Employees are knowledgeable and highly motivated to help you with your automotive needs. Shout out to Robert, his customer service went above and beyond the usual. Thank you, would be delighted to do business with advance again.

Went in to buy oil and an oil filter. Guy (James manage of store) was terrible talking about another customer in front of me. Tried to charge me 80 dollars for a gallon oil that was advertised at 35 dollars. I explained that 35 was correct showed him the sales add and the label where I got the oil. He said yeah that price isn t right we are going thru the store and fixing prices. I said look the 2.5 gallon is 80 dollars but the gallon is only 35. He was pissed explained that I was wrong even though labeled correctly he pulled the 35 dollar tag off and said sir it s 80. I went down the street to another store and got it for 30.00. I called the store to explain that the price was wrong. James was his name he was a total jerk. He said he was the manager so I asked to speak to someone else he said no there isn t anyone else here which was a lie I just left. Then I asked to speak to someone else above him he said call our district manager. I said who is that he said I don t know. I said you don t know who I can talk to he said his name is Kevin and I m not giving you his number. Worst customer service ever worst run store. James is a complete disgrace to advanced auto.

James was the best! My battery died and he taught me how to install a new one. Very professional and friendly. Happy to have helpful people around when things don't go as planned!

Called with a question about brakes we ordered, and the lady who took my call was rude and disrespectful. Didn't get me someone else to help and then literally hung up on me. Then when I called back, refused to get me someone else to help.

Use to be my favorite place to go, for anything automotive. But, the crew here just acts like they are to good to help anybody, or either just really hate their job. Started going to Napa.

Although my online order was not ready (not store's fault), the front desk person was understanding. He pulled the part I needed so when the issue was resolved, I would be ready to go on with my day.

This store is usually a cluster f. Every time I go here. I only come by if I absolutely have to. Other wise I go to O Reilly s down the street. Much cleaner organized store.

Pretty chill when I went to get my delivery. The guy on the other end was kind of a jerk and no tip for a heavy item pickup

I have not read the other review and frankly if it is not 5*, it should be changed. This is the best Advance Auto and is our go to stop for our farm/vehicle needs. Everyone is always helpful and we have never walked away without being able to complete our task at hand. Plus we find their pricing is better than others around town!!

There was one worker in the store helping a man with a battery outside of the front door entrance. He was aware of the fact he was alone. When I walked into the store there was no greeting. 10 minutes later I'm still alone inside of the store. I left the store. I will not return."I'll be with you in a moment", "anything I can get you ? " , "Hi?" .. just a few options.I'll spend my money where they pretend to want it .

Nice staff but needs a store remodeling. It's hard to find stuff and you can tell it's dated.

Great service! I bought a new battery for my car. The employee looks at my Navy ball cap and asked me if I was a vet. I said yes and he gives me a veterans' discount I didn't even know I could get. They also installed it for for me and took the old battery for disposal. Thanks.

Went to pick up a package. Two workers in the store- 1 customer other than me. I stood there for ten minutes waiting while I was apparently invisible. Store employees avoided eye contact with me, perhaps to avoid the trouble and effort of telling me we will be with you shortly . My package (with expensive contents) was dropped off by UPS days ago, I watched them search parts shelves when it could not locate it. There explanation was that UPS must not have ever dropped it off- I find that difficult to believe. There take was they there was no way they lost it or would lose any package. I also find that a bold statement considering the state of organization in that store. I was told basically that I should take it all up with UPS. No further help was suggested. I was upset because I m missing a $700 package- when I asked the one employee if he would be upset at this situation he acknowledged he would. I am not happy and told them I would be back every day till my package was found. My complaint here is specifically on what happened next. As I went to open the door to leave- the other employee - Zackary- who ignored me and everything else decided to pipe in with a snarky have a great day as I left. Very sarcastic. I asked him why he ignored me till this point, and why he never offered any verbal cues as I stood there invisible. I asked if he could have at least said I ll be with you soon . His answer was NO. The gentleman that helped us was speedy but sold us the wrong battery. My car broke down almost 35 miles away which after buying the $200 battery I proceeded to take it as a way to fix my much needed car. Nope. I wound up having to get it towed and then had to drive back 35 miles to return the battery. How do you check the actual VIN (twice) and then sell someone the wrong battery? Can't help but wonder if he knew all along? He sure didn't apologize when he refunded my money.

Ever since they put that new Manager Joe D. in the store this place has been the most pleasant and fun place to get parts from , period. Not only does that Guy get the customer, he really goes out his way to make us feel better even about a bad situation. Kudos to whoever hired that dude Joe.

Anytime I have visited this store, they have been most helpful in finding 'stuff' without being a nuisance. They seem to have a way of greeting you and immediately taking you to your area of interest. Then they seem to check back discreetly if the see you taking a long time. On each occasion, they had what I was looking for and also a range of choice.

I had my vin number and needed a waterpump. Seems the person that waited on me doesn't know what to do if the computer doesn't tell them.

The manager is a very rude smart aleck, he talks to you like you're beneath him, and they do not honor their 2 year free replacement they have on batteries, if you buy it on line then pick it up at a store then take it in to get it replaced they won't do it they refund you the price and you have to waite up to 7 days for the refund to be applied to the card you used if you don't have the spare cash to rebuy it right away then you have to waite to get you're car going again when I asked the manager why does it say 2 year free replacement he said that's what I get for buying it on line if I want a replacement right away then next time I might Wana buy in store and he walked off, this is the last time I death with this store

Better off shopping online. I was initially happy to see that the store was so well staffed that two employees had the time to stand holding both entrance doors open as I approached. A sales person acknowledged my presence as I stood at the counter with tire plugs in one hand and payment in the other. Immediately after initiating the transaction all of the employee's attention was directed away from me and given to an unseen entity with an urgent need of assistance that clearly trumped my own. Insulted by the lack of courtesy, my attempt to do business at the this location was terminated. There may or may not have been a van full of the world's premier cancer researchers on the verge of a cure, stranded on the side of the road languishing in the summer heat awaiting my return.... The undervaluing of time and attention shall surely lead our society to great places

I had an issue with my turn signals and bought a part I thought was the issue, which ended up not being the issue. I returned the part and bought another part that I thought was the problem and that part didnt need to be replaced and I was able to return that one too. The person i was working with was extremely patient, understanding and helpful. The store was well stocked and clean.
