Schrock's Repair provides the old-school service you just can't get from big box retailers. They stay really busy because there's just not a whole lot of repair options in this area. In addition to repair, they also carry lots of quality new products. If you need a repair or are in the market for a new mower, tractor, or power tool, check with Schrock's.

I recently purchased a Radius E mower. This is the first zero turn mower that I have owned. In fact, it is the first one that I have used. It was very easy to learn how to use. This is the best built mower that I have owned and my old mower is a Kubota GR2100 which is a diesel. I have used it for 16 seasons and it is still going strong, but I am unable to find a dealership that will service it in a timely fashion. That sent me on a search for a reliable, honest, trustworthy dealer. That lead me to Schrock s Repair in Abbeville, SC. Their reputation is impeccable. They are a small family owned business. They also happen to be an Exmark dealer. I thought that if Joseph Schrock carried that brand, it must be very good. I have not been disappointed. The mower far exceeds my expectations. I knew nothing about Exmark before buying this mower, but I have developed a great respect for the brand as I have used my mower this season. It has also saved me quite a bit of time with each use. I did not realize how slow the Kubota cut my lawn. Now I can cut the lawn, weed eat, and trim the shrubs in less time than it takes me to cut the lawn with the Kubota. The lawn is 3.5 acres. If you are in the market for any type of lawn equipment, go see Joseph or Anna, they will serve you well. When I was in his shop today, Joseph even helped me find a battery for my motorcycle since he is an Interstate battery dealer. Schrock s goes over and above what is expected.

Great service and a very knowledgeable staff! Joseph and Rodney are great to work with on new equipment purchases and repairs. They are always willing to take the extra time to explain things as well on the pros and cons of each piece equipment.

Great pricing and very friendly folks to deal with. Their service has been quick as well. I would definitely recommend checking them out, especially if you re looking for a great price on an ExMark.

The folks here are very knowledgeable about all the equipment and very helpful. Mine even came with a full tank of gas! I love Stihl equipment so it s great having a dealer close by.

I have had several very pleasant encounters with Joseph and Anna Schrock and their staff. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought a gas leaf blower and a battery powered chainsaw and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the products. I have also had service done on my lawnmowers and again have been very happy with the work done. I am glad I found them.

Now more than ever I am cognoscente of who gets my money as much as I am what I get for it. So far I have purchased two zero turn mowers, two saws and several accessories from Schrock s. It is obvious that strong values are the foundation of their business. I have received excellent customer service, quality products at a fair price. I feel good spending my money this locally owned family business.

So I walked in to this shop to buy the Exmark z spray for my new lawn weed control & fertilization business THREE WEEKS AGO talked to the young gentleman in the front desk told him I was wanting to place a order for the z spray he told me they didn't not have a price at the very moment that he will call me back that very afternoon . Waited three weeks never heard from them. So I walked in yesterday morning THREE WEEKS LATER again asking to place my order. promised me to call me in 5 hours max with a price never heard from them.So I Google ride on herbicide sprayers & fertilization spreaders DONE RIGHT SMALL ENGINES pop up. Drove down had my machine price in less then 5 minutes placed my order in.

Schrocks staff is very friendly. They answered all of my questions and checked out the mower before I left they even loaded it up on my trailer during hard rain. Great service and very friendly staff. I will be doing all my business there from now on. Thank y all very much love the Exmark mower

Bought and exmark zero turn this spring. Staff talked me thru the operation of the new mower as I had never driven one before. Mower was delivered in only 8 hours after I purchased it. Very knowledgeable in after market options. I also have had my Stihl products serviced there for years.

Joseph, Anna and the crew are great! It s a family run business n they treat people with respect, calling with estimate before its worked on and how long it will be before ready. I ve bought a lawnmower and a chainsaw from them n they do my maintenance. They also call when it s ready. Treat others as you wanna be treated .

sold me the wrong chain for my chainsaw after I told him the correct size one. also charged me for 2 gallons of bar and chain oil. (only got 1) didn't realize until after driving home and looked at reciept after the chain wouldn't fit. made another trip back. (20 min ride) he made it right. and Apologized for the inconvenience.

I drive 20 miles to get a replacement O-ring for my Briggs and Stratton lawn mower carburetor. I BROUGHT THE CARB WITH ME.- They would not help me without the "Model number". I DID tell them it was a 6 hp B&S engine but didn't know the "model number". I had the part disassembled and clean (fuel bowl). I ask them them to take a look and see if that had one to fit but they refused to try.-This is what bothered me. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN TRY TO LOOK. It's only an O-ring. They could have matched it.

They have repaired my weed eater, blower and lawn tractor. Prices are reasonable. Bill details what was wrong and what they did along with parts used. Very pleased

Not sure yet. I left my tracktor there to have a belt installed and the blades sharpened. Gave me no estimate yet or any paper work. Not very comfortable about how they run their business.
