Going in for an appointment today and they were very professional and respectful on the phone I have high hopes!! (Edit) Carl was a very respectful and professional man,kept his word on what the price would be and didn t try to screw me,definitely will be my mechanic going forward and I ll recommend him to everyone!!

Used to go here for everything. Then prices stated to almost double. Needed 4 tires mounted a balanced. They want around $200 so I went to Coventry and had it done for half. Prices everywhere are already killing the economy and now just toMaintain a car is doubling at some places. Maybe taking advantage of inflation or just need to get by idk. They are great place but pricing is getting too high to come back any more. Best of luck to them and thanks for the years of service prior.

I highly recommend Red Stone, went to several other places before I came here. Bill & Carl were friendly and honest. My slow leak was plugged and the charge was very reasonable, don't fool around just go here.

Had a small leak in my tire that I couldn't find. Stopped by and the technician identified the problem quickly and a quick fix later I was out the door in short order. Great service and price from a local vendor.

Was in a bind with my tire and heard about this place. Contacted and was quoted a price. Despite my looks and size I am older than I look, but glad to know now that I wasnt cheated or given any run around. My dad was a mechanic with Town of Stonington Highway dept for 37 years and passed little over a year ago so I had to navigate this on my own without his help. Will gladly go back with any further problems.

Came in with a slow leak in my driver side front. Tried to go to other auto repair places in Westerly and all of them needed to hold my car overnight. Went to red stone tire and was in and out in 20 minutes. Superb service, knowledgeable employees, and a fair price. My new go to repair spot.

Highly recommend. They are a kind fast efficient business in our community. They got me in for an oil change while i waited with my 3 children within 30 mins of me calling. I had been trying the larger corporate stores for weeks just to get the run-a -round. I will absolutely return with my business from now on.

Fixed a flat while 2 hours away from home. Good service. Didn't rail me on the price and fit me in as quickly as he could. Happened to have a really odd tire size in stock for my low profile tires. Gave me a discount on tpsm, and got me back driving in a timely manner. The workers were cool too, we chatted about the new HALO and COD that came out while I waited and they were professional and now over a year later the tire and tpsm have lasted with good tread

Awesome mechanics, very timely in service and incredibly fair prices. Also very patient with customers, I probably called a dozen times today with questions and they provided excellent customer service, always friendly and somehow not annoyed with me! I drive a mini cooper and tend to assume the worst with pricing in foreign car repair but I was blown away when given the total. I work/live an opposite schedule to normal business hours so it was a relief to drop off my car, pay, and pick it back up in a way that worked for me. I never felt pressured for extra services, just an honest and excellent job all around. I will recommend this business to anyone in the area. Thank you!

This is the best tire business in southern RI by far. Have had 3 flats fixed, longest took 20 minutes. Alignments are reasonably priced and done perfectly. Had tires put on, good prices and great service. They run a tight ship, they are ready when you get there and everything is done on time or ahead of schedule. I have been to other places from Westerly to North Kingstown, these guys are the best and no one is close. They are ridiculously honest and trustworthy, no overselling at all.

My husband s car needed four new tires and he had a ABS light flashing from time to time.Now the car is ready for winter with four new tires, a new front wheel bearing and a repaired wire to the sensor.The price was very fair, as always.Carl and his technicians are people that can be trusted.

Wow. Truly impressed with the speed of service, the price, and my fixed tire! I don t think I ve ever had such an awesome experience with a tire or car mechanic EVER, and these guys really set the bar high. No wonder they re top ranked by Google. I ve already referred a few friends and I would highly recommend Red Stone Tire. Thanks guys!!

Purchased tires. Service was quick. Owner not very personable, got the feeling he didn't care if I came back or not. Inquired about another service but he didn't seem real interested in doing it and gave me a pretty high estimate. Might try Red Stone again or might not. I went because referrals said he was great and usually gave a good price. Not sure that was the case for me.

Carl not only managed to find hard-to-get parts to fix my e-brake issue fast, he did it after others had tried and failed. More than that he saved my butt by digging up a 2-year-old invoice I needed for the state when I needed it. A+

An out-of-town guest had a flat tire and needed an emergency tire change so he could drive home. Red Stone went out of their way to help. They showed him what went wrong with his old tire and quickly got him back on the road with a good replacement tire at a fair price. We really appreciated their speedy service!

Got a flat bout quarter mile away but crawled into Redstone. Tire was destroyed. Carl and his crew set me up with a good used tire and i was back on the road in 15 minutes. Great job and Damn fast service.

Had a nail in my tire. They took me right in and fixed it immediately. I happened to pull in just as they were finishing another tire repair, so there was no wait. Repair was done in 10 minutes at a reasonable price!

I came in for a leaking tire. The guys there were able to see me right away and fixed the problem fast. They were professional and very reasonably priced. I would use Red Stone again and recommend to others.

Staff was friendly and assisted me with a tire issue when I was in a hurry. They fit me in and made sure the job got done. My issue is, I'm assuming because I'm a young looking female, the employee who quoted me a price, overcharged me and then tried to upsell me by trying to scare me with misinformation. Unfortunately for him, I actually know a small amount about vehicles and will not be returning.

RIP OFF Charged me 49$ for an oil change. I'm a Senior Woman with Out of State tags. Carl saw me coming. Said he used synthetic oil blend. WHY? nobody else ever did. Maybe ok for the locals but NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Came highly recommended, perhaps I should have told him that & he wouldn't have PRICE GOUGED me. Offered to partial refund me after I complained of oil change charge. A price is a price, to offer a partial refund was further proof of DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE..

Carl (the owner) treated me like I'd been a customer for years even though it was my first time to his shop. I spoke w him over the phone before coming in. We talked about price, options & availability. Keep in mind, I'm always skeptical, which most people are when it comes to buying four tires for their AWD Subaru. To make a long story short, he gained a customer for life! I was in & out w four new tires, balanced & aligned in just a little over an hour. He even honored a cup on he had on his website that I didn't even know about! Don't go to some big box store. Support your local businesses & go see Carl!
