Never had a bad experience with Blanchard, mostly deal with parts dept they are always very friendly and helpful.

I had an unpleasant experience here. I brought my new lawn mower for service. My mower belt fell off, should have been an easy fix. The service manager that took it in was not pleasant to deal with. It seemed like I was inconveniencing him. I was told they're very busy, it would be 7-10 business days to fix it.Several days later I realized I missed a phonecall from them. I called back thinking it's maybe done, which was a week after I dropped it off. To my surprise I was asked if I registered the mower after the purchase. They may want to use the warranty. That was strange to me because the mower worked fine until I ran into tall grass and belt fell off. I just wanted it working again and had no problem paying for it. Not a fault of manufacturer but my own.They didn't do any work on it and I was told again 7-10 days.I finally realized I took it to the wrong place. It seems that this business just wants bigger jobs as they had a lot of big tractors there and not many regular mowers like mine. Also that service manager (don't know his name) is very unfriendly and won't know customer service if it hit him in the face.I took my business to an independent business that was recommended to me and was very satisfied with the friendliness there. He looked at it right away and told me what is wrong, no 7-10 wait. I am picking it up tomorrow.I hope that this business improves its customer service.

Bought and paid cash for a new tractor and one of the back tires looked low. When I started to unscrew the valve stream cap, the threads snapped off and the valve came out. Called them about this, I was asked to bring the tractor to them. When I got there they seemed willing to help. I was sent to a tire dealer for it to be fixed and paid by the dealer. On my way there, they called me and told me they didn't think I was being honest about what happened and told me they were not going to fix it. The dealer also told me I still had 45 days left on the warranty and he didn't feel like he should have to pay for the repair!Will not ever do business with this ever again. I bought a $30K tractor and paid cash and you call me a liar because you don't want to pay for a $40 valve steam!!!!

They only seem to carry John Deere parts, and have no way to cross reference part numbers.

They never answer the phone. For 2 weeks I have tried calling about a part I ordered multiple times multiple days (over 2 weeks). I have multiple John Deere equipment as I wanted to buy local. Only way to get anything done is to drive there in person. I would love to leave a voicemail but "the voicemail has not been set up". Extremely frustrating and not a good way to take care of your customers. I finally called sales and left a message to get a call back . . .we shall see

I purchased equipment through sales Thursday. The equipment was to be assembled and sales said they would call me. Friday evening after not hearing from Blanchard, I called the sales 4:50 and service 4:57 (close at 5:30). I was asked who I spoke to etc.After our establishing the sales person, I was told that he was at home. I told him I was sorry I thought I was calling the store. He was very rude in responding to my question on is it ready today, if not what will be a good time Saturday? In the middle of my speaking, he rudely said will you let me talk! I am considering taking my Bussiness to a dealership that will respect the opportunity to provide quality service to its customers.

I purchased a Stihl straight edger (model FCS-KM) from Aiken Blanchard store and when I attempted to use for the first time, the blade would not spin. I called, then brought it in and Brad determined it had been assembled "backwards" from the factory {and a piece was missing). He quickly found the part needed and reassembled it correctly, then tested before returning to me. Top quality service after the sale, and professional/knowledgeable at his job; that's hard to find these days and I appreciate having someone like him to take care of me when I need it. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to buy equipment from this store.

Good and bad. Fletcher was wonderful and knows his stuff. That's the good...the not so good is that even though they have the part for our tractor in hand it sits unrepaired because they have not scheduled a time to do the repair....this is week 2 with no promise in sight. ..

Went in to get a starter coil for a leaf blower. I had the old coil in my hand. Parts guy had none in stock. He said that their service department could check the coil to see if it needed to be replaced. I went to service department. They said, "No. Can't test unless the coil is on the blower." I had to leave, reassemble the blower and return. Coil turned out to be good. 4 stars for parts not telling me that the coil has to be installed on the blower. Otherwise, happy with the way it all turned out.

I like Blanchards but I was extremely disappointed when they got rid of there military discount for disabled veterans. They still over for those actively serving but not for those who was wounded and honorably discharged with id! Most active duty don't shop for tractor parts as they r a full time soldier.. hopefully they didn't make this choice on purpose!!

I ordered online, of course you don't pay until you go through the dealership. It took them a couple days to get back to me, no biggie, just surprised because I'm in sales and I know how quick responses are important. After the sales rep does call he said he would email me an invoice. A week later no email, and no its not in my junk mail. The email isn't wrong bc the John deere company has automatically followed up with generated emails. I've called twice and no answer and the vm is not set up. I'm not going to harrass people for my business. I will go elsewhere. If the work ethic is shotty now, what will it be like later?

Went in looking for a blade bolt for a Hardee bush hog which they or nobody local stocks. Then the Gentleman behind the counter offers to try something to fix it. He was gone about 10 minutes and returned with mine working. I will go back!!

Excellent Customer Service in the parts department...!!!! I almost feel guilty for not remembering the sales associates' names... Working with a very old piece of equipment and they have been very helpful with research. 1970 JD 400 Industrial.

More than competent, they are experts. The repair shop was backlogged weeks but Fletch stopped by my house to troubleshoot the problem. He found it and fixed it within 5 minutes. My mower is 26 years old. No one else has ever worked on it and no one ever will.

The guy helping me with what I needed immediately knew what I wanted! I live near Waynesboro and went 3 times and got wrong item! I was treated horribly! I drove to Aiken but it was well worth it! Those people at the Waynesboro location is horrible!

Bought a tractor last year that has nuts and bolts falling off of it. They ve been out twice to service it and still not doneThey said 5 months ago they were ordering new hydros for it and still haven t heard a wordI have lots of big JD equipment at our farms in Iowa and don t have these issuesTalk to Van Walls my dealer there and he can t believe how bad the service is here.

Had an older man I worked with he came several times to look at riding mowers and tractors no one ever came out of the offices to even speak to us about them. And I called about a part and was told couldn't get it and they couldn't get their own parts and n very rudely. I can see how such a big company forgets about the little people that buy from them so sad.

Do not depend upon these people! My husband PAID for a lawnmower part they had to order and then mail to us. Well, it's been over 3 weeks and he's called and even went to the store (3 different times) when each time they promised they would get it in next day and mail it......STILL haven't mailed it. Calling BBB first thing Monday morning!

Visited the Aiken location on Saturday. Intetention to purchase lawn tractor. Several employees in offices on computers. At least one more at parts counter on the phone. No greeting or acknowledgement that we were there. Walked around outside before and after entering the store....crickets.... Decided to go online to request a quote...as of noon Monday no response. Would prefer to give business to local chain as opposed to national chain. Disappointing

Always a good experience. Brooks is the best salesman to work with. All the guys at the parts counter know there stuff and get you in and out as soon as they can

Service guy Fletcher gave me the run around, talked down to me, then wanted to charge for pickup and delivery after I made a complaint of scratches on the hood. He insisted they had to take my mower in for a belt replacement the first week of ownership. Kept it for over a month and was rude to me when I called to check on it. Never again will I deal with their service department!

Went in to get some information about service for my John Deere E100 riding mower,just a regular service - oil change, blades,spark plug and grease. The guy tells me $325 for this - what the hell really dude,this cost more than my regular oil change in my truck ! Will "never" try to use them again !!!

Just a great bunch of guys who are friendly, very accommodating when it comes to answering your questions, and they provide service on a timely basis, but best of all.....they flat out know what they are doing!!
