Bravo to a professional and talented team! Jason, Jay and team not only assisted me in an emergency, they went beyond normal service by providing quotes, exceptional prices, fast service and assured me that all would be okay. My tire emergency; a nail in one tire, could have been a horrible experience. Jason, Jay and team listened to me with concern, understanding and reassurance that I would get the best prices and service. Thank you for your expertise in tires and reasonable quote on getting a full set of tires, next day service at an affordable price. You all made my experience stress free and made an unexpected cost one that I felt comfortable paying.I recommend your location and team to all. I also have been telling everyone I know what a fantastic team you are. Again, thank you.

The best town fair tire ever. Jay is the best, always there to help and listen. They work with you and your situation, at a fair price. Couldn't recommend anymore for your tires needs. Always a simple in an out with 5 star service. Leave them a good review if you feel the same they deserve it

I went this past weekend, due to my tire pressure light coming on every morning the previous week. I figured I had a nail in my tire (which I did), I did not have an appointment, and Jay was great!They helped me, and was very accommodating and told me about 4 hours to get it looked at and fixed, and it took less time than that! I will definitely be going back when I need new tires!Highly recommend!

I had a great experience getting two tires replaced. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got my car into the bay fairly quickly. It took a reasonable amount of time to get my two tires replaced, balanced, and a full alignment. The cost was reasonable. Jay (or Ray?) was very helpful in getting my car in and out fairly quickly. Thank you!

Wow, this is an excellent place for any car services! Honest, caring and very informative!! Thank you for all your help and explaining every step of the way! Jason Crabtree was one who helped me through this hard part of my day. 2 flat tires and he still made me smile making it a quick trip and DONE. Thank you for your help!!

I have been using this location for many years for all my tire needs. I find the store clean and organized.All the staff are pleasant and helpful, but especially Jason. He was very accommodating to my schedule and managed to service me quickly and efficiently. At one point, I had a tire that was low in air, and he had me drive around to the service bays, andthey kindly took care of it for me.I highly recommend this facility.

Wanted to throw out a huge Thank You to the crew at Town Fair on Diamond Hill Rd! Had a noticeable vibration in the steering wheel on the highway...setup an appointment which I showed up early for, the service writer explained what we were doing and got the SUV right in for a balance and rotate. The technician was quick and detailed. Upon completion the service writer had the technician explain to me what he had found which was exactly what I expected. Now the SUV is driving smooth!! Thanks again, highly recommend this location!

I showed up last week and met with Jason regarding new tires for my truck (2016 GMC Denali).They did not have them in store, but he got them ordered and shipped in for an appointment on Saturday.I showed up Saturday, and tires were there.A few hours later, my truck had new tires and an alignment. Jason had it all taken care of. Great job to the TFT team.

I have nothing but amazing things to say! From the second I walked in I was greeted and treated with respect! The prices were clearly explained and they made sure I was getting exactly what I needed! Jay was so helpful! And the fact that both Ray and Jay were able to bring me back to work and drop my car off meant I was able to finish my shift! I truly appreciate all of you! 100% recommend!!!!

Jason and Ray went above and beyond for me. I was really in a pickle financially and these two guys were able to get me a whole set of tires with an alignment and warranty on the tires before I move to Florida. Their knowledge of products and working with me was like nothing is ever seen. Well done boys!!! Handsome fellas too!! Highly recommend

I had a nail in my tire a few days ago and got it patched at a different place to hold me over until I could bring my car into Town Fair Tire and I m glad I waited. They were the most helpless and gave me the best price. I called around a few different places and town fair is by far the cheapest for a decent name brand tire that wasn t braking the bank but also wasn t the cheapest option, they also got me in so quickly. And to top it off Raymond was able to lower the price even more so that I could get the alignment and warranty for the life of the tires. Very happy customer

Not just great services, but great prices too. I have been buying tires for all my cars, and been very happy of their prices. Service (tire change) is great too, with attention to details. Strongly recommended.

Came in today to have my tire repaired. The gentleman that assisted me was very professional, polite and most importantly personable. My car was done rather quickly. I called saying I'd be a little late picking it up and the second gentleman I spoke with was even nicer than the first! This is a great location for customer service as I've been here before. I had an emergency and needed a new tire so I could get back to Massachusetts and not have to tow back my car. I called a Town Fair and I was greeted by a very welcoming employee. Jason was AMAZING!!! He immediately put my racing mind at ease and helped me calm down. He assured me that he could help me and in a jiffy. He followed through on his promise. He explained everything in full to me and didn't try to oversell me anything I didn't need. The car was ready in less than 2 hours and I was so pleased. I wish this place was closer. I would return in the future and suggest everyone to come here!! Thanks Jason! We need more positive and knowledgeable employees like him.

This place does such amazing work and always greets me with a smile. They are very consistent with making their customers feel comfortable. You can truly tell they put a lot of their time into their work to make sure the job gets done the right way. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I went in just to check options for my 2020 Ram. I spoke with Jason who was understaffed at the time but took the time to help me and had a great attitude. Long story short, I ended up with 33" Falken Wildpeak A/T's under his recommendation, and left there an hour later with brand new tires. I recommend this place 100% and Jason is the best. I even went back and Jason helped my wife with a tire and rim package and she is very happy also!! I'll be back for sure!! Thanks Jason!!

We always buy our tires at town fair tire in Woonsocket. Everyone there is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Just had both our car and truck done this past week. Extra thanks to Jason for helping us out with a ride home.!!

Great service as usual. I went in for an alignment and found out my tires were extremely bad. Jason helped me out greatly, by providing photos of the tires to show me how bad they actually were. Jason was a great help with pricing and discounts available within the store. Highly recommend working with him at this shop.

I came here wanting new rims, and good all terrain tires, the guy who helped me was very helpful, I ended up special ordering a set of rims and they came in quickly and were already mounted and balanced by the time i got there, so all they had to do was throw them on my truck. I was happy with their service!

I ve gotten both tires and rims at this location. Mine have to be ordered but they got me in for an appointment the day my tires and rims were delivered and even though there were several other customers there I didn t have to wait very long at all. They ve also gotten me in for flat repair within minutes of me calling, even on a Saturday. Also, the staff members have always been so personable over the phone as well as in person. I will definitely be back for my next set of tires and rims.

Jason and the team were absolutely incredible. They were able to bring my car in immediately as a walk in who needed four new tires, an alignment, and sensor work. Would absolutely recommend them for all of your tire related needs.

Jay from TownFair Tire was amazing!! I went in because I had got my tires done in a spot in New York. From that day on my car was shaking every time I drove in the highway. I went in and she completely took care of me. I would come back here in a heartbeat with no hesitation. Definitely keep a great employee like her around

Ray and Jason were awesome! Friendly, professional, respectful and accommodating. I made an apt to get my tires swapped but had purchased them from a different branch. Of course I had forgotten my invoice at home (I blame mom brain ) but they made the transaction so easy. Once they were done with my vehicle I received a call letting me know my car was all set. Again greeted with a smile by Jason and another friendly have a nice evening by Ray. Thank you guys for making today s experience so easy for a mom just trying to check another thing off her list!

I dropped my Dodge Durango off at Town Fair Tire in Woonsocket, RI yesterday and was appreciative of the professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating service I received from Jay. I called a couple days prior and Jay made sure my Toyo Proxes tires would be there would be there. Jay pointed out any issues with my alignment and I was very happy with my new tires. I will be returning to have the same tires installed on my other SUV.
