I have to say I'm extremely happy with the quality of work these guys offer and also the personal effort that's put forward to help u figure out the issues. I had brake pads, rotors and some work done on my exhaust system. Excellent service and I was very surprised by the affordable prices if your looking for a straight forward honest and affordable mechanic ZIPPY AUTO REPAIR is definitely the place to go.

Went to Zippys today to get my wifes vehicle inspected and I couldn't have been happier. Very good 1st experience. I highly recommend going here for any repairs or maintenance your vehicle need. They squeezed me in when they didn't have to and was fast and efficient during the process. Everyone there was nice and didn't make you feel out of place like some mechanics garages do. I will definitely be a returning customer with my truck. Great work guys

Had an unknown issue with my vehicle, 2015 Audi A6, in November where it would not start and stay running. They took my car on short notice diagnosed and corrected the high pressure fuel pump quickly and efficiently. Good honest service at a good value.

Horrible place. My granddaughter went here for some work and she kept coming back every week for something else. Her Honda Accord was having all kinds of problems. This shop kept messing with her car and taking her money and convincing that she needed all this work. so I went to another shop and they told me there was nothing wrong with her car. I read the reviews on their Google account so I figured they were a good shop. I think the shop is making their own reviews and I think they're fake. I read some of the other reviews and these people really are scam artists. Stay far away unless you want multiple mechanical issues shame on them. This place is ridiculous I talked to a lot of the parts stores and they have nothing but bad things to say about zippy's. They steal your parts charge $100 for a 3 minute project there's always something wrong a bolt breaks off it's always something I've had all kinds of problems with this place they have you buy parts and then they steal them and then you buy parts and they install the bad parts and steal them I've had nothing but problems from the shop for my daughter's Honda and my car. I love all their positive reviews it's an absolute joke I think they're making their own reviews. supposed to be 60 an hour but they charge by the job not by the hour so it's a gastronomical amount of money this place is absolutely horrendous like I said before they pry on people with disabilities and they pry on people that are seniors every week it's something else my car left there with more problems than it did when it was in.

I love the guys here although I've had to spend over 3k this year alone on my car they are amazing here, honest, and take very good care of my car and me. I recommend Zippys to anyone local give them a try thank me later.

Top notch, no hassle service. Prices of fair andReasonable. best repair shop in the city.12/1/23I brought my car to Zippy for repairs for a power steering problem. Once again the work was top notch. I appreciate and respect their honesty and the speedy service they provide. Best shop in town

I'm new to woonsocket and my SUV had problems. I needed a mechanic I could trust. I called four mechnic shops to book an appointment just to tell me two weeks out. When I contacted zippys auto. Omar had me in the shop in two days and Repaired at a fair price the same day. I highly recommend this company. Plus my girlfriend thinks he's cute

I have been a customer of Zippys for a few years now and they always get my car done fast! They don t call it Zippys for nothing! well, this is my second time visiting this establishment. i've only been here since November brand new to Rhode Island. I go in there with my 2012 vehicle along. Along with my 10-year-old daughter 1/20/2023we had to leave the vehicle. We're about 2 miles from the house so we bundle up for the walk home and the man says no use my vehicle. It's too cold out there will call you when your car is ready you just don't get that they did not know me, they didn't know anything about me I was almost brought to tears with the gratitude. This is unbelievable you just don't see that today Anywhere in this me me meGeneration I just brought me back to a time like the blizzard of 78 when everybody was helping, everybody didn't matter Didn't matter where you came from the sad part is the only gave me five stars to choose from. If I have the option I'd give them 100 thank you thank you very much for everything.

My wife was nearby and got a flat tire. She stopped in Zippy's to see if they could put her spare tire on for her. They got it in right away and saved the day for her. We're thankful for their help.

Beyond satisfied, very professional, even if they feel like they are booked, they will do everything possible to fit you in the same day, it's really rare if they can't. I encourage people to go to Zippys, I've been there a couple of times and have not been let down, it is my official go to, you should make it yours!!

I recommend anyone who needs work done to their car go here! I came right after work when they were about to close. Instead of pushing me away and asking me to come back the owner made time and looked at my vehicle immediately. He had my car fixed within minutes and the price was fair. While waiting to pay I saw how he interacted with other customers. His interactions with them solidified the fact that I will be a life time customer of his. Being personable and honest goes a long way!!Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I came in to get my rear brakes and front headlights changed on a volkswagon 2012 . the service was done fast and great. I drove my car off the lot fresh as new.

Called them up to see if they were busy, wanted to change out brake pads. Omar told me to bring it in, Zippy indeed! They ordered the parts and once they got them changed it out pretty quick. Will be coming here for future service :)Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I was referred to Zippy's many years ago, can't imagine allowing any other mechanics working on my vehicles unless Omar referred me to them because it's a specialty they don't do there. I strongly recommend Zippys and I'm VERY picky.

My son needed work done urgently on an old but solid car, and Omar came to the rescue! He was responsive, reliable, professional, and super knowledgeable. Put us at ease and went above and beyond to find solutions for various problems. Amazing service and value! My son will definitely be back again and again. This is a rare gem of a spot. I found them when trying to install some parts I already had. Every other shop did not want to work with customer parts, but Zippy said Come over, we ll do it with no hesitation. The prices they give you will always beat everyone else s, and the quality of the jobs and repairs done are masterful. I ve since been going to them to give my car a second life, they attend to me instantly and quickly and I always come out satisfied thanks to their hard work, sympathy and good communication. Omar and Lolo are both incredible, and their crew is sharp. Can t go wrong here.

Took my car in for an oil change and inspection, they were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to repair my splash guard which had been hanging down, when my previous mechanic said it wasn't possible. Omar was very helpful when I had to get a last minute inspection done on my vehicle. I ended up having to come back a second time and unknowingly needed another inspection. Omar was able to take care of me even with the garage being busy and I had my vehicle back in an hour.

I absolutely couldn t believe the affordable prices. I needed a sticker a check engine light fixed, front end work, and many other safety issues. Everything was explained and I was shown the work ahead of time. I know how much mechanical work costs and they were by far the best. The car was repaired the next day and with a new sticker. It runs like new!!! I am so glad they extended the life of my vehicle. In summary, they are extremely, reliable, affordable and honest and caring.

I drive an old truck that had some issues. Omar and his staff were very polite, informative, professional and quick. I ve bounced around multiple mechanics in the area and I no longer need to, I will be going to Zippy s anytime I have an issue and would recommend them to anybody.
