I highly recommend Valenti Subaru in Westerly. Ask for Carlos Pineda in sales because he has been selling Subaru's for 22 years and is very knowledgeable on all models. He made the process of buying an absolute pleasure. I haven t had to service my car yet but Carlos took the time to introduce me to the service department and explain that I was a new customer and previously only drove Acuras.I love my Outback and Valenti and look forward to being a loyal customer all thanks to Carlos!

I came here to have my safety inspection performed for RI. From start to finish they were total professionals. Jason and Craig made the experience effortless. While I did not pass, they explained exactly what needs to be repaired in order to pass. I will be back in the next 30 days. If your looking for great people and service, Valenti Subaru is for you!

Service was quick, but the place needs to be modernized. Its uninspiring in every way. I took my car in for a recall issue, and the service team couldn't be bothered to take me through what they found wrong with the car, they just said it was written on the sheet. I just didn't get the impression that they cared that much,

I was really apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle during these tough economic times, but, finally decided to take the plunge. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like family. Carlos walked me through every feature my vehicle had to offer, answered all my questions, and even presented my new car with a giant red bow on it, absolutely adorable!!!I wasn't pressured to buy anything I wasn't comfortable with and the paperwork process was quick and painless with the finance manager, Bo.I couldn't be happier with my experience from beginning to end with the Valenti team. Valenti Subaru of Westerly is a very high quality operation. I worked with Carlos Pineda in Sales and found the experience superior. Funny, while in the parking lot viewing the 2021 Honda Ridgeline (impeccable condition) I was talking with several long-term customers. All had dynamite things to say about Valenti, saying things like There s no better dealer, period, and This is the best Subaru dealer around. We ve been coming here for years. Well, I see what they re talking about. My one-on-one experience with Carlos was amazing, the price was very competitive, and from beginning to end our conversation was thoroughly positive. In the future I will go there for a vehicle, and I hope to work with Carlos again. I m from Fairfield County, CT and it was definitely more than worth the trip for this kind of high quality experience. Also, Bo was great to work with around the financing. He did a great job to get me the lowest rate and monthly payment possible. Well done, Valenti family!

Starting with Christina Psimer, Internet Sales Manager, and ending with Carlos Pineda in Sales, my buying experience was excellent. I was nervous about buying a new car, so I sent an email to Christina. She was so patient with me, and she didn't push at all. I really started to trust her, and when it was time for me to take the next step, I was confident that Carlos would carry on the same high quality service that Christina started. Carlos was welcoming without being pushy. I would recommend Valenti to anyone interested in an honest dealership that respects women and doesn't talk down to them.

In 2010 I researched and decided to buy a new Outback. However, it was a new model year so inventory was low. I called around to different dealers to find the car I wanted and ended up two hours away. In 2023 I was trying to nurse that car along, waiting for car inventories to increase and prices to decrease, but the car didn't make it. This time around I decided to choose a dealer and stick with it until I could get a car. Valenti had the best reviews and my mechanic vouched for them.There was a months-long wait for a less-loaded new car but Valenti let me borrow a car for free. Very nice of them. As I was waiting for my new car to be shipped, I noticed a not-very-used 2020 Outback on the lot that would work for me. Two hours later I bought it! The purchase process went smoothly. I have had the car six months now without any problems.

My experience of buying my used Subaru Outback at Valenti Subaru was excellent and I only have good things to say about Carlos and the staff there. The process was extremely easy and I was able to get the car I wanted at a fair price. There was no bologna or hidden agendas when it came to the financial parts of the transaction. I asked my sales rep for an itemized out the door breakdown cost and it came a few minutes later which is something that not every dealership will do. We've also had great experiences with the service department for with my wife's Subaru Forester. Thanks Valenti Subaru!

Shame on Valenti for charging an 82 year old man $85 to change his wiper blades! Didn t even tell him how much it would be when they insisted that he needed new ones. The old ones were probably fine. That is obscene.

From the first moment I walked in I was greeted by Carlos, my sales person and my entire experience was very relaxed.Thanks to him, I had all my questions answered. I was looking at two very different vehicles and he helped me decide based not on price, but on my lifestyle and driving habits.He was helpful throughout the entire purchase process.This is my second time purchasing and I can't say enough about positive things about the dealership as a whole.

Everything about Valenti Subary in Westerly RI is great, from the sales staff to the service department. You will receive no high-pressure tactics to purchase a vehicle, unlike other car dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I picked up my third vehicle from them yesterday. The service department is just as good as the sales department. And free oil changes for the life of your vehicle is not a tactic to upsell you to unneeded repairs.

Everything about this purchase was easy and professional. We knew what we wanted and Phyllis delivered! We ve used Valenti service dept for 5 years and have only positive things to say. We re excited to finally have a new car after 10 years with our old Subaru. We love all the new safety features.

My family have been longtime customers of Valenti, so when it came time to buy my childhood dream car, I knew it had to be from them. This was by far and away the absolute best buying experience I could have asked for. George was very patient with me, especially since my car took a little longer to come in from SOA than expected. After four months of waiting, I got the news I was so anxiously waiting for, and he simply asked "so when are we doing this?" I gave a date when I was available, set up the appointment, and picked up the car like clockwork. I came to find out that the date we agreed upon was actually his day off, but he came in anyway, not even hesitating! I would have never known about this but it came up naturally in conversation. This stood out amongst everything else they've done, including registering my car and delivering my registration to me up in Mass just two days later, all for an extremely reasonable dealer fee. Everything you'd expect from an extremely professional group and a true gem of a business in southern New England. They have my highest recommendation and I am psyched for my 2019 STi!

We chose Valenti Subaru because of the Valenti families commitment and dedication to local short track auto racing. I felt like repaying there support for the sport we love was the right thing to do. That being said they did not disappoint Tim and George were excellent to work with and our car even was delivered before estimated date. This is our second purchase from Valenti in less than 6 months. My wife and I both needed a car and specifically drove past other Subaru dealerships that are closer to our home after reading positive reviews about Valenti. And, let me tell you, we couldn t be happier with our decision.1. Car buying doesn t have to be painful. We both used the same Sales Expert, Carlos Pineda. Carlos is knowledgeable, friendly, genuinely cares about his customers and is looking to create lasting business relationships - he s not just looking to get the sale . He was responsive and thorough at every interaction. I cannot recommend him highly enough.2. Car buying doesn t have to take all day. When the Business Manager knows what he s doing and isn t looking to sell you something you don t need or leave you waiting to make you sweat it out , it can be incredibly painless. Bo Cranick had everything ready to go, was well prepared and is an expert at what he does. Again, thorough, kind and genuinely cares about his customers and the business.3. We ve got free oil changes as part of our purchase and I will gladly drive to Valenti to do it. We were introduced to the Service Team and felt like valued customers.I can only assume that this means that the dealership is run properly from the top down. You can tell when you re dealing with a business that has a good culture and while good culture and car dealerships aren t often thought of in the same sentence, Valenti is proof that it s possible.

Service department here is A+ and have been using them for years, so I decided to buy a new car from them. The whole process went smoothly and everyone was knowledgeable. My only gripe is at the end the finance manager told me that the VIN etching is required by law after I asked about it (he skipped over it originally , until I asked specifically about the fee), so I paid it. Once I got home I got a nagging feeling and did some research and I couldn't find a single requirement for this in any state statute, which leaves a bit of a sour taste to the experience (in fact, CT explicitly says it not required).

Excellent customer service! Our sales person Carlos has been exceptional. Excellent job introducing us to the vehicle, test driving,keeping in touch as we awaited the car s arrival. We dropped into Valenti Subaru to look at options towards the end of my lease. We were greeted by Carlos Pineda, who ended up being our salesman. The entire process was so easy and flawless - we were able to close out my lease and buy the exact Subaru I wanted, all in a matter of hours! Carlos and Bo were excellent, cannot recommend them more. We will go back to see Carlos for my husband s next car and will recommend him and Valenti to everyone. Thank you for an easy, fast, and dare I say - FUN - day!!

Very comfortable and informative stress free experience. Our salesman Carlos Pineda spent quality time with us explaining and reviewing the whole car and how things work, and said if you have any questions, call anytime you have my cell phone number. That is above and beyond excellent customer service! It was a joy driving our new Subru Outback out of the lot!

I recently purchased a 2023 Subaru Cross Trek Limited. My salesman, Mike Williams, was so friendly & polite. Not pushy in the least. He has been extremely helpful with explaining to me all the features that my car has, & told me if I still had questions I could stop by the dealership or give him a call. Bo made my purchase with a trade in go so smoothly. I definitely made the right decision choosing this dealership. I recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Subaru.This was a great experience - I Love my new car !
