2 or 3 times I ve had to come here when Advanced and Autozone didn t have the part in stock, most recently lower control arms for a Corolla. They always have it in stock here. Seems like I m doing myself an injustice even bothering with the other stores before coming here now a days. I m going to have to drive the ten extra minutes and just go here first from now on. Thanks guys.

Was looking for engine rebuilding white grease, people in this world today dont do this kind of do it yourself engine work like they use to so finding this grease isnt easy but napa was the only store I fond after looking around that still have this product readily available.

Went to exchange some broken ratchets that I had acquired a few years ago when I was in school. Carlyle Tools have a lifetime warranty and NAPA supports their replacement. (some stores anyway) Despite the fact that the aforementioned ratchets were more than 3 years old, they replaced 'em with no fuss, no B.S., no paperwork, and no additional costs! I was in and out within mere minutes with 2 shiny new tools. Yay! And Carlyle is inexpensive enough that you don't need to take out a 2nd mortgage to purchase them! NAPA also Actually Stocks hard-to-find parts that are "special" orders at the other autoparts stores (mostly the ones starting with the letter "A").

Limited stock, can order and have shipped in same day or next day. They know far more than the morons at Advance Auto Parts, and have a clue as to what you're looking for, and plus side is there's a True Value Hardware store right next door in the same building.

There ok parts are generally fair priced and available, staff could use a little extra customer relations training but generally ok

Not my favorite auto parts store this chain is the least helpful for customer service and usually cost more than other parts stores

Don't forget about Napa. They have it all too. Plus you can get it delivered. Just needed some fuses, blew one pumping up my buddies tire.

Needed 10lb radiator cap. None in stock but they located one at another store. Picked it up and everything is ok now.
