A good friend of mine has been a customer of Topline for over 15 years, I needed a good mechanic and he recommended Omar to me. I brought my 2010 Subaru Outback to to them in need of serious repairs the week before Thanksgiving. They had my car back to me in under a week on Wednesday with a new subframe and basically the whole front end rebuilt for a very fair price. The car drives like brand new now!! I m extremely satisfied with the work done, the cost, and the customer service. My vehicles have found a new home for service and repairs. Thank you Omar and Jay , hope you have a great Thanksgiving !!!

I find that the work done to refesh my collectible antique BMW was excellent. He was very thorough by changing all the fluids and replacing my brakes. Plus, I like that he used all BMW parts and not cheap aftermarket. I feel VERY CONFIDENT when I take it out for a spirited drive on the winding back roads.Excellent Job.

We have been taking our Audi Q5 to Omar for a few years now. Our Audi has always been repaired or maintained very well, and I have always been impressed with how personable both Omar and Jay are with their clients. Last week I had a full brake job done. A few days later unrelated to the brake job the car began making a very bad noise and we called Omar to schedule a time to bring the car back in. Down a car, we were struggling to find a day to bring the car in and also have the necessary rides lined up to get us everywhere we needed to be. Omar got wind of this and sent two of his staff to pick up and later on drop off the car from our driveway. The problem resulting in the loud noise was fixed in no time and at a very reasonable rate. I cannot recommend a car repair shop with more integrity and good vibes than Topline.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Omar for years. Topline is always reliable. Omar doesn't overcharge and consistently provides us with top-notch customer service. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else.

Topline Motors, one of the best foreign car specialist in RI. I have always owned foreign automobiles, Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, and Porsches. They are experts in all of these, plus otherwise, American as well. Experts on all of these and reasonable priced. If you want the best for your best, go to Topline.Bill Rivelli

I d highly recommend bringing any car to Topline Motors for service. I have worked with Omar and Jay for years and they fixed my 1970 Cadillac Deville, my Toyota Sequoia, and even replaced an engine in my son s wife s Honda SUV which runs great!! My encounter with the technician named Omar was highly unpleasant. He engaged in deceptive practices while replacing my car door, providing false information and ultimately charging a higher fee than initially quoted. Furthermore, he failed to fully repair the door but claimed the work was completed. When I noticed a door lock issue, he promised to fix it for free, acknowledging it was their mistake. However, upon returning the car, he unexpectedly added an additional charge for the repair.The door lock problem did not exist before the initial repair, and I felt compelled to pay for something that was a direct result of their previous work. It s concerning that Omar appeared to be working under the influence, which poses a safety risk to the cars he handles.

Over the years, I have had Omar work on my Porsche 911, BMW M4, Audi Q7 TDI, Audi Q5 TDI , Mercedes ML 350 and Mercedes C300 for everything from basic maintenance (oil change, brakes , filters, etc.) to full collision repairs. My 2007 Porsche 911 C4s had a full service to include engine pull and cleaning, full inspection, plugs, wires, IMS upgrade, clutch, rack and pinion replacement and and full suspension replacement.I find Topline to be honest, upfront, fair, and reasonable. They are the ones I trust with all my European cars. And recommend all of my friends to.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Brought my BMW to the dealership for an air bag light that came on after a rainstorm. The service writer told me that their tech recommended to change the seat motor and the seat - air bag sensor. This is the only fix After the quote was read to me, I could have boughten season tickets to the Patriots. $4200.00 plus any other issues that would and could arise. I declined the service and decided to shop around. When I picked up my vehicle, I had a new light appear, Low voltage low battery. I asked the dealership about this new light and they told me that I would need a new battery.The battery is less than a year old and I noticed my radio station was turned to something I don t listen to. I brought the car to Top Line Motors in Cumberland RI. After explaining the situation to Cy he told me that the battery was probably just drained from someone listening to the radio or leaving the accessory on. He also told me that he would look at the seat and the motor along with the sensor that was tripping the light.Omar called me the next day and told me that the vehicle was ready for pick up. It was explained to me that all that needed to be done was the seat needed to be dried out and the sensor reset itself. Also, the battery was charged and tested and passed. They also ran a couple of tests and everything came back good. All this was done to my vehicle for less than a dinner for two, the dealership wanted $4200 plus the cost of a battery and coding the car which would have run another 5 to 700 dollars.The dealership had my vehicle for 3 days and had drained my battery and wanted 5k of my money for nothing. I m learning now that there is an alternative to the dealerships, and a more honest one too.Top notch service and quality work.

I would love to thank topline for my newest car runs and drives great Omar and jay is the finest mechanics I know . I really don t know were I be if it wasn t for Omar or jay Wait I know I would be walking .If anyone is looking for a great mechanic to have their car fixed this is the best place..Jay and Omar are honest and always give a fair price . So far...very honestI received my car back yesterday after 2 weeks. The guys ran into some issues with my car and could not believe the care and dedication they all had to deliver my car in such fantastic shape. I would recommend Top line to anyone that wants an honest mechanic.You cannot find and honest crew anymore..but here we are. Great job guys!!! Thank you for such great service!! You are all appreciated.

Brought in my 1989 Mercedes which would not start. They diagnosed the problem when other mechanics couldn't. They know these German cars inside and out. Omar explains everything in detail. They use quality parts and prices are reasonable in relation to the work performed. The car doesn't leave there until it is running properly. Also brought in my wife's 1994 Volvo with abs problem and had the same experience. If you want your car fixed right this is the place for you.

I serviced two of my cars with Topline Motors. I spoke to Omar regarding the car. He helped me out a lot with giving me a reasonable price. The cars run very smoothly and there were no further issues. He also helped me out with delivering the cars to me knowing my husband is deployed overseas. I highly recommend Topline Motors to service your vehicles.

I Have a Lexus LS460. I was referred through my friend Joe D. Who also spoke highly of Topline Auto.I met with Omar who was welcoming. We spoke for a few minutes and took a ride in my vehicle. Omar was very professional and knows his cars. He works on all high end vehicles. Which made me very comfortable.He was able to get my vehicle done in a timely manner and I was very happy with his price for the amount of work he s done. He Takes his time which shows he cares for his customers specially in this time of financial stress.FYIHe uses original parts for your vehicle but charges much less.Drop in and ask for Omar..... I highly recommend Topline Auto.LJ.

I had a problem with my car and I was recommended to this body shop. Spoke with Omar in regards to my car which no could figure it out and he did I received a follow up call with my status from Katherine she was very friendly and Knowledgeable in what was going on with my car she was with me through the whole step of the way which I appreciate especially when you re frustrated not knowing what s going on with your vehicle that takes you to a and b. Pricewise they were very low compared to others and a warranty to their work!!!!!! Thank you guys very much would Definitely recommend them for auto bodywork and mechanical and they did a great job for my husband painting his car at a good price there is not a lot of honest great work out there thank God I found a shop. And they took care of my husband with a car rental while his car was being fixed due to an accident it s a hassle free. Thank you Omar, Katherine

This place has been restoring my 1985 Porsche 944 which has been garaged for 20yrs since my brother passed away, they have gone through the car step by step getting it back to a running and driving car which means a lot to me and my family to have this restored

I live with in 30 mins away. I drive a 2017 Mercedes E-350. I dive by Topline motors every day and my check engine light keeps coming on and set off my electric stability control light, along with the ABS light. So I stopped by their and come to fine out it was a short in my rear passenger door and only cost $100 to have them fix it. Thank you so much Jay and Omar

This is currently the worst experience I've had at a repair/ body shop I've ever experienced. I dropped my truck over to be painted in the middle of March with a promise from Omar that it would be done in 2 months tops. It is now the middle of September and it's still not completed. Every week I call and it's always some excuse on why it's not done. I went there yesterday to see the progress of my truck and was told by Jay that it's locked in the back and Omar was working on a car which seems very sketchy. I want by truck and money back today! This place should be embarrassed to call it's self a business, it's shameful customer service. Literally the definition of over promise and under deliver. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would recommend Topline Motors to anyone if you want your car fixed right! They were there in a pinch for me when no one else was! They did a wonderful job repairing my car. Within hours I got my car back running in Tip-Top shape! Thank you Omar and all the other guys at Topline motor!

These guys are the best ! I brought my 30 year old Mercedes to Topline with a host of hard to detect issues. Omar and Jay said they would have the car running like new. After bringing the car to other garages with no luck, I had my doubts. To my surprise these guys know foreign cars. They fixed every issue and were not satisfied until I was. The car runs like brand new. I m now a customer for life.Dave Jarry

We were looking for an autobody shop as we had met with an accident. We heard about this collision center from a friend and had a good feeling about it. But our experience was really awful as the guy made us wait for a very long time and despite the long wait our car was not serviced properly. After a month we got our car back. Even though the guy took his own sweet time to repair the car, few issues were left unnoticed. We have been running to the motor shop every other week to fix one or other issue. The bumper in the front wasn't fixed properly and the guard underneath the engine was damaged from the accident. The guy didn't pay attention to any of it. We had planned for a leisure trip to enjoy the weekend. We were on the express way when we began hearing a weird noise from the car... we had to call the roadside assistance and our friends for help... it was really annoying that we had to spend the rest of the day looking for a motor shop to fix the car. We don't recommend this place to anyone. Wanna give 0 star:(

I recently had Topline Motors do body work on my 1985 LandRover Defenderthey had to replace my rear fender and drivers side rear door along with several scratches and nicks on the body. Omar, who is the owner, was extremely knowledgable and helpful to me throughout the repairs.I was so amazed at how great of a job that was done on my vehicle.I would definately recommend Topline Motors,Inc to have any body work done along with the convience of their trustworthy mechanics.Joyce Haganey

Outstanding service. We have used Topline for a couple pre-purchase inspections and then while my son was working on his VW, he broke a small plastic part that would have taken a couple days to get from the parts store and he needed his car for work the next day. We called Topline and Omar said to bring it by and he would see what he could do. Long story short, he expoxied it back together and got my son's car back on the road. Then he called later that night just to make sure it worked. Best repair shop in the entire state and probably all of New England. Thank you Omar, your the best!!!

I decided to stop into this shop after checking online for bodyshops in Woonsocket and nearby areas. After looking at some of their jobs I decided to get my car worked on by TopLine Motors. All I can say is WOW! I cant even tell difference between the oem paint and the body work paint job done. They also used quality products and parts. Omar took the car apart right in front of me so that I could see what was needed replaced and did it in minutes. Also showed me the oem parts ordered and receipts. I am a details person and had no complaints. The price also was hundreds of dollars less in comparison to the other quotes I had received. The staff was extremely pleasant and answered every question I had, also got me in and out quickly. I would highly recommend this shop for any car need, paint job, body work auto repair ext.
