Auto Tech is the BEST. Jenn, the manager, is top rate and Very knowledgeable about cars. Steve, the owner and ALL the staff really go out of their way to be very helpful and explain what the situation is. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks Auto Tech for saving me on more than 1 occasion.

Well respected Aiken mechanic. We had a car that had several different issues. They triaged the issue and communicated cost, the reason they needed to make that specific repair. Overall I am very satisfied with the experience.Tip: Very busy, so make sure to book a couple of weeks out for maintenance services.

Me and family take all our cars here. I may not be happy with diagnostics results or cost but I have never been charged for something that didn t needed repair. I trust them implicitly no questions asked! Many times I haven t even been charged for something minor they fixed in the spot.

Don t know how this shop has gotten the reviews it has. The utter lack of organization is the downfall of this place. I have had an appointment for nearly a month to be called the week prior to reschedule but for some reason can t get an official date to reschedule. They always say they will call back and never do. Horrible customer service that has ultimately put my household in a horrible position due to the vehicle needing service being a daily driver for work. We had considered so many other shops that were hours away before making this appointment and now the other shops can t get us in for another month. This is going to cause so much damage to the vehicle because we have no choice but to keep it on the road. Being in this business it s absurd to be so disorganized and cause so much more frustration for a customer who has been very patient up until this point.

I ve been taking my Infiniti to Auto Tech for a few years and they re awesome. Great service and always reliable. Just be sure if you re getting routine service that you book it a few weeks in advance bc they are always super busy. I think that s to be expected if a mechanic shop is good quality. Went here years ago at their old location. When I moved back to town I began using them again. Always great, honest, fairly priced service. Appointments needed, but totally worth it. Strongly recommended.

Keeping 4 vehicles on the road for my family can prove to be challenging but Auto Tech has been awesome! They are reasonably priced, professional, friendly, and almost always able to get my vehicle in prior to it's scheduled appointment, if I'm able to drop it off early. I highly recommend!

I needed a quart of oil in my Audi and called to see if I could stop by and was told yes. I got there and drove off 10 minutes later with oil in my car. Amazing customer service. We will be going back.

Great service. If on this occasion, not so prompt but will give them the benefit of the doubt. Car A! when they were finished + 1 year guarantee. We'll see. So far, so good. Important, they can reset the computer of an Audi-only one in Aiken, I am told. Techie was Audi trained>

Auto Tech is great. They've worked on all of our cars, a BMW, a Saab and a diesel Mercedes. They are professional, reliable and easy to deal with. I can strongly recommend their work.
