They lost a piece that goes on my back window of my jeep. The female owner said that she was going to pay for it to be replaced and then the husband called back and he wasn't going to give me the money. I would not recommend you to take your vehicle there they claim their Christian people but they're not.

I ve known Victor for over 25 years. He s not new to car detailing and has always done an impeccable job. Every vehicle returned to me has been outstanding and he and his team go above and beyond. Victor wilder is an good Godly and humble man and very professional he does good work and gives out quality service to the city of Aiken I'm an professional detailer myself when I can't take of the customer myself I recommend them to go see Mr wilder and his lovely wife

I swear my car wasn't even this clean when I bought it! :D Fantastic job and great customer service. Great value for the price, too. Deann (hope I remembered that right) and her hard-working team cleaned and shined every nook & cranny, inside and out, bumper to bumper, top to bottom. The only place we've taken our vehicles for detailing and cleaning for over 10 years. These are some great people who work hard to keep you looking good in your ride and your ride sparkling clean which gets you noticed! They go the extra mile for customer satisfaction! I've never had a complaint and have always been satisfied with their work!

Great experience, excellent service! 100% satisfied. They got into any tiny crevice of the truck, and when I came to pick it up, they inspected it with me and touched up any areas needing it. I spent 80 dollars and it took 6 hours for them just to clean my car inside and out, for it to not even be completely clean and spotless. They also took the stuff I left in the car out and forgot to put it all back in when I picked up the car. They said the put it in the back so I didn't think anything of it until I got home and my stuff was not there. I called and they said they would put my stuff in the office and I could get it tomorrow morning since they were already closed. Then I get a text from then 5 minutes later saying they are closed tomorrow as well an I could get my stuff Thursday. Absolutely not. I need my stuff now. I ended up getting my stuff that night 2 hours later after calling and texting them saying Thursday was unacceptable.

I've been a loyal customer for years and refuse to go anywhere else. Very professional, extremely friendly, and they always make sure you're happy with the results! They always get me in right on the spot and if they can't it's because I got there right before closing..even then they would still fit me in (they have me spoiled, what can I say lol). I'm so loyal that they know me by my first name! Highly recommend!

Had a horrible experience. Car was not detailed properly, may have even been more dirty when picked up than dropped off. Not sure what the five star reviews are about.
