Another shop quoted me a crazy price for brakes and rotors replacements. I called in Priority and got a great and affordable quote and they also did a tremendous job on the replacement. They also have a complimentary pick up/ drop off service so I didn't have to wait in the shop, and everything got done within a couple of hours. Great service and staff and I highly recommend!

I highly recommend priority for any work your car may need. Alan and his team had my car completely fixed in less than 48 hours. And at a reasonable price. They go above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This automotive repair place is amazing!!! Just dropped my 2013 forester Alan and his mechanics had it diagnosed in just as little as an hour! They had it fixed by the end of the day!!! They even worked with me on price!!! They truly are a life saver DO NOT HESITATE TO BRING IT HERE!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND AND I WIould HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!

I went to Priority Auto when my check engine light came on. I had gone to Autozone and did a free diagnostic reading, showing me that I likely needed a new sensor. I had never been to Priority Auto before, but I was turned off from my previous mechanic's prices. So, I gave Priority Auto a call.They were able to take my car the next day. Took a few hours and then they confirmed it was a worn out sensor, just as I had expected. I was able to get my car later that evening. However, upon getting my car, the check engine light came back on. I was befuddled after just paying $300 to fix this.At that point, I spoke with Allan, the Owner of Priority Auto. He told me it could have been a faulty after-market sensor they put in, and that his team had made a mistake to not put in a Volkswagen-specific sensor, which would have been much more expensive. He further told me that he would eat the cost of the new sensor, since his team had made the mistake.I was unhappy with the inconvenience to come back, but at least this would be fixed the next day. When I came back, Allan dealt with my car personally. To my surprise, he told me my car had no oil in it. Having no oil had caused one of my sensors to burn out, and it also killed the new sensor they had put in the day before.So, Allan went ahead and put fresh synthetic oil in my car, along with the Volkswagen-specific sensor, straight from a VW dealership. The higher priced sensor AND oil were both free of charge, courtesy of Allan and his team at Priority Auto. It was an extremely nice gesture, and it showed Allan truly cares about his customers. I will be doing future business at Priority Auto.Thank you Allan!

I was recommended by a friend to go to Priority Auto, qfter being denied an oil change by Valvoline (due to some kind of leaks). He did a diagnostic of my car he found that the leaks were actually super minor Allan is very professional, and definitely is good at what he does. He explained everything to me before he did it. His prices are very fair and I'm so grateful to have finally found a good honest mechanic. I would suggest him to anybody.

Had brake jobs done on 2 of my vehicles (08 Highlander and 16 4runner). Price wise they are better than dealerships. The owner and his wife are friendly. Although, I feel they upsell you on something each time I've taken my trucks in. I left with a much bigger bill than expected.

The owner of the shop (Allan) was very professional and patient with me, he took his time to actually explain the process & procedure of an insurance company's supplement. The insurance company (progressive) low balled us twice but he still did the repair work with no hesitation. This gentleman works for YOU in every term and/or definition of the word. Trust me, this gentleman is that "trustworthy" mechanic that every vehicle owner should have!!!This guy is a man of his word, he is honest and his work is flawless. Priority Auto is a top notch company. I needed some body work, oil change and tire rotation. I expected just the ordinary. When my car was ready for pickup I was amazed at the customer service from Allan and Jackie. The body work looked like a brand new car and it was done like I was one of their family members. I was truly impressed with the service I received . From the first initial phone call to the final review of my bill. Everyone was helpful, courteous but most importantly for ma as a female, honest and reliable. My experience here was awesome. I needed brakes done and after looking around they were one of the cheapest. While working on my car they found some issues with my brakes. They took the extra time to fix them and didn t charge me! I am so thankful for them! What also made them even more better is that they offer a ride if needed. I been driving by this place for while and decide to take a chance. I met Allen the owner and I can t said enough of how of nice of a gentleman he is. He was very informative with what parts I need it and the price of labor witch I found very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done on my truck. Thank u Allen. Dealing with a car accident is a stressful headache in itself , BUT having this place staff s professionalism, amazing communication on everything going on with the repair , and them working with the insurance company made the entire ordeal so much less painfulIf you need work done after an accident THIS is the place you need to come to !I promise you that you will be satisfied!It s a diamond in the rough

Allen was so helpful! He went above and beyond to help me in every way that he could. He took his time and was patient with me and even when I had a million questions he had answers for them all. I felt taken care of and important. As a female going to the mechanic can be a bit intimidating and stressful Allen made sure it wasn t. I could really tell that he cared about not only the car functioning but also my safety, which spoke volumes. Anyone who needs work done on their car should go and see Priority Auto! , you won t regret it !!!!

I called and they were so friendly and happy and able to take my car that day. I had them check it all over and I got $1000 worth of work that they did that day. Unfortunately I must update my review. I was charged for work that was not done. The main problem was never fixed after having my vehicle for 2 weeks. I paid service and ended up at flood ford where the problem was fixed in 2 hours. Allen your a nice guy but your ethics are not good

I ve been here twice and both times I ve received exceptional service. I was greeted with a warm welcome, once they figured out what the issue with my vehicle was they explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issues. They got my vehicle in and fix in a timely manner. I feel that based on my research that I was charged a fair price for the work that was done. I m always nervous when taking my vehicle to get it looked at because it s hard to find a good trust worthy mechanic that won t cost an arm and a leg. I ve had many bad experiences however we won t go into them but let s just say after theses two visits I ll definitely be returning to them with all of my mechanical needs.
