I really like the Midas of Westerly. Mark has always been great now it s usually Ed who I talk to. He is the absolute best. He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He always goes the extra mile. They stand behind their work. Cassandra and Rachel at the front desk are also really friendly and knowledgeable . Prices are very fair. I highly recommend this place. You won t be disappointed

My first appointment (made on line) did not cross over into their appointment schedule. I made a second appointment in person and the visit was great. Oil change and alignment took less than one hour. Everyone is very friendly. Sent me an email with photo documentation of alignment results. Car was out front ready to go. Will definitely be a return customer.

They have helped me out big time twice now. The estimates are very fair compared to other shops nearby and they ended up being slightly lower after doing more research. They do a good job nd made sure to double check the issue and got the best parts for my vehicle. The mechanics are friendly and insightful and the staff in the front are always welcoming and kind!

Service is always top notch. My only complaint is the girl at the desk, reddish pink hair. Looks like she rolled out of bed. Hair all matted. Very sloppy looking. This is who represents your company. There should be standards on employees dress code etc. I asked her a few questions and it was an effort for her to answer them. I believe her name was Rhonda or Rachel

Great service. They got me in for an appointment the morning after I called even though I called right before they closed, they were honest and fair with their pricing. And the were quick one I arrived, I wouldn t want to go anywhere else

I am always happy with the service. I've been going to them since 2012 for routine maintenance, purchased tires, repairs. Everyone is professional, friendly and explain things well. Never disappointed

I purchased some new tires here and have to say I was impressed with the customer service. I felt the tires that were put on were not what I expected and the manager took the time to call me and strike a compromise that was acceptable to both of us. Really appreciate the extra effort they made to resolve the issue.

These guys were amazing! Our car was overheating two days before we had to leave on vacation...they got us in quickly, got the parts needed and fixed everything before we had to leave. Price was fair and they were great to deal with. We are definitely new AND CONTINUING customers now.

I've been using midas since i moved to the area for my car needs. They are always amazing, fair prices and great work. I've never had an issue. The staff is amazing.

Was told to fix windshield and bring car back which I did within 2 days and they told me they couldn't do inspection for over 2 weeks. I have been customer for over 23 years. Will never go there again

This is the only place I take my cars to get serviced, best part is I don t have to leave my car, I make a snack for the kids and we sit and I get my car serviced! Perfect for people with small kids! Plus great staff

Had such an amazing experience from not only Rachel who gave the best possible customer service but all the way down to everyone in the shop! Was in and out in a timely manner! Highly recommend everyone going to Midas of westerly for any car needs!

I purchased four tires from our local Midas. The tire and install was half the price the VW dealer wanted. Extremely happy with everything from installation to how the tires drive

Clean building, accessible parking. Friendly employees, girl at the front was welcoming & gentleman that worked on my car was professional.Service was quick for a busy day. I'll be going back next time I need time I need work dome on jy vehicle.

Handled my stuck caliper and identified the cause of the failure (fixed that too) all in the same day I had the issue. Excellent staff. Very reasonable rates. Would repeat.

One of the hottest days of the year and AC blowing hot. I called to see if they could get me in and they gave me an appointment an hour later. They were in fact very busy but I only had to wait for about one hour and car is now blowing cold air, reasonable price. Woman at desk was very pleasant and service was great. I recommend for future and will certainly be back.Service: Auto A/C recharge

Midas quoted me $375.00 for a job. Then they called and said I ve had the part installed before and the parts were under warranty and it would only cost $200.00 WOW THEY DIDNT HAVE TO LET ME KNOW THAT.That s why we use Midas Westerly, And only having one car we need to know Midas will have the car back the same day. I was on vacation, had a bad oil leak. Brought it here and the team was extremely accommodating and kind to us. Got my jeep in within a few hours and fixed us up for a safe 4 hour drive home. 5 star team here. 10/10 would recommend
