Was our time here was looking to up grade from a car to a SUV Everyone is super friendly. Lee is the salesman we had and he was awesome. So happy and engitic and knolagable. He sat down with us listened to what we wanted. Never rushed or pushy. We went with the Nissan Rouge after trying some vehicles out The next day we had to meet with Jamie who does the financial work. He was awesome. Even got us a better interest rate and walked us thru everything. Definitely recommend Speedcraft

Best service visit I have had in over 40 years of owning cars. The service woman Lori was great. I got my vehicle at another dealership but Speedcraft is the closest to my office. Lori called me to verify my appointment the day before, she met me outside and told me to pull in the drive through. After that she took care of everything. Did not have to give her the VIN or anything, she got all of the information herself. The waiting area was nice with stuff to drink. I did work on my phone. Lori kept me updated and got me back on my way as soon as possible. No upselling, very honest, just a nice person to deal with. She even had them wash the car before bringing it out. I liked the fact that the drop off and return of the vehicle is all done inside to keep me out of the weather. I know where I will be getting all of my service done.

We decided to go to Speedcraft instead of a closer Acura dealer to us because of the local Acura adding a market adjustment on top of sticker price. Speedcraft did not disappoint. I am in finance and dislike pushy sales people and we did not find any sales people with that cliche salesperson attitude. The Finance person Helino was excellent and friendly and explained everything extremely well. AS Well as our salesperson Mike Hamilton who has been in the industry for 10 years.Go to Speedcraft you won't be disappointed

Good experience. While waiting for servicing I waited inside and had complimentary coffee and watched tv. Everyone friendly and helpful.Was told could take 2 hours plus or minus. Took 1 hr 15 minutes! Nice surprise! Had the Amoral Shield treatment inside and out. Would recommend. Protects all surfaces.Maybe not relevant unless you buy a vehicle there. Sales team helpful and let me test several cars. I found the right one and very pleased. Salesperson made it all smooth going and was very upbeat and positive. Didnt feel pressured.Good experience!

Gave me a great deal on my lease. Best around. Service department rates high with me. Sales department was very helpful in switching out my old lease for a new one. Love all the tech on my car!

Great service. I might have bought a car if a salesman would wait on me while we were having the car serviced. They have very limited inventory. I will have my Nissan service there again but would go to balice to purchase

This will be the 4th vehicle we have purchased from this location over the years. Always professional, no sales pressure, great prices on their vehicles.Knowledgeable staff answered all our questions. We leased 2018 Nissan Maxima for 3 years. The 3 year buyout is Nov 22, 2021. We have a written and signed contract with Nissan stating the buyout price would be $18,558.70, plus purchase option at end of lease fee of $300 Yesterday, we decided to buy out the lease early. We went to Speedcraft Nissan in West Warwick to buy out the lease. They told us there would be $2,000 TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP FEE. ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE ON THE THE CONTRACT WE SIGNED--NOR ON ANY OTHER BUYOUT OF A LEASE PREVIOUSLY FROM OTHER BRANDS WERE WE CHARGED THIS FEE. After speaking to the to the sales manager, we called Nissan Finance--- they said they could charge anything they wanted. They were no help, nor was Nissan Customer Care. We called the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office and filed a Dealers Complaint with the Rhode Island DMV, and gave them a copy of the signed lease. We are also buying out another lease from Subaru, and they do not charge this fee THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM. PURE AND SIMPLE. Too bad there is a no star rating

My son and I found a used car on Auto Trader and went into Speedcraft Acura to check it out. We met with Bob King and went for a test drive. The car was in excellent condition and offered at a great price. We decided to purchase the car, but there were a few items that needed to be addressed on the car. Speedcraft addressed them and my son can't be happier with his purchase. Bob and Speedcraft were very easy to deal with and the car purchase experience was a good one. I would recommend Speedcraft Acura to anyone in the market for a car.
