*Update i hope you get the right people to give good customer service. I appreciate the owner fro replying back* What a horrible experience! I was practically the only customer at this location, two guys behind register counters no greetings once I came in, very unprofessional. Seemed like both didn't want to be there. I guess his name Zack D. From looking at receipt.

Disappointed with the treatment received by a boy named Zack! We arrived almost when we closed because our car ran out of lights in one of its headlights, and we went there because it was the only thing open back home, but they were already going to close and he acted very badly, treating us like ignorant just for not knowing the type of lights correct for our vehicle. I should be more empathetic and kind.

I went to buy a new battery for my car about a week ago. There were 2 gentlemen working that evening. One gentleman started helping me and brought a battery out to my car and had to find a different one. When he came back, a customer walked into the store. He asked me to wait while he helped the other customer; meanwhile the 2nd employee stared at a computer instead of helping with customers. So I waited for about 10 minutes for them to finish up so he could return to helping me.I had someone else drive up there with me so I talked to them for a few minutes while the gentleman was changing out my battery. I just moved and have no tools to do this myself.Suddenly I hear a thud and I run around the car. He dropped the old battery while taking it out so I offered to help.He mentioned he wasn't supposed to be lifting more than 20 pounds...... This makes the fact that the 2nd gentleman working in the store did nothing to provide assistance to either staff or customers even worse..So I proceeded to do it myself. We got the new battery in, I paid, and left.The next day my car is making a clicking sound and overheated. I check and being ignorant about cars didn't see what was wrong. I drove some more and my temp hit the red line. I was forced to pull over again and found a brown fluid all over my battery and engine. I looked some more and noticed what happened.When the gentleman who helped me dropped my old battery, he dropped it onto my radiator overflow connector and snapped off the fitting for the hose.. My coolant sprayed out all under my hood.I did not contact this location about this because I have no confidence in them. I fixed this myself and plan to do no further business with advance for the remainder of my life.

When questioned by the customer the cashier could not explain what a limited lifetime warranty is. Smh!!!!

Bryson and Daisy will be the main reason for me shopping at this location. Both of their attitudes made me feel so comfortable there. Thank you again for everything! I really do hope upper management will see my comments because they definitely deserve to be noticed.

I went to the Citadel location today pretty sure I needed a new battery for my car. I was greeted by Tommy who helped me out in a friendly, thorough, and timely manner. I received great service and felt he really cared about helping me. I highly recommend this store.

After dealing with the young lady at the East Pine Log Road location first and having a terrible encounter, I called the location at 105 Citadel Drive and was assisted by the female cashier yesterday. She was awesome! Went above and beyond to help me complete my purchase fast and efficiently. Her customer service was great over the phone, prior to coming in and continued to be great in person. Wish I had her name. She was the only black female that I saw. The rest of the staff in the store didn't even speak. She saved the whole experience. Give her a raise and promotion. Letting her train the other employees at each store would be a great business move on the company's part.

The store is awesome. BUT THE WEB PAGE NEEDS ALOT OF HELP. Fire your IT dept soon. Worst web page ever. It's so hard to navigate it will drive you to go buy parts from anyone else

This store usually has what I need, or can get it pretty quickly. The only issue I have is that the management has had trouble finding things in the computer before, to the point that I walked behind the counter with them and picked the belt out for myself, since they said they didn't have the one that I was talking about. Since then I've been going to O'Reilly's and the staff seems much more reliable.

This place has some rude employees, not all but most. They don't really help you and try to overcharge you. Dont even want to give 1 star but have to.

Had what I went for at a decent price. The older gentlemen were somewhat helpful in letting me know where the item was that I was looking for (I was already looking at it...). The checkout process was fairly painless without too many needless questions.

Deducted one star for prices which oftentimes are higher than competitors in area such as O'Reily's up the street. However what drives me here is convenience and customer service. The staff here seems to genuinely care and will take there time with you.

Typical auto part store service is ok these days the employees aren't very knowledgeable about vehicles. So know what you need know the Year make and model and engine size of the vehicle you need the part for so the computer can do their work for them.

Very nice experience! My Brake/ turn signal bulb was out! Russell at the counter looked up the part number , showed Me it was and got Me out with Prompt and courteous service!

Citadel Road StoreI'll NEVER go there again. Awful service! The manager is an old nasty grump with a terrible demeanor. He has a big mouth and ended up causing a lot of problems between me and my family which led to a terrible fight. Needless to say after spending $88 I returned the item the next day. There are so many other Auto parts stores in Aiken there is no reason why you should bring your business and spend your hard-earned money at this store.Stay away!

This store has become an icon of the Advance stores for this area. After it first opened, my first few visits were aweful. I would drive across town to avoid using this store.Since, I was amazed after a recent visit. Customer service is outstanding, people who really seem to care that you get exactly what you want and need, as though it was their own vehicle that you were working on.Outstanding.....great people and service. This is definitely"My store".Just FYI, just to let everyone know how particular I can be, I'm a former dealership ASE mechanic.........

I had a complex exchange. I had purchase a set of shocks online with in store delivery at a different store about a year ago. One pair of shocks were the wrong parts for my vehicle. The original store did not have what I needed, but this store did. The owner was happy to help solve the problem and even suggested how I could save some money. He was friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

The prices weren't any cheaper than the competition that they have. I think that they could improve the speed of their checkout because I had to wait more than ten minutes to get to pay for the product I picked out without anyone asking if I needed help.

There is an old man named TOM, he has no patience or attention to attend to the customer, I have been there several times and he treats me rudely, or he sends me to the other advance car closer, I only asked him to put the scanner to my vehicle and he did not want to, if he does not have the patience to attend, one as a customer will look for another place to buy

The 1st guy I talked to didn't seem to know his job very well -and that's ok cuz i understand everyone has to start somewhere, but he didn't seem to CARE either & that really rubbed me the wrong way. The next person I talked to was VERY courteous and helpful. I guess it's just luck of the draw...

I bought a battery and it was a great experience. Solomon installed it professionally and quickly. The parking lot was clean, as well as the inside of the store. I would definitely buy another battery from here.

Now I used to love AAP! But recently, like over the past 2 years, they ve taken the AutoZone approach to customer service. Sooo, has Advance Auto Parts ever been on Undercover Boss !!
