I have been going to #1 for couple years now and I highly recommend taking your car here for general maintenance. The receptionist is sweet and helpful. I usually speak to either John or Payton about getting work done on my car and both are very helpful. The prices are reasonable and I am always satisfied with the services #1 Auto provides!

I am from out of town. My car started overheating badly while visiting family near Aiken on a Sunday afternoon. #1 was recommended and they were able to get me in for repair on Monday morning. They were able to get repairs done on a timely basis and get me back on the road within a few hours. Thank God the problem was minor and the costs were very reasonable. Thanks! We accidentally hit a shredded piece of tire on the interstate on the weekend and couldn't find anyone to help us out, we found #1 auto repair and John was able to tell us what was wrong with our car and gave us all our best options to get to our destination safely. Hes a true gentleman and we wouldnt be back on the road driving without him. Above and beyond service.

I will tell you I was actually disappointed with this business. I took my car in for a diagnosis, and when they told me what the problem was, I decided just to hold off. But then I change my mind I said I m gonna go get a second opinion so I took it to another local shop and turns out it was a $200 fix as opposed to a $4500 fix. The problem wasn t even what #1 automotive told me it was. I am Very knowledgeable with engines just didn t have the time to work on this. This is just my experience don t base what I see on what happens to you. Very nice people. Just told me completely wrong what was wrong with my car

Terrible experience unfortunately. They charged me for a specific type of spark plugs but then put different cheap ones in and put 2 different types of wires on. Now not even a year later I'm almost another $500 in getting their mistakes fixed. Beyond dissatisfied and spent almost $1,000 with them!!!!!!

They were very familiar and treated me like I was a part of their team and family. Service was very good and they were very understanding. While I do still have some services that weren't done I'd recommend them for all your vehicular needs. #1 auto, ya'll stay awesome and I'll be coming back hopefully. Recently had a heater core replaced on my F150 and also had my 3rd door fixed where it would open.They did a great job at a great price and I will definitely be back when I need more repairs done.

Can't tell me how many miles are on the used engine they sold me. Unprofessional and sloppy. Can't tell if I was sold a engine with 100k miles or an engine with 250k. They were unwilling to provide me with any information in this regard. He told me to trust him he was a family man......

They are a great company. I botched a speed sensor replacement vehicle was shipped in from Ohio. Rusted to the transmission. I bring it in that morning and I had what I thought was the right part. Well they called me and told me it wasn't. They made sure to get the okay before any work was done. I gave the okay and an hour later it was done. Total was 213 and it runs great. I plan to use them in the future. Happily was recommended from auto tech in Aiken. If in doubt they do good work.

Awesome service, thought I needed $1600 in service, but they were honest and told me I only needed $200 in service.I highly recommend and will use them again.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! My family was 3 states away from home when we broke down at 2am. This company was on it first thing in the morning and had us back on the road the same day. They truly cared about our issues and made sure we were squared away. I can't thank them enough. These are the kind of people who make the world go round.Thank you all for the kindness and compassion you showed!!!

I took my Murano to Bob Richards Nissan in Beech Island because the door latch was stuck. They charged me $136 for a diagnostic report (I didn't ask for it) and then presented me with a list of "critical" repairs totaling over $1200. I said no thank you and left.I saw the reviews online for #1 Auto Repair and took my car to them along with the list. The only repair needed was transmission fluid - less than $150.I am so pleased with #1 Auto Repair. I'm new to Aiken and very tired of getting railroaded by Bob Richards Nissan. I'm thrilled to have found an honest mechanic that can help keep my Nissan in top shape.Five Star!Service: Transmission

Absolutely professional and helped me in a pinch. I was at an event at the Western Carolina Fairgrounds and my car wouldn't start. I called them and two technicians (I don't know their names) came by to take a look at it. They knew what the issue was and fixed it for me! I cannot thank them enough for their timely service!

The front office lady told me it wouldn t be a charge for them to check engine light. Then she charge me $50.00. Don t trust them. Then she tell me sorry for misunderstanding. They tell you one thing does another.
