Kevin was so helpful! I came into the store during a busy time when a customer was having their battery serviced and another having a battery replaced. He kindly explained there would be a small wait to clean and check my battery. Even with the busy time, he was able to clean and test my battery and have me back on the road within 30 minutes. The battery was working fine, but he helped me select a set of jumper cables that I could keep on me for emergencies. Thank you Kevin for your professionalism and getting me back on the road quickly so I could go see my family!

Today I needed my hybrid battery changed and they were able to order it and receive it the very next morning! Also a co worker here (Anthony) was able to put in my battery even though they don t even work on hybrids. He had the experience to do it and also with a great attitude! No, I m not saying they work on hybrids but he did it just so I wouldn t have to pay an arm and a leg somewhere else! Come to this location if u need anything because they gone serve u with a great attitude every time!

Anthony and Amber were amazing the second I walked through the door. My return process was seemless and everything explained in detail. I would highly recommend this store for there amazing customer service and want to help! Keep up the great work!

Outstanding Customer Service! I bought a battery for my truck that quit working within a few months. The staff was very friendly and quickly replaced and installed the new battery. Every associate took the time to smile and great me. Very impressed with this location!

The manager at this store was super helpful. I went in to get a headlight replaced. He installed the headlight in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you!

Generally, I have no gripes about this location. However, I was treated inappropriately during my last visit. Got all my stuff, walked up to pay, and waited for about five minutes. The people wearing AutoZone uniforms were working in the back and some boomer with a leather jacket and no AutoZone identifiers sat at the furthest register from the door doing paperwork; not acknowledging me throughout. As I was about to ask if he was a cashier, he looks up from his screen and asks if anyone needs help. Then he proceeded to inappropriately lecture me about how it is my responsibility to ask for help from a person behind an out of ordinarily used register (out of 'uniform,' too) if I am unknowingly at the wrong register. I'd drop his name but he wasn't wearing a name tag.

Great experience. A gentleman by the name of Walter changed the battery in my car and checked my alternator all while giving me advice on how to better maintain my vehicle.

I went in this afternoon with a couple issues. Mr Lee and Caleb were both very helpful in getting them resolved quickly. Mr Lee went above and beyond to help me. He also gave me some maintenance tips to help with another problem he identified of which I was unaware of. He didn t try to over sell me on anything, but made sure that all issues were fully taken care of. I am not from here, would definitely recommend this store and wouldn t hesitate to return if the need arises next time I m in town. Customer service was top notch! Thank you again Mr Lee!

I want to thank Kevin for going above and beyond to help me figure out what kind of light bulb I needed. He even uninstalled the old one and installed the new one for me. He went above and beyond to even open the door for me as I went in and out the store. Superb customer service!

I wish there was a way to give this location zero stars. I went in to return a bad battery that was purchased at another location less than 2 weeks prior. I got the run around about a replacement, instead of just giving me a replacement so I could be on my way. They didn't have the means to test the battery, because the tester was left in the rain by another staff member. The staff couldn't find the transaction in the computer even though several of them tried. After 45 minutes of fumbling around, one of the staff members decided to call the location of the original purchase and they found the transaction. This should have been very simple, but the Auto Zone staff in Aiken really made this difficult. In hindsight, I should have just purchased a new battery from a reputable company such as Interstate and not even woried about the warranty. Never again!

Came in to swap out a warranty battery and Anthony W. did an amazing job. There was about 10 customers in line and he literally got everyone taken care of and took calls at the same time. Customer service never looked so good! Thanks Anthony W. You need a raise man....you were Killin it!!

Came in for a warranty on a battery and Anthony W. was very helpful even remembered me without saying anything from when I called earlier today. Just wanted to give him a thumbs up because he was running 3 registers and getting filks out in a hurry.

Anthony was amazing today. I needed my battery tested and changed and he was able to help me with kindness. He was short handed at the store and still made the time to help me between customers. Thankful for people in the world that are dedicated to helping other like he is.

Sent a guy there tonight for a ball for his hitch, he asks if he can have a loaner tool to change the ball on the hitch and the kid working told him they don't do loaner tools he have to get it off himself. Autozone clearly says loaner tools available, so he went to O'Reilly and the guy there took the hitch and changed the ball for him with no problem. I won't use autozone anymore now I will be going to O'Reilly.

Bubba H from Aiken North Carolina got me fixed up and back on the road in no time he was very professional and very helpful I couldn ask for any better! Wish we had a BUBBA at every auto zone location!!!
