&C manager, who was very nice and who is very concerned with customer satisfaction. (We also discussed recent repairs on my Honda Accord, that I was very pleased with.) Ultimately, I decided that the Matrix problem was due to a communication error, and not an attempt to overcharge me. The C&C manager kindly refunded the diagnostics money, and we closed the conversation on a very positive note.

This was my first time going here, but I m m so glad I did! Dan even took the time a couple days after I picked my car up, to check and make sure my car was running ok since I received their services. Super nice employees there also! Will definitely go back next time my car needs something!

No one likes having to take your car in for repairs but when your son calls with an emergency with his car and you live out of town you have to trust the shop. I believe in good customer service but C&C Automotive gave exceptional customer service from beginning to end. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite, understanding and kept me informed every step of the way. Siara gets a Gold Star from me!!! She kept me abreast of any changes and was extremely polite and helpful. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about C&C Automotive ..If you need any services to your car C&C Automotive should be your first call Thanks Team!!!!

I called to have my truck tuned up, oil changed, new tires on a Wednesday. Brought it in Friday morning it was complete Friday afternoon. What great service from the initial phone call to the day after receiving a text from C&C automotive asking how my truck was running and if I had any concerns. I've never had a garage call to check on things. Now, that is excellent customer service.. they actually cared how my truck was doing. If you need someone honest, dependable and concerned about your vehicle. C&C is your go too!

My vehicle was involved in an accident as I was visiting my mother in S Carolina. My brother that live there found this company and I called and spoke to the receptionist and let know that I was having my vehicle towed there. I live in Pennsylvania and I was informed that the rear differential needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price and the work was done as it was explained to me. As I said by living in Pennsylvania I need someone that I could trust to do the work as required.

Hi Dan. I want to say that the truck is running great! I also want to tell you that your service and consideration for the urgency of my situation was awesome. I have been in Aiken only two years but have lived in New York all my life mostly in the same area. Leaving behind all my friends and trusted service providers to retire in a town that is brand new to me really brought home the fact that I am out on my own. Absolutely the only place to take it to get your alignments done. From start to finish always a pleasurable experience. Dropped off on Sunday and 430 MONDAY, it was done. Siara at the front or the other women are always so kind and professional and sweet. The men in the back are always geared up, dressed appropriately and look like good fellas. The quality of the work they provide along with pricing I think is unbeatable. I can t thank C&C Automotive enough ! Every time I have had to use them I have had excellent service with communication throughout the process. This last time after I had to wait 19 1/2 hours for AAA to tow my truck to C&C I could not be more grateful for Siara and Brenda and getting me back on the road the same day the truck came in. I have and will continue to recommend C&C to anyone needing automotive care.
