Big Chris Collision is the best place to go if your car has a collision. They are professional, reasonable, and will work with you as you navigate the issues with car insurance. The work they do makes your car look brand new again. It s a family business too. What more could you ask for?

Man oh man what I can say about this staff...HonestDiligentHard workingCaringThe list truly goes on.From our first meeting to the final messages I had professional help every step of the way.I was educated in the laws of the industry, my rights as a consumer and much more. They even helped secure a rental car.I came to them when every shop lowballed me, was going to fix my car in an unsafe manner and put me and my 5 year old back on the road. It was such a pleasure working with these guys! Me and my husband worked very closely with Ashley mostly. She became like a part of our family. She got us through everything we needed as we work with our insurance company and the insurance company of the individual we were in the collision with. She basically handled everything for us! It was a long and tedious process, but she made it very smooth sailing! Without her and her family helping us through this process, we would have really been taken advantage of. I cannot find enough words to describe what a fantastic company Big Chris Collision is. We were involved in a car accident, not the at fault drivers, our car sustained quite a bit of front end damage. Chris and his team went through our vehicle thoroughly and not only found everything that needed to be repaired, but also supplied us with the documents from the manufacturer of our car on the procedures to repair it back to a safe vehicle. Ashley took us by the hand and walked us through every single step of the entire process in working with the insurance company. Everything that she told us she was going to do for us she did, and did it in a very timely and organized manner. She, on a daily basis, kept us in the loop of what was going on. Their customer service is five star stellar! And their kindness and friendliness was superior. Unfortunately, due to the amount of damage, we were not able to have our car repaired, but I can certainly say that I would have no one else repair it, but Big Chris Collision. We had called two large known companies prior, who were so unprofessional and uncaring on the phone. It was simply a Google search when I found Big Chris Collision, read their reviews, called them, and once I spoke with Ashley on the phone, I knew that we had selected the right company. Ashley & Chris stuck by the repairs they knew our car needed even when the insurance company was skimping on items. Thank you so much for looking out for us. You made what was a stressful situation much easier to navigate with your care, knowledge, support and kindness. Highly recommend!!!

Big Chris collision did an outstanding job inspecting my BMW due to possible vehicle fraud from another dealership. They took time to give me a detail report. There staff stayed over an hour after closing time to assist me with the towing company to ensure my car was towed to its destination. Chris and Ashley were very professional and quick to come to our rescue. If you are ever in a need of towing they are the company to call. I had been waiting for over a hour for another service thru AAA to call us when the Sheriff recommended that he could help faster. We were lucky they come for us. Even help to figure out what was going on with our truck. Thanks again guys!!!! One very happy customer.

Big Chris is very honest and does awesome work. Been there 2 times and have an appointment next week. If you need towing or any type of work on your vehicle, you won't regret going to see him. Very professional staff,I had a horrible experience dealing with the insurance company of the person that hit my car,but Ashley stayed on top of everything and informed me of any new information as it became available,either by text message or phone call. I am beyond satisfied with the level of service they provided. I would highly recommend them.

Big Chris Collision handled my car repair with the highest professionalism and transparency I've ever seen! There were no surprises on the final bill. They kept me in the loop at every step. And they worked with my warranty company to ensure everything was done to standard. On top of all that Chris taught me things about my car and what to watch out for when going to shops for repairs to make sure you don't get ripped off.

I contacted Chris to do repairs to my car after I was involved in an accident. Chris was great. He contacted the insurance company. Chris sent me pictures and updates as my car progressed through his body shop. Chris did excellent work and gave me my car back better than before the accident. Chris stayed late to wait for me to pick up my car. I can't say enough how great my experience was with him. If you ever need body work see Chris. I promise you will be totally satisfied. I could not be happier. Great job Chris

Words really can't describe how great of a job they did for me and my family. From day one of meeting Chris and his father I immediately know that my car was in well capable hands. The insurance company try to stall the repairs amd make things difficult. I contacted Chris and from there I NEVER had to worry about anything after that. They handled EVERYTHING from the insurance issues and of course the repairs to my car. BIg Chris Collision displayed a very high degree of professionalism. They took care of every detail. My car looks amazing and they have a true customer for life. Outside of the amazing job they did for me .. Truly amazing people that love what they do and make sure you are taking care 100% .. Will recommend any and everyone I know !!

Chris helped me out with a new window after a thief smashed mine. He got me in the shop the day after I called after having to drive to get the specific glass for my truck.He was fast, thorough and did a great job. The waiting room was comfortable too.Will use again for car needs in the future, hopefully no more shattered windows tho haha

Very dependable shop. Professional and prices are very reasonable. Polite and courteous. Diagnosed my problem and had me fixed in no time . Best I have encountered in aiken the 3 years I ve been here . If you are looking for honesty and respect for your personal property go here.

We called them to help us with a tow because the front side studs snapped completely off the hub and the tire shot out like a bullet and hit the brick thankfully there was no one walking around the area when it occurred and that Noone else was Injured they are two of the most humble and kind people you can ever call for a towing need stay blessed by the best Thank you kindly Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes
