Phil and Lori are simply the best! When our engine went they helped us make the best possible decisions and helped save us thousands in unnecessary costs. They are fair, reasonably priced and above all else KIND! I cannot say enough good things about them! We will be using Phil s exclusively moving forward for all of our auto needs!

In this day and age one expects customer service to be lacking or missing entirely. Phil and Laurie have gone above and beyond customer service and deep into good old fashioned human kindness!! They have taken amazing care of my elderly mother and talked with me on the phone (I live in Nevada) to answer my questions and help us make smart decisions about her repair needs. I can t speak highly enough about this shop and these people. Thank you so much for getting her on the road again and for keeping her safe from the wolves that tried to scam her. Phil s is the best and I only wish we had you in Nevada too!

Phil has always been 1000% honest and more than fair! I'm always 1000% satisfied with every aspect. Customer the service: he always calls you before you think you might need to make a call, keeps you informed throughout the diag process and gives you information in a way that you can understand, quality of work is A+, and excellent value. Great guy, great shop, great work & very fair!

I can not speak highly enough of Phil and his staff. Derek at the front desk is personable and kind, and Phil goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. These mechanics are the real deal. This is not a fancy dealership, the location is nothing special and the waiting room leaves much to be desired. But they know their stuff and stand by their work. I've always been more than satisfied. They'll go out of their way to give you a ride, and answer any questions. And they can do stuff a lot of fancier shops can't. Five stars.

My friend suggested I bring my car here to have the alternator replaced. It's not a very big place & i would suggest they make their sign easier to see from the main road... Aside from that, they were very professional. Got the work done in a timely fashion & a fair price. Even the girl at the front desk was friendly and attentive. I'm very happy. I would definitely suggest contacting these folks if you need vehicle repair.

I have been here several times and each time work was great. Hidden in back but don't let that stop you, Phil and his crew are the best. These guys can take care of problems other garages turn away. I have had exhaust work done at such a low price, because he repairs the parts. Not just replacing with cheap after market parts. Thanks Phil,

Literally had codes P0299 and P0420. One is for my turbo and the other is the cata converter. But were moderate to severe codes. They literally spent there 1.5 2 hours on checking my turbo inside and out and converter. Charged little to sum. Nothing was wrong at all. After research chevys had issues with shooting those codes. My car was in normal condition for 135k. I brought them back donuts and coffee the next day just because the front desk clerk is chill and interacts on a professional level but as the same time knows how to connect on a personal level. Phil was honest and seems very knowledgeable. I am a customer for life. Fully recommend if your looking for a affordable and honest mechanic.

This place was amazing !!! Very well priced and the woman I delt with on the telephone was just super super friendly to me that means alot these days!! Finding a .mechanic that is trust worthy is priceless!!! Thank you for fixing my truck In a prompt manner and for a reasonable price!! So happy to know that I now have a mechanic that is so close by and reasonably priced!!!

They were wonderful from the moment I called them to the moment I drove away.The pricing was extremely fair! No one wants to put unexpected money into a vehicle but I will be coming here from now on for anything to do with my RV.

I was looking for a new mechanic one day and the phone book I found Phil's number he has been my mechanic ever since he is not only honest he great diagnosing the problem and the price is extremely reasonable I feel he is one of the best in the Westerly

What a horrible place to have any work done. Ripped off on several different occasions. I'll keep the details for myself for fear of retaliation but customers beware ! This guy will rip you off
