Always a great experience. Bill gets the job done efficiently and tries to save you money. Very respectful and the best business I have ever seen. Tell your friends and don t bother going anywhere else.

Fantastic place. I learn more and more about car care every time and the entire staff is so patient. Scheduling appointments are usually a reasonable amount of time too, typically a week or 2 out if an appointment isn't already available the same week

Had an apt at 730 in the morning. Not only were they on time they had the car up and looking for the problem. Once they found it they came to me to let me know what it was before they started working. They also let me know the price as well. Price was very reasonable for the work and they had it done in less than 40 minutes. Overall very pleasant experience. This was not your typical repair shop for sure. The robot out front was a fun feature to look at too. Thank you for the great work

Highly recommend. I took my new 23 yr old car there for state inspection and windshield wiper repair. For one thing they could have just told me I needed new wiper motor, I was prepared for that. But they took the time to dig out a monster of a mouse nest to test old motor first. Bravo. Then miraculously this 1999 passed inspection after tint removal, boo hoo. They could have taken me for a total ride with numerous repairs. I kind of expected it. Instead they gave me a heads up about future issues I might have. So impressed. They even welded exhaust leak, no charge. This is only second time I had been there and both times I was pleasantly surprised. You never know, right. But I feel like I can totally trust them. If you can't fix your own car I would definitely give these guys a shot.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Bill is the best! I brought my car in for a noise and him and his team found many issues that a previous mechanic had done. They were able to fix everything and make sure my car was safe to drive. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to all my friends and family in the future! Thank you Bill and your hard workers!

I had another quality experience at Henry's today! I arrive w no appt at about 7;30 am and I'm taken in within 15 minutes. Bill runs Henry's meticulously in all aspects. The mechanics are pleasant and always seem to do a good job. The prices are fair and Bill needs to make a buck like the rest of us too . But all my experiences have involved good results. I highly recommend Henry's for all your auto repairs .

Bill is the biggest scammer in history , he gave me a bad battery , he charged me almost $400 without even repairing my car properly . I would never recommend this shop to anyone.And he is so RUDE and disrespectful,no customer service experience , he doesn t smile, he talks to you rudely and if you are a woman , and a person of color don t bother going because he will treat you differently as a white person .And he yells at people too, always have an attitude . There are plenty of auto repair shops and they think highly of themselves , like YOU need customers to function so be humble and treat customers right .Service: Electrical repair

This has been my go-to shop for the past few years now. I have been to a few shops throughout North Smithfield and very dissatisfied with either parts I did not need or doing work on a vehicle that I did not authorize but got a bill for, this place is very honest, very thorough and try to find solutions cost wise if you have an auto problem. They'll also shop around for parts $$$$ you need they just don't deal with one vendor can get you the best possible deal on parts... I highly recommend them if you do not use them now try them out you'll be totally satisfied

Henri's is a great place to have your vehicle repaired. I can usually get my truck in there within a day or so and they have a drop off service that is very convenient for me. They were very rude. When I first went there to make an appointment. Not very nice. I figured I give them a second chance. They did things to my vehicle without permission. When picking my vehicle up, new issues. Was told my vehicle was such a problem. The new issues would resolve themselves. Note: it did not. When I called back to inform them the issues were not resolved by themselves. They could not work around my schedule. I still have not had my vehicle relooked at yet. Cost a lot of money there. Another note not very nice about women veterans. Although he did give me it after my father told him I was in the Military 11years. Now I have to try and another loan to fix my vehicle. Not a happy customer!!!!! Very bad customer service!!!!!

I would not let anyone else touch my Jeep but Henri s. They are honest and upfront about what is needed and what it will cost. Everyone I have referred to them has had a similar experience as I do They always end up thanking me for sending them there. I am a customer for life.

First time here. Place was clean and neat. Had brakes done good job at a reasonable price. Owner and mechanic easy to talk to. Since this was my first visit I could not rate this 5 stars. Will return in the near future for other work on my truck.

I highly recommend Henri's Auto Repair. They have quick but thorough service, and are always accommodating. They fixed a low tire, only to find the battery had died. Honest owner and reliable. changed my entire muffler system for half the price I was quoted from two garages.My former mechanic of 3yrs told me my catalytic converter needed to be replaced also with the muffler system. Heneri"'s welding the pipe and saved me tons of money. So very Thankful for honest people.. Highly recommend these guys

they are very knowledgeable, honest and their work is top self, I had them change an engine in my Envoy. I couldn't have gotten a better one and at a good price. They are true professionals and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had one issue with my car. They were able to diagnose and repair that, however they noticed another issue and advised several options as far as correcting it. One of the repair parts had a damage seal. They sent a tow truck and had the repair done before the end of the work day. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They will not scam or give you the runaround. I would reccomend their services to anyone looking for repairs. They offer preventive maintenance services as well.

Henri s auto saved me today! I was told by several people that it sounded like it was my transmission. Henri s wasn t quick to think that without seeing the car. They told me they would look at it early next week. The car was towed to them around 4 PM and by 4:15 they were calling me telling me it would be ready by 5 for the weekend! It wasn t my transmission!!!!! They were so honest, efficient and helpful! I highly recommend!!

Took my car in for a A/C charge and turned out that my compressor needed to be replaced. It went from a small job to a more time consuming job but Bill and his staff was able to get it done the same day. Went in for a sticker. Bill told me my license plate bulb sockets were broken (140$ to replace). He is terrible at listening. I proceeded to tell him that the bulbs were loose and just need to be replaced. He proceeded to argue with me and sent me out without passing my truck. I went to the store replaced the bulbs and had no issue. Went back to have bill tell me their inspection system is down. Overall unimpressed with the service and bill s horrible attitude and customer service. Dave is great deal with him if you make the mistake of going to this mockery of a repair shop.

I have nothing bad to say they all do a great job when I needed repairs I never had to wait long for my car they have good prices depending on the work and if it's a car or truck they took me right away when I had a issue with my brakes I couldn't believe how quick they fixed my car. Keep up the amazing work that you do.

They fail to let you know there that there's 90 diagnostics fee . Definitely overcharge and hopefully you catch them on a good day because the workers aren't friendly

Not a business i would want to support with my money; very unprofessional, yelling at people trying to drive around them. Not nice people. Maybe they should have chose a better or bigger location so they can get a car off a tow truck without blocking a main road for ten minutes.
