I had a very serious issue with the headlights on my Cadillac SUV. Apparently it is a common problem with that vehicle. When I say an issue I mean they barely worked!! I took it to Inferno Audio. They couldnt fix it the first time but didn't charge me either. The whole headlight assembly needed to be replaced. It was a big job to replace them. They guided me in the right direction on what lights I needed to buy and they installed them at a very fair and reasonable price! I've also purchased a couple of car starters from them in the past. I would highly recommend them for all of your vehicle needs!!!

I recently purchased a car but the heated seat wasn't working. It looked like a wire had corroded out of the plug so I asked these guys to re-pin it for me. Turns out it was way more involved but they got it working anyway! I can't wait to have them swap the stereo.

Great service. Was able to cut a key and program a remote for me. He did have a problem which wasn t his fault . He worked with the company and got it done for me. Most other places would have given up. Thanks Keith for your excellent service and quality products.

Took my older car in to get the cassette deck and CD changer fixed. First visit went smoothly, they took them both out and said they'd call me when it was done. When someone called about 2 weeks later to say they were finished (about the time they estimated, which I do appreciate) I asked if a particular day would be alright for me to come by and them reinstalled as I only have one day off and was told that would be no problem. I showed up early afternoon on that day and was told it would be a long time because I did not make an appointment. Very confusing because I think the same guy who told me that was the same person I spoke to over the phone. Waited a while before they brought me my items which is fine, I understand they are a busy shop. I am not sure if this was a misunderstanding but the guy seemed irate I expected them to reinstall them and told me that they might not have time (I did ask during the original phone call that they would do this) and waited about 2 1/2 hours for reinstall. The whole time I was in there they seemed unorganized for the high volume they had and even turned the lights off to try and appear closed so no one would enter during regular business hours. Cassette deck now works perfectly although I did not discover until I got home (wasn't able to test right away) that the CD changer still does not work and I am having the same issues as before. Paid $200 total for parts and labor for both of those things to be fixed and receipt declares both of them as being serviced. They explained that these projects get outsourced to someone who fixes that type of equipment off location, but I still feel as though they are responsible for this considering they took my payment. Tried calling twice to see if they would help but was unable to get through both times, not surprising after witnessing their organization while waiting in there for so long. Would not go here or recommend, very disappointed.

I don't remember if I initially posted a review after having a remote start installed at Inferno Audio. If I did not my bad. They are very good at what they do. I think the install might have taken an hour or two for them to complete. That was about 4 years ago. Recently my remote start stopped working. It would turn the car on, but would not engage or start the car. They told me to come by, so I did. One of the techs came right out to my car, popped out one of the fuses that was blown, put it in another fuse and the car started right up. The tech told me I was all set. I shook his hand and I was on my way. These guys are really good at what they do. Oh! I already said that, but it is worth repeating. If and when I buy a new car I will be going back to them to have another remote start installed.

BEWARE!! SCAM ALERT!!!!Brought in 2003 GMC Sierra for basic radio install. They charged me $450.00 then sent me on my way with equipment that was y working properly. They initially agreed to resolve the issue and were unable to. They agreed if there were any issues they would remove their work and refund me. I called two days later due to the weekend being inbetween and they told me electronics are not refundable have a nice day See you in small claims court!!

Lets start with "I been in the automotive industry for over 6 years" I must say Inferno Audio is hands down the best business from owner, installation to quality! That I have ever dealt with! I walked into Inferno Audio I was quickly greeted by Keith making me feel extremely welcome. I explained exactly what I wanted not knowing much about (audio) in less then 15 minutes I was scheduling my appointment for installation. Keith made it happen gave me tons of knowledge I was able to stay way under my price range and most importantly... ((I love my sound system !!!! )) thank you again for a great experience!!! I highly recommend Inferno Audio !!!

Have to say. I never do reviews. But this is worth it. Keith and his crew are amazing. I have a truck. Very hard to fit stuff in. I am very strict when it comes to audio. Keith was very patient with me and kept installing bigger and bigger subs. Now my truck sounds absolutly insane and my back seats r still usuable. He has quality equmint. He went above and beyond to make my truck sound amazing. I will be back for sure in the future. I highly recommend. He turned me into a bass head.. LOL

I brought my boat in with a new stereo receiver that I needed to have installed. They helped me schedule a specific install time so I wasn't without my boat for a long period of time and also advised me that the boat speakers were damaged and selected and installed new marine grade replacements. The whole process was done in half a day and the results were amazing. Keith and his team are great people and they do amazing work!

Great people, great price and great work. I like that they will install your equipment. Other places will refuse so you have to buy their marked up stuff even if yours is perfectly fine. They did window tinting on my sons Audi and it looks great class A job. I would highly recommend these guys.

I had an AWFUL EXPERIENCE but just that's me. I DROPPED MY CLASSIC CAPRICE CLASSIC TO THESE GENTLEMAN TO RESTORE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF MY MUSIC SOUND SYSTEM. 7 OF 20 SPEAKERS WERE WORKING AND 2 OF 4 AMPS. LONG SHORT OF IT THEY CALLED ME 10!!!! DAYS LATER TO SAY THEY DIDN'T WANT TO WORK ON/REPAIR MY CAR. I GET TO RETRIEVE THE VEHICLE AND NOT ONLY DID NONE OF MY MUSIC OR SPEAKERS PLAY ANYMORE... SUDDENLY THE CUSTOM POWER SUNROOF THAT I'D JUST PAID SEVERAL HUNDRED AFTER SEVERAL YEARS TO HAVE FIXED WAS NO LONGER FUNCTIONAL. THEY BROKE MY SUNROOF AND F'D UP MY SYSTEM. I HAD TO GO TO RALPHS INSTALLATION S ON BROAD ST IN PVD AND$1,200 LATER(I HAVE REPAIR RECORDS AND RECEIPT) MY MUSIC IS PLAYING BUT THE ELECTRICIAN TO REPAIR MY ROOF... AGAIN!!!! WASN'T AVAILABLE!! THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME MY OLD SCHOOL WOULD'VE BEEN COMPLETE AND THEY SET ME BACK A FEW GEES AND A FEW STEPS. I'LL MISS A FEW CAR SHOWS AND I'VE ALREADY HAVE MISSED SEVERAL AS A RESULT OF THIS. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT RETURN MY VEHICLE TO ME AS I LEFT IT THEY RETURNED IT IN WORSE CONDITION AND TOTALLY DIDN'T GIVE A FILTH , FLARN, FILTH!!! They said your car was messed up before we started working on it. We started, saw it's a nightmare now we are thru. Just walked back in the office!! Then they told me the several thousand dollar forgioto rims I copped from them required $850 more bucks for the FLOATING CENTER CAPS... I CAN FORGIATO MYSELF AND ALL THAT IS REQUIRED WITH SAID PURCHASE IS TO HAVE A SET OF CENTER PIECES RESHIPPED TO THE SHOP YOU COPPED EM FROM!! THAT BROKE MY HEART!!! THEY TRIED TO PLAY ME FOR$900 AFTER COSTING ME$2-$3,000!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT I THOUGHT WAS BASED ON ME BEING BLACK AND THEM THE STAFF ALL WHITE!! SADLY, THEY JUST SAID TAKE YOU CAR AND GO!!! BYE!!! AND THAT WAS THAT

Love the quick responses, the answers to many questions I had. They were personable and prompt. This is our 2nd time going to Inferno Audio and I recommend to anyone looking for car remotes or audio in any vehicle. This is the place to go and prices are pretty decent.

Amazing service from Keith. I approached him in September about putting car play in my car, a feat that could not be accomplished by anyone else, even the dealership. Within 3 months, he found a manufacturer for the CarPlay screen and backup camera and put it in. Great job man I am very impressed.

I spoke with the owner Keith mainly. I was emailing him some questions before coming in, he gave great advice and seemed very genuine. Upon arriving at their shop even 2 people ahead of me, only waited 3 minutes before being helped. Keith instantly remembered me from the emails I sent from the previous few days. He spent a good 30-40 minutes with me discussing what I actually needed and wanted. He actually talked me out of getting new speakers and opted for just getting a sub and amp(he actually got in my car to test out my speakers for about 5 minutes, he said, "your speakers are great, louder than mine, no need to replace these"). The best thing all day is he put the exact model of subwoofer he suggested in my trunk to see if I even liked it before installing it. He parked his truck next to my car, plugged the sub into his amp, we both put the same radio station on and boom 5 minutes later I got exactly what I needed(a real life demo). That was awesome I was sold! Now thinking... time to schedule the appointment for next week. He said his veteran installer could install it in 90 minutes! I was extremely happy, at about 1 hour 40 minutes later, I had my system hooked up, paid the extremely well priced install and was on my way. I couldn't have been happier from experience here! Please if your looking around for custom audio work on your car, please stop here first!

Keith is simply the best, he goes out of his way to help customers. He hooked me up with a 30" Light Bar before my road trip.

These guys are great. I have a new Hyundai and wanted the best sound possible without having to upgrade my factory radio. They installed 4 new speakers and a small under the seat sub and replaced the factory tweeters and it sounds amazing!! I'm sooo glad I went with that option. They saved me a LOT of money. They are very professional and you can tell they have been in the business for a long time. Prices are great, scheduling is easy and the work speaks for itself. Highly recommended! Oh... One more thing. My friend brought his Jeep in because his after market radio just wasn't sounding good at all. It seemed as though a new radio was in order. But... They pulled the radio out and found a problem that the previous installer (they have a big blue sign with a big yellow price tag in their logo)... either missed or made worse some how. Anyway, they were able to fix the system at a minimal cost and did not try to sell him a radio that he did not need. Again he saved money. These guys are honest and do awesome work. ... And the jeep sounds better than it ever did!

I went to Inferno Audio after looking at reviews and through my own friends going there. I went there for window tint and I thought the price was fair, the quality was great and they were very informative. The one thing I thought was weird was they tinted around the heat sensor lines in the back windshield. I've seen tint go over these before, but honestly it's not a big deal when you're driving. The best part is they started my tint at 4 pm and it was ready 2 hours later! Overall, I had a great time and recommend their services.

I cannot recommend Inferno Audio highly enough. I wish other businesses I deal with were half this professional and knowledgeable!!I bought a remote starter 3+ years ago (wicked old for a piece of technology) on a Groupon deal from Inferno and they installed it expertly and it worked great for years with a lifetime warranty. A few months ago, the car started having some electrical issues; the battery was draining from something drawing too many amps. The dealership said it was likely the aftermarket starter, so I brought it back to Inferno to take a look. Not only did Inferno replace the whole remote start system with no questions asked and not another penny out of pocket, but they also ran a full diagnostic on my electrical system and went through everything to find the actual issue (which was not the remote start, btw). Inferno went above and beyond even the manufacturer's dealership to solve my problem. They were super professional and friendly, and stood by their warranty even when they guessed that the problem wasn't their remote starter. Seriously, I was blown away that they were willing to spend extra time on something that was already several years old, was purchased at a discount, and not going to make them any extra money. The least that I can do is post amazing reviews and tell people to GO TO INFERNO for their automotive sound and technical needs!!

Had nothing I wanted, saved me thousands! But they really did try to find exactly what I was looking for. I am just very picky..Update: I should mention that in all the years I've used Inferno, they have never screwed me.. not once! They also took care of my dad's truck, and he is more picky than I am, and he loves these guys!A+ group... even if they can't get me the discontinued wheels that I really wanted

I had purchased a light bar for my Jeep, but wasn't too sure on installing it myself. Friends directed me to Keith and Inferno Audio. I made an appointment and was able to get the bar installed less than a week after receiving it. The time quoted for the job to be done was beaten by almost a full hour. The price to install was more than fair, goven the job and the time taken. I would highly recommend Inferno for any vehicle after market install!

This is a long review, and I don't write reviews, but this was worth the time to take to type.I met Keith back when I was 16, he was about the same age, so I knew of Inferno Audio since its inception, just never really visited or ever thought I had reason to.I've been a DIY car audio fabricator/installer since I was 17, more serious into it from my late 20's to now. Hither to about two months ago, I did most of my product shopping online, I never saw the need for a "brick and mortar" store, and most of the ones in RI, well, as an electrician, I won't go there.A little over a month ago I ran into an issue with two of my amps that are now well over 12 years old. They simply gave up. I was literally at the end of my install and suddenly I am out two 2 channel amplifiers. I needed something, and I needed it quick.I visited Inferno Audio for the first time. I spoke with Keith, told him what was going on, told him what I needed, and he delivered. I had purchased a 4 channel amp from him, great price, actually better price than online, and of course it was warrantied. That amp has since been returned and replaced with something better, however, the products and prices weren't the icing on the cake.In speaking with Keith each time I visited, I would throw something random at him, a random install situation I had to deal with, an alternative wiring method, active isolating relays, passive Bosch style relays, back EMF, etc...Unlike techs and in Keith's case, owners of other shops I had been to in the past for more "random" reasons, Keith knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to hop right into the conversation intelligently and also suggested other avenues on top of the alternatives I mentioned. We also conversed about some past installs he had and issues with certain products that he's used or currently uses, and the legitimate work around to them too.THIS is where it counts. Any shop can sell a product and any shop can read a box or use Google and regurgitate specifications from said source. Any shop can hire people that know the basics of an installation just enough to "get by" and impress a customer who otherwise knows nothing about the craft. I've visited those shops, I've seen it.Keith and the crew at Inferno Audio have the experience and the knowledge behind the products and the installs. This is priceless. It takes a lot to impress me, especially when it comes to a shop or store. Keith and his crew impressed me.I'm writing this review for both those who know nothing about car fabrication, whether it pertains to audio, car alarms, or custom work, and for those like me who have been doing this stuff on our own for years. The way in which these guys bust their butts to try and provide products to me that I would have otherwise bought online in the past, and then come in at or below the price of the online market is impressive in itself. For someone like myself, having the knowledge of what an install should look like, to know the definition of "neat and workman like manner"; to see these guys put that and their pride into their work actually inspired me to make Inferno Audio my new one stop shop. Coming from me, this speaks magnitudes about Inferno.Looking forward to future business with you guys, and keep up the awesome work!

Had a remote starter installed in my car. Within a few months, the car experienced issues where it would not start. I suspected it was the starter and called to ask them to take a look at it after describing what was happening. I was told there was no way that it was the remote starter, and that they couldn't do anything for me. After talking to my mechanic, I called them back, and again was told they were sure it wasn't the starter, but if I wanted to come in and waste my time I could.Well, I could see the writing on the wall with that response, so I didn't bother. My mechanic ripped out the remote starter, and what do you know... the car starts up fine.$500 bucks wasted. Don't waste your time here.

I recently bought a new RAV4 SUV, which I love. But to my chagrin, the model I purchased did not have an automatic lift gate system. And the Toyota dealer would not install one for me.Inferno Audio was recommended to me, and I m delighted that they were.Keith had a hard time getting the system from the manufacturer, but he kept me apprised about what was happening. As soon as the manufacturer confirmed shipment of the unit, Keith contacted me to schedule an appointment.I dropped off my car one night and was able to pick it up, along with my WONDERFUL new lift gate system, the following afternoon. It far exceeded my hopes and expectations.Thank you, Keith!!
