I would highly recommend Aiken Collision, Inc. We're extremely impressed with the quality of work and the timeliness of the repair work. Bud, the owner and the 2 other staff members (Chris) I dealt with were so incredibly nice and helpful. It's a very friendly, reliable, and affordable place to get body work done on your vehicle. My Chrysler Town and Country minivan looks brand new and I'm incredibly happy. Mr. & Mrs. Zamiela.

I have had two vehicles repaired at AC. They did a great job on my 99 F150 front end. So I took my 2019 BMW 750i to repair a large scuff on the left bumper corner. Again they did a fabulous job painting. However, even though the website shows a late model MB I was told buy the owner/manager AC does not have the equipment to clear any codes that might surface from body components being disconnected and reconnected. I had to take the car to Taylor BMW to clear the codes and properly attach connectors. Another $385 I was told by Taylor that body shop s that service these newer cars have integrated the equipment to reset the cars computers. When I approached the owner/manager at AC about a little help with the cost he said not my problem take it to your insurance company. BUYER BEWARE !

Had the pleasure to meet Mike the tow operator. My auto was dead and in my garage. Mike got it started but all the electronics were locked up. Transmission, breaks, etc. Mike worked on it for about 30 min. And finally got everything working so we could get it out of the garage safely.Good man and good talent.

Aiken Collision Center and towing company is Phenomenal! They are honest, hard working, do amazing work, and are so very knowledgeable in all they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Got a cost estimate from Bud, the owner. One week later turned our vehicle in for body work. The left front bumper and front fender were marred pretty badly. Bud and his crew did the repair in 3 days. Their work was fabulous. Absolutely no indication of prior damage. PLUS, when I picked our vehicle up, I mentioned that the drivers side door had apparently been keyed. He offered to take a look at the damage and then proceeded to buff out the marks. He then walked around to the other side and voluntarily buffed out some more markings on the doors and fenders. Offered Bud a cash payment to cover his time and the buffing paste he used. He simply refused any payment. We highly recommend Bud and his company for cost effective and timely repairs! BTW, this is an unsolicited review. Thank you, Bud!!Service: Body & Trim

I had a wonderful experience with the staff as well as Bud Parker himself. My family went to Parkers Paint and Body as long as I can remember. I went there as well. Now I continue that tradition by giving our Paint and Body shop needs to Bud who through his staff paid particular attention to detail. My 2006 with over 100k miles looks just as good as when it came home the first time. Staff handled all issues through the insurance company. My car was returned sooner than expected. I appreciate local business owners that treat us like they appreciate our business! Aiken Collision owned and operated by Bud Parker did provide the same great service his father provided to mine!

Was not helpful nor friendly in the slightest. Refused to back service work done to repair my car because of 'aftermarket' parts. So essentially they'll slap whatever they want on my car and if it still doesn't run, its not their problem. Chose to do business elsewhere, and the guy became INCREDIBLY difficult to work with, my insurance adjuster even commented on how irate and unprofessional the dude was. When the company we chose to do business with went and got my car, Aiken collision seemingly intentionally 'forgot' to give them a necessary component and the new company had to go back a second time to retrieve it.Overall a terrible experience during a scary time and will absolutely be telling everyone I know about it.

Where do I even start!? Well first off my car was in an accident and It was towed to Pro towing/Aiken collision. State farm was assisting me with the damages and they gave me the car shops that they had on their list. Aiken collision was not on the list, but the young man that is over pro towing told me that they would let me choose any shop I wanted and he convinced me that Aiken collision was the best. My car was in their shop for 2 and a half months and no one called to give me updates on anything. I think that was very unprofessional. Then on top of that the owner at Aiken collision argued with me because I didn't cash in a check, instead I got state farm to do send it to them direct deposit. When I got my car back spiders and spider webs were all in my car. They didn't even have the courtesy to vacuum it out. I had splatter stains all over the roof of the car. My Ac was working before the wreck, and when I got my car back all of a sudden it stop completely working. I took it back and they said its nothing they can do about it. I believe they messed it up while doing other things to it. I will never go back here and I have learned my lesson to choose who ever the insurance company has on their list.Services: Painting, Car towing

These people are awful! They do not contact customers, you have to beg them to complete work, and they are rude! READ REVIEWS before hiring them!They drained the oil out of our car and returned it with the check engine light on. When we complained the owner said we needed an oil change. No! It was changed less than 1000 miles ago. Drove our car straight to another repair shop who immediately discovered our car did not have any oil in it. They recorded a video for proof.This place needs to be shut down!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Brought in my pick-up truck s tailgate to get painted on a Monday and was promised it would be done that week. It was, and they did an excellent paint job. Perfect color match; no runs, drips, or errors. Completely satisfied, and would definitely recommend Aiken Collision.

I was stuck on a median and needed someone to get my car off. I called Aiken Collision and was told they would be right out. They were there within 5 minutes. Aiken Collision did a repair on our difficult to match silver Nissan Murano and did a great job. The repair was completed quickly and was ready when promised. They did the work within the amount that our insurance provided. A very good body shop.

Like other s, this shady unprofessional business kept my daughter s car for over two months and returned it untrained with the check engine light on. They blamed it on the insurance company.We have just hired an attorney who told us to contact the BBB and he will initiate insurance fraud charges against this company.RUN, don t walk away from these uneducated unprofessional scammers.FYI: He lies. Great job repairing my car. Would have liked to get a phone call when it was done - I had to make the call myself to check up on it. Other than that, everyone was friendly and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. I would go back again.

I will never do business here again. I took my truck here because of a longstanding family relationship with the owners father. After noticing several flaws including a crooked bumper and hood, mismatched paint, and sloppy touchups, I returned to complain. I left my car at the shop a second time and the discolored parts were replaced with new discolored parts and alignment still off on the hood. I am now perusing a resolution through my insurance company and the Better Business Bureau.

My Sentra was repaired and painted perfectly and done in a very timely manner. Staff personnel was pleasant and professional. I m glad a friend recommended Aiken Collision to me.

Bud Parker and his team do Excellent paint and body work. Bud worked for his Dad at Parker Paint & Body for over 30 years, until his Dad closed up shop and Bud opened his own shop on Richard Avenue East

The driver was rude didn t listen to me over charge for 3 miles If he had listen to me we would have not been towed he almost ran me over when I was checking the damage to see if I could have driven the vehicle says 24 hr service couldn t get in touch before 7 am don t use this company
