The team at Michaud Auto Body did an outstanding job on my vehicle. The attention to detail and quality of work that they provided was top notch. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had and promised the car would be taken care of and it was. The car looks better than it has in years.! If you care about your vehicle I would definitely recommend them, you will not be disappointed with the quality of work they provide.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

They subbed out a PDR job after my truck got dinged pretty good on a body line in a parking lot and I would honestly give them 6 stars if I could. Mitch and Wayne could not have been more accommodating and pleasure to work with, and the truck looks as new as it ever can. Hopefully don t need them again anytime soon, (if I do I know I ll have to break the rating system since I ll have 10 star service waiting for me) but will definitely be sending everyone else their way!Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding! If it were possible to give more stars, I would. They took such good care of me. They dealt directly with the insurance company, provided a rental car and made sure everything was back to "brand new". Mitch and his crew made me feel very comfortable and confident that everything would be done right. Mitch is a man of integrity and of his word. I highly recommend Michaud Auto Body for your auto body needs.

Wayne at Michaud was awesome. I got side swiped in my new truck and was devastated. People recommended Michaud to me and i was amazed with the outcome. My truck looks better than when I bought it. After my aluminum body car was damaged by a hit-and-run parking lot driver, I immediately called Michaud Auto Body. I knew they could handle an aluminum crash repair. Michauds, the one and ONLY place I TRUST with my vehicle repairs since 2006! Not only are they efficient, they are professional, go above and beyond for the customers, work with the insurance for all the repairs, ensure you have a rental, your vehicle comes back just like factory, detailed in and out, Every. Single. Time. Regardless of what vehicle it is. I have used them about 5-6 times since 2006 and never am I disappointed. Thanks to the office staff, Wayne and the guys who do all the repairs and other work!

Michaud Auto Body took excellent care of my car repair. They handled coordinating the car rental and expertly dealt with the insurance company for me. My car looked fabulous when they finished. Jackie in the office is very professional, helpful, and friendly. Wayne was always available to answer my questions.

My car was hit by a deer and pretty badly damaged. I took it to Michaud's and they did a great job. They handled the insurance company and took care of the rental car as well. My car was detailed and spotless when I picked it up. If I have the need for body work again I will def be going back to Michaud. I cannot say enough for how excellent of a job that Michaud Auto Body does. When my car was hit twice within one year with some serious damage, they went above and beyond coordinating with insurance, waiting for parts and communicating with me regulatory throughout the entire experience. It is hard to find a repair shop that you know you are not being taken advantage at and will be patient in answering all of your questions and I fully trust Wayne and his team. No word of a lie, my car looked better after the work Michaud did than when I drove it brand new off the lot. These guys are amazing. I brought my car in to have a bumper fixed after being rear ended. They accommodated me as soon as they could despite having a fully booked schedule. When I got my car back, it looked like a mirror. Every inch was spotless. The tires shined, and interior detailed I might have to get rear ended more often. But in all seriousness, you can tell that this is one of the rare shops that truly cares about the work they do and doing the best they can for their customers.Service: Body & Trim

We had called in and spoke to one of the owners on a Monday and where serviced immediately on a Wednesday. Mitch one of the owners took such good care of us. The receptionist Jackie I would say was one of, if not the best service reps they have. I was assured and guaranteed that the work would have been done correctly as they did. This business is a very reputable establishment and guarantee the work they put out. Don t look anywhere else for your auto body needs and go see Mitch! Michaud did a great job repairing my Ford. The quality of the work was outstanding and the communication before and after was most professional. As an unexpected bonus, the vehicle was totally cleaned inside and out. I had forgotten how nice the paint was!Over the years, Mitch and his crew have repaired several family vehicles, always with great results. I got into my first accident when someone had rear ended me. A coworker recommended Michaud, and I'm so thankful they were my choice! Professional, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone inside welcomed me and were so personable. With any issue or question, and a simple phone call, Michaud's answer was "we will handle it." As far as quality, my car looked better than it did when I drove it off the lot. They detailed the exterior and interior, and the paint job is beautiful. (Did I mention they had the job done in less than a week?) I am so thankful. Would definitely recommend to everyone!Service: Body & Trim

I trust no one else with my cars except Michaud Auto Body. I got rear ended and my bumper cracked. Insurance wanted to patch paint it. Wayne advocated for me and my car and it's beautiful now! He even detailed it for me and buffed out my headlights. They handled the insurance and the rental. 10 years ago I was rear ended but worse. I didn't have to talk to my insurance once after I initiated the claim. Everything went perfectly and my car was back to beautiful after he was done. Highly recommended!

Michaud Auto Body embodies true professionalism. The job on my vehicle may have been considered small compared to other jobs in their shop, but they still treated us with the same attention and care as I've come to expect from them. We have used Michaud Auto Body a few times in the past and have always been extremely happy with the work they performed and condition of our vehicles when they have been returned to us. Wayne and staff are wonderful and very accommodating. I would not think of trusting my vehicles to any other body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mitch and his team are a pleasure to do business with. They have repaired several of our vehicles over the years and their work is outstanding. For our major repairs, the process was seamless as they communicated with the insurance companies and arranged for our rental car. Communication was excellent and our vehicles were always ready when promised. Customer satisfaction is their top priority and I would highly recommend.

Michaud Auto Body has a very high reputation of being the very best in the area. From the time I walked in I was treated like I was there only customer. Keri was always there to answer any questions I had or to update me on my repair. Management and The owner Mitch are always in the office if you have any concerns . Wonderful experience, wonderful people. I would never take my car anywhere else. They are quick, extremely nice, and you can tell Mitch really cares about his customers. I had to have work done on my car because I was rear-ended and they walked me through the entire process, completely allayed any fears, ensured that the other insurance company would cover the damages, and they even arranged my rental for me and cleaned my car inside and out when it was time to pickup. I can't say thank-you enough!!

Absolutely the best auto body repair shop! Thanks to Mitch, Wayne, Vicki and the entire crew for the all around best experience. They handle every detail including estimate, insurance and rental car. The repair work is the best and the car looks as good as the day it was new. They go over and above to make sure everything is done correctly and that you are completely satisfied. My car is an 05 & I stay on top of it to keep it in great shape. 90% of my car s paint was dull and matte and my trunk has had little to no clear coat left and was tinting yellow, it bothered me to no end but I dealt with it for years. I went to Michaud because they ve taken the best care of my car before, and they did a buff and glaze on my entire car, I could ve cried. My car has never looked better, and they gifted me with a freshly painted trunk because it was still yellow after buffing. My car honestly has never looked newer after 15 years, they were so professional, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced!

Stopped buy to have Michaud Auto Body take a look at my car that has a dent on the rear quarter of the car. Wayne came out with me and took a look and said he could try heating the area and pull dent out and then buff the area. I said great lets try it. They did and in less than 10 minutes it was done and looked really good. Wayne said sometimes we win so no charge your all set. I have done business with Michaud in the past and will continue to go there. It's a good place and they do great work. Thanks again Wayne.

They always do a good job period. I recently was T - Boned and one of the workers wrapped my window for free. He showed genuine concern about my vehicle, I can say it will be getting fixed here . Worth the wait !

I went to Michaud for what I thought was some minor rush repair, upon my return I was told and showed pictures of just how bad the rust had gotten. The owner personally took care of me, explained to me all of my options and even did extra preventative work to get me by until I was able to resolve my issue and they were done the same day! They were more than professional went above and beyond all of the staff was very polite and I could never complain about price. I would not use another body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Professional, courteous and honest are just some of a few words that I can think of when it comes to this particular Body Shop. I had front-end work done on my 06 Jeep Commander... The time, quality and care that they put into my vehicle, I believe is unmatched by any other body shop. I would highly recommend them for their great service.

This is my first time getting my vehicle repaired by Michaud Auto Body. Not only are they friendly and professional, my car looks brand new again! They are amazing and I plan to go back if need be. I highly recommend them if you live in the North End of RI or even on the Massachusetts border.

Words alone cannot describe how amazing a job Michaud Auto Body has done. From scheduling the drop off and appraisal, to working on the vehicle, to delivering the finished product. The work was done perfectly and the vehicle looks better than it did off the lot. I highly recommend Michaud Auto Body for any work you may need. The treatment I also received from the staff was top notch!

For an insurance claim they went above and beyond. I feel like they could have just done the bare minimum because they were getting paid regardless of what they did. But from the excellent customer service to returning my vehicle to me sparkling clean(cleaner than I dropped it off I'm embarrassed to say :-) I'm very impressed. They are out of my way but were the closest shop my insurance company worked with. I am willing to drive the distance to use them in the future. Thanks again.
