If you want to deal with an honest used car dealership, I strongly recommend Porcelli s. They stand behind their vehicles and will make sure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Oh and the salesman Jim was great to work with!

SCAMMMERS... SOLD MESSED UP TRANMISSION FROM DAY 1. ALMOST A MONTH STILL REFUSING TO FIX IT UNDER WARRANTY... ENGINE CAME ON AT 3 WEEKS . TELLING US WE DROVE 4000 MILES IN 3 WEEKS.. MY BF WAS AVERAGING LIKE 500 WITH LYFT A WEEK SO EXPLAIN THAT ONE. LYFT APP TRACKS THAT. ANYWAYS TELLING US WONT COVER FROM THE WARRANTY COMPANY CAUSE THEY DIDNT MARK AS COMMERCIAL. SORRY BUT NOT PAYING 4000 FOR NEW TRANSMISSION AFTER 3 WEEKS OF OWNING THE CAR.. REFUSE TO TALK TO ME OR GIVE US THE PLATES.. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWARE. WE ONLY WENT HERE CAUSE MY INCOME IS WIERD TO TRACK KIND OF. WE LITERALLY COULD AFFORD BRAND NEW CAR BUT SETTLED HERE WORST MISTAKE EVER. WILL JUST SCREW YOU... AFTER SPENDING 2500 DOWN.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. IT WILL BE NOTHING BUT HEADACHES AND STRESS. I GAVE THEM 3 WEEKS BEFORE THIS BAD REVIEW CAME. FAILED TO HELP ME FIX THERE ERROR TO THE WARRANTY .. they fixed it but rushed to the other transmission place to quickly get it back right after I called the place it was getting fixed at after the conflict they messed with the tires and now look 3 days later check engine light comes back on. On top of brakes and new tires we have to replace this week . Bunch of low lives scamming for cash with messed up cars trying to sell at Kelly blue book value lmao with at least 5 to 6 fixes to it , brakes, transmission, new tires , now a new sensor, all within 3 weeks . Probably messed with car after it got transmission rebuilt so who knows what else other mechanics are gonna tell us . Been to two so far after they took it after the rebuild then threatened me to take my bad honest review down that there gonna comment back.. your just gonna Make it look ten times worse denying it . Now a new clutch mechanic telling us 3k every week we have this car new issue .. making this car over $8000 in damages for this car new transmission if we paid out of pocket 4000 now3000 for new clutch DONT GO HERE BRAKES AND TIRES scary these people have a business.

I've had Mike at Porcelli's do body work on my Honda Civic 2x now and u couldnt go anywhere else to b taken care of better...Mike and his staff go above & beyond to make sure the jobs done right the first time.Thank u Mike for everything u did to make an accident stress freeI highly recommend Porcelli's !!

An honest salesman is an oxymoron. But do yourself a favor and find yourself an ethical seller and skip this place.My mom got a car here that looked and ran great until the time came to get inspected. the underneath of the car is a disaster, missing pieces, welding things together to accompany for the empty space. spending thousands of dollars to fix all the shortcuts they took. mechanic said that places like this take advantage of people and take shortcuts like this to earn money. By the time people notice something is wrong, it's far too late to do anything.Definitely the place to go if you want a car that's built like a thrifted lego set.

This is the best auto shop I've ever worked with. In every interaction I've had with them (Mike especially!), they've been responsive, generous, and honest. Plus, they do great work. You couldn't ask for anything more. They've got a life-long customer in me, that's for sure!

I just purchased a car yesterday from this dealer. Ryan was great! When I arrived what I wanted was gone, but Ryan pointed out a few more cars. He was honest and humble, which made my son and I want to purchase a car from him. After looking for a car and weeks of frustration, we finally found something. It was not what I was looking for, but everything I wanted. I am recommending people to this establishment!

You want to buy a used car at a place you can trust ? Then don't go anywhere else ! Ryan is awesome , tells the truth and if there is any issue at all with a vehicle he sells he will fix it ! Straight up , honest and goes out of his way to make a customer happy , whatever you have heard about dealers you won't find here ! Give them a shot next time your shopping for a car you'll be happy and will sleep at night knowing nothing at all is hidden here ! Awesome !

***DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM PORCELLI'S...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR VEHICLES*** My boyfriend bought a 2006 Ford 150 with 68,000 miles on it in December. Within 2 weeks it needed to be brought back for several issues. These issues were only addressed, due to the fact, that the truck was brought to a certified ford dealership. According to the dealership, these SAFETY issues should have been addressed prior to the sale of the vehicle. He was advised by Porcelli's, prior to purchase, that the truck had passed his inspection and a full RI state inspection without issues. Fast forward 2000 miles after purchase, the truck was back into a Ford dealership and required $4000 worth of work due to blown cam phasers (Ryan advised him before purchase these may or may not blow). Now, 2,500 miles after purchase, 2 different Ford dealerships have said the truck will need a new motor, not related to the previous repair of the cam phasers. After several unsuccessful attempts to speak with owner ( he was told the owner wasnt at the shop when he called numerous times) my boyfriend spoke with Ryan. The issue was NEVER rectified. My boyfriend has driven the truck for a total of less than 4000 miles since purchasing and is out more than $4000 from repairs and the $11000 he purchased the truck for. The truck is currently NON DRIVABLE and would need another $8000- $10000 for a new motor. Porcelli's never made an attempt to help fix the situation.

The staff at Porcelli Auto Sales does great auto body repair and has always treated me well. I have taken my car to their shop twice and am pleased with the work they have done

I bought my truck here with 68,000 miles and have had nothing but problems with it and have not even put on 4,000 miles. I had to bring it to a ford dealerahip and have them put together a list of what was wrong with it, after I was told that it went through Porcelli's inspection and nothing was wrong with it. I proceeded to drive the vehicle another 2,000 miles and the cam phasers went, costing me 4 thousand dollars. Directly after that, I put on less than 100 miles and brought it to a ford dealerahip to where I moved to and was told it needs a new motor, nothing to do with the previous job of replacing the cam phasers. I then brought the truck to another ford dealerahip, for a 2nd opinion and was told the same thing, new motor, another 8,000 to 10,000 dollars.I have called to speak with the owner of Porcelli's, several times and keep getting blown off. I spent over 15,000 between the price of the truck and repairs. I highly advise everyone to stay clear of this place, as they do not care about there customers or standing by there vehicle.In response to the owner that replied to my girlfriend post and not me, at Porcellis. You have been avoiding all of my phone calls, 1st off and 2nd, this noise that has been comming from my truck, since day one, is my crankshaft and thrust bearing that are worn to the point of needing a new motor, nothing that happens in the less than 4,000 miles I drove it and also the cam phasers that were replaced, had nothing to do with what's going on now. You must have forgotten that the day i sat down with you and you were taking my money, I said to you, God for bid if something happens to this truck, in a reasonable time, will you stand by it and you said absolutly. So, i need a new motor and you arnt offering anything. I cant even get a call back from you. You dont stand by your vehicle and obviously you dont have the customers best interst.STILL NO PHONE CALL FROM THE OWNER, AFTER MY INITAL POST AND AN ADDITIONAL RESPONSE TO HIM. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.THE END OF THE DAY AND AGAIN NO CALL FROM THE OWNER. I think all my posts speak how unprofessional this place is, along with the owner.ANOTHER DAY THAT HAS GONE BY AND STILL NO CALL FROM THE OWNER. THIS CONTINUES TO SHOW HOW MUCH HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I HOPE EVERYONE READS ALL OF MY POSTS AND STAYS CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.STILL WAITING FOR MY CALL FROM THE OWNER. WOW, ALMOST A WEEK FROM MY INITAL RESPONSE AND NO CALL. HOW UNPROFESSIONALANOTHER DAY AND STILL NO CALL FROM THE OWNER. WOW, THIS PLACE HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM.ANOTHER DAY AND STILL NO PHONE CALLFROM THE OWNER. I AM SUPRISED THIS PLACE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THIS PLACE.WHY IS IT THAT I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER. I AM THOROULY DISGUSTED AND CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS IS HOW HE DOES BUSINESS. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Hi my name is Ken I bought a car from porcellies auto sales in April 2019 they gave me one heck of a deal and the car is absolutely gorgeous the salesperson Ryan bent over backwards to help me out I really appreciate it I would recommend this place to anyone I purchased the 2015 Chrysler 200 Great place to buy a car
