Wonderful experience at this store! The employees were knowledgeable, considerate & Alan even helped carry our marine batteries to our car! This place beats O Reilly 100 x s over!!!

Great store the only problem I have is they do not sell much for older pre 1972 cars. Which is a problem considering I build hot rods their computers don't even go back that far for the most part

Super friendly and helpful staff. My friend was working on my car and sent me for parts. I think they could tell as soon as I walked in the door that I was clueless on where to begin. The young man helped me make informed decisions and even talked to my friend via the phone to keep me from potentially having to return an item. Great service and they had everything that I needed. Will go again.

I went into the store to return the wrong brake pads I had been sold the day before and I have to admit I had an attitude, but Frank was extremely nice, patient and helpful getting me the correct brake pads. Frank was very professional and made a bad experience better. Frank definitely made my day better.

They have to many women working who act like they know more than an actual mechanic who's worked for 30 plus years. Get rid of them

Ordered online with store pickup. Drove 1 hour to the store for them to say it's an inventory error "we don't have it" and "I can cancel it so you don't get a charge." I had to ASK if they could GET the part... Talk about follow-thru, resolution, or customer service--not with THIS guy. I was told "yeah... it will be around 12:00 before it would get here." So i followed with asking if I will receive an e-mail or a call to let me know when it arrives. The response was again nice-nasty: "NO you can call..." So the mechanic closes at 2 today and I have to also pay $9 for more fluid since the leak cant be repaired until Monday. Thanks for the waste of my day off.

The employees were helpful, in finding the necessary H11 headlight bulb, for my girlfriend's vehicle, by their knowledge of the lookup system in use at the store; courteous, towards the other customers in the store at the time, as well.

They could not find the filter (behind the counter) I needed. Their computer said they had it. Other than that, good store.

Great friendly and fast worker even offered to put on my windshield wipers free of cost after purchasing them. Total time there was less than 10min!

Helpful and pleasant staff. The online inventory is a joke. Very inaccurate. If you need something that shows up as instock, call before you go. This has been a constant and ongoing issue.

Staff member not friendly at all. He kept talking junk under his breath, like I couldnt hear him. He gave me the wrong light bulb and didnt give me a receipt. I realized that he didnt give it to me before I left the store. He said he gave it to me. And wouldnt give me another because he said he could t because he already gave me one. What jerk. This is the one on York street next to popeyes.

Good selection of Parts knowledgeable and friendly staff just wish they wouldn't answer the phone while helping me find a part makes me feel like they're not paying attention or don't care I know someone needs to answer the phone but all too often I see someone in the back who could answer the phone instead of the person helping me

Landon in Commercial is great! I highly prefer Advanced on York St than any other parts store in Aiken!

On 12/06/2019...I went in concerned about a noise my truck was making. AUSTIN came outside to address the issue. HE assisted me where i was lost. Always content when i visit. I would go no where else. My Bud LOGAN has relocated to another location. ASK for ANTHONY he goes the extra mile for you. Always on point. He knows your name... Lol lol.... Check him out.. This store, never lets me Down..

Worker was very rude. They gave me the wrong bulb for my van. I went back to trade it for the correct and the man was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I won't be going back there.

We went to Auto Zone and asked for help putting wipers on our truck. They said they don't do service. SO we went to ADVANCED AUTO where LADEN came outside and within seconds the wipers were on.

My first choice in parts places in the Aiken area every time. The best service to be had out of all of the major chains is to be found here even including the other Advance locations.
