We were looking for a used car and the sales manager was firm on the price even after showing him issues, so we went 7 miles to the other Valenti dealership where they were much easy to deal with

The people are very nice. I ordered a spare key and was given a verbal estimate, but no paperwork. At the time we picked up the key, they added an extra $50 for 30 minutes of "labor" needed to sync the key to the car.Our family had a bad experience several years ago when unauthorized work was added to a repair bill. We felt that a phone call should have been placed even if the extra work was necessary to complete the job properly. Getting a big surprise of hundreds of extra unbudgeted dollars does not seem to be good business in our opinion.

We just bought our second car from them. A very nice experience price wise, not being pushed or overwhelmed with information, getting a good deal for the trade-in, minimizing the amount of work we had to do and offering a long term relationship that is meaningful and pleasant. The Service Department is tops too.

I know many people love Valentis. I had a less than great experience with the credit manager. A year old bankruptcy caused them to not even consider me. Before that bankruptcy I had an a1 credit rating. My income now is above average. I found another dealer who not only got me financing but without a cosigner and at a great rate. Westbrook Honda is the best.

A few days ago I mistakenly put my review of Valenti Toyota in the Subaru box.So I'm attempting to correct that error. Both Al and Rocky, were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.I usually don't like going to a dealership but the team at Valenti was exceptional.

I called them the night before because my car broke down. I had it towed there and they took me in first thing in the morning. I really appreciate their time and they were really nice to me.

I moved here a decade ago with a Toyota and had it serviced here. In 2011 I traded it in for a new Toyota and continue to have it serviced here. They do excellent, honest work. Highly recommend.
