Finally getting around to repairing an issue caused by an install they did for me in January of 2021 instead of sending wires in some conventional way through the firewall, they chose to slice a hole through a rubber cover that enters the cabin. Any time there is an excessive amount of rain or I am parked on a slope, the drivers side floor floods. Maybe their work forte is better elsewhere, but for supposedly upfitting numerous other emergency response vehicles, this work doesn t give me any faith.They also complained that while screwing lights into the metal bumper, the screws kept breaking. Hence why it took so long to complete the project Well, 2 months later those same tiny self-drilling/self-tapping screws snapped off again and my lights were flopping around behind the grille. Again, incredibly disappointed.

I did some exhaust work to patch up a few leaks to pass inspection, but a little after I had another leak. Luckily, he and I were talking about doing some custom work at the same time. He had all the parts in stock that we needed to replace my resonator, flex pipe and create the dual exhaust from my stock single exhaust system. He cut the bumper too, which came out amazing. Our family has been doing business with Justin for over 10 years. He has always had our best interest in mind. Gives us honest quotes and stands by them. He stands by his work and owns it if there is a problem down the line. There is no one I trust more than Justin at ATOM Autowerks to work on my vehicles. I have had him do minor engine maintenance and a full cab restoration on my truck. No one could be more fair with pricing as he has been. No one would go out of their way as much as he has done to ensure I was satisfied with the work performed at his shop. I have experienced other shops in the area and no one comes close with my confidence to do the work right and overall satisfaction.

Justin is the only mechanic I will let touch my car. I've been using him since he owned Meineke and followed him now to this location. I've been a customer of his for well over 8 years and have never been disappointed. Recently, my newest experience was through ATOM Autowerks and again, pleased as ever which was no surprise! I trust him so much that I asked him to do a thorough check on my car to make sure it was up to date on everything it needed. It had only had oil changes, breaks and tires since I bought it. Justin not only did exactly everything needed, unlike other garages, he didn't take advantage. He told me that the spark plugs and transition fluids could wait and gave me a quote if I wanted it done now, or if I wanted to wait. I chose not do it now. Everything I had done to the car would have cost me well over a thousand dollars some place else and it cost me less than six hundred with ATOM Autowerks, not because of a discount, but because of the reasonable prices. He was also finished quickly considering how much extra work I asked him to do compared to what I originally made the appointment for, he was finished by close of business in one day. So many garages take people for granted looking for problems with cars that do exist. Justin has always guaranteed his work and still does to this day. I will never go any place else. Thanks again so much! My only trusted mechanic, always!

Awesome work and attention to detail on my Jeep build. Justin is honest and always keeps you up to date on progress. He will work with you on custom designs to make sure you are getting what you want. They also do regular maintenance work and are fast and efficient with competitive pricing.

I've been going to Justin (the owner) for over a decade to work on multiple cars I've had. He is always prompt, polite, and even gives you multiple price point options if you ask him what would be better, new or used parts. I don't have the best knowledge base on how cars work, but Justin has always been patient with me and even explains "this is why you need this part". I've been to other mechanics in the past who don't bother explaining anything and just tell you what you "need", I've always felt respected and informed when Justin has worked on my vehicles. I also moved from Woonsocket, Rhode Island to Framingham, Massachusetts last year and I always make the trip all the way down to ATOM to get work done because I know it will be quality work and a good experience.

Highly recommend, Justin is highly knowledgeable with Subaru s based on my experience. I basically dumped my car in his hands thinking it was just going to need headgaskets. Well from there once it was diagnosed it needed basically everything because it was starved of oil. Justin found the best option and worked with me throughout it all. Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Extremely professional, upfront, honest and extremely knowledgeable. A+ workmanship with great attention to detail. Brought my 13' BRZ rolling chassis to Justin and a pickup truck load of parts and they were able to get the jigsaw puzzle back together and running again. They installed my motor, turbo kit, fuel delivery system, suspension, transmission, and differential. Any questions or concerns were instantly brought up and handled. Taking a naturally aspirated vehicle and being able to get it all setup to be boosted isn't always an easy task, but they took on the task and NAILED IT!

These most recent 5star reviews must fake or very good friends of his. Justin the owner of atom autowerks lied right from the beginning about prices. You can over charge customers on new parts you ordered but over charging almost 1000 on a used motor that has no real warranty is ridiculous. This owner is very dishonest. A thief, i felt we got robbed. To resolve anything.. you can't because he ignores you or wants communication done based on his terms only. Despite the bs response from him on these reviews. Hes just very difficult as well. I recommend everyone to go elsewhere. The experience here was awful. Not to metion the motor hesitates now since yesterday. Horrible work done!

As someone that mainly does their own work on cars, I cannot be happier with the services that ATOM Autowerks has provided. I have literally never had a shop touch one of my cars previously but decided to go out on a whim and try them for a Clutch and Flywheel Install. Communication was and still is remarkable as many of my friends have taken interest in having him do work for them. The owner takes pride in his work and I couldn't be happier with the result. Will definitely be using them in the future for more work that I may find a little daunting.

I was raised as a "backyard mechanic" from a young age. My father insisting I should be able to fix my cars myself, telling me about all the money I could save by not paying someone else. No one touches my families cars other than myself or ATOM Autowerks. The truth is between life being busy and backyard knowledge not always being enough, you need someone you can trust for the times you can't do it yourself. Well, over the years, Justin at ATOM has done it all for me from simple oil changes to complete engine/transmission swaps. He's upgraded suspension, stereo systems, fixed brakes and fuel leaks, etc,. He has saved me more times than I could recall and every bill over the years has been so shockingly low that i have to give the most sincere THANK YOU!!! Your customer for life. The world needs more shops like ATOM Autowerks. They are transparent and simply brilliant.

AUTOWERKS PERIOD!!!!!!JUSTIN is a Master Mechanic Technician with sometimes just too much heart and a without a doubt passion to serve the industry. JUSTIN will go above and beyond with dedicated underpriced labor and a untouchable costsI own multiple vehicles from big power Hemi's to super sensitive turbo charged engines I service here, I also have had complete builds, custom work on many levels, swaps you name it!All my family and friends confine and frequent with him..... I went to Justin per recommendation from a friend and they (Justin and Dom) didn't disappoint. The shop was easy to find. It was also every clean. They were very cool for meeting them for the first time and very happy to answer all of the questions I threw at them without hesitation.. 10/10 would be recommending to all my friends that need any work done. Brought my GLI in for a straight pipe job and the owner was extremely helpful, understanding, and easy to talk too. Asked me what I wanted, gave suggestions, and didn t try to up sell or tax on price. Scheduled me within a week of showing up and had the job done in only a few hours. Gave a good price while not going to harsh on labor prices. Highly recommend atom autowerks for exhaust and many other things!

I have relied on the automotive knowledge that comes from the owner of Atom autowerks for years, including but definitely not limited to purchasing a vehicle from him. It was a used dodge neon. Of course it had its quirks but he had explained up front the complications of used vehicles. I had the car for over a year before without any major added cost, beyond the routine maintenance that of course I choose Atom to complete. He and his team have always been able to figure out my quirky car problems with my (2) Ford Focus /dodge neon/and now my rav4. From it leaking rain water into my vehicle, a clogged hose/tube to get me heat/ rusted break lines/ power steering... honest and trust worthy, certified and creative.
