Keith is great to work with. I was freaking out about my Jeep overheating, he was able to get me in within two days, he diagnosed the same day and was able to repair it same day! Knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly priced! I will be using K&D for all my repairs going forward!

Always do great work whenever I need it. Great price. Best 4x4 shop is Rhode Island. Highly reccomend if you have a Jeep, Keith is an expert. I was hesitant on writing this review as the issue that I brought my car in for was fixed however, the state in which my car was returned was so dirty and there was a chunk on my door ripped off. I shouldn't have taken my car back there after the first visit when it was raining out and they decided to leave my door open out in the parking lot while looking under the hood. My entire front seat was soaked. I get it, I drive a used old jeep but that shouldn't be an excuse to mistreat my property. There was so much more that I wasn't happy with but it is what it is. I don't know why it's so difficult to find a decent mechanic in RI.

Keith is awesome to work with! Great communication! Quality Workmanship! He went Above and Beyond for us (Ex. Our car broke down and he arranged towing for us when were in a desperate situation, he even took our car for an alignment after all the work was done, and road tested it to make sure everything would be in working order and safe.) Our Work/Family vehicle had a lot of heavy work and problem solving that needed to be done due to our neglect and typical vehicle wear due to living in New England. They tackled the job head on and now she drives like she did 10 years ago when bought her. Thank you so much to the K & D Team for a smooth ride again!

I discovered K&D because Mark replied to my question on a Jeep club forum regarding my oil filter adapter gasket. He replaced it. It could have easily turned into a major problem with a stripped bolt, but Mark got it out and replaced with little fuss and in under an hour. I found them to be honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have a 98 Cherokee with 300+ miles on it that I love dearly. They helped me diagnose why it's running rough and gave it a tune-up to help it out till I decide whether to go for the engine work or not. If I do, I'm taking it back to them. Never mind that I don't live anywhere near them. They can probably fix anything, but they love Jeeps in particular, so I'll go back.

Owner is a solid guy. Very fair and straight forward dude. Doesn't pressure you into repairs no hidden repairs tacked onto the bill. Keith Harrop at K&D Automotive has been my mechanic for a couple years at least. That Being Said, I had an issue with my control arm the other day, I had it brought to him over the weekend. This morning he called to tell me that my car was ready and there would be no charge because it was under warranty. I did not know it was under warranty, nor would i know how to check. Keith Harrop could have easily done the work and charged me for it, but he didn't . Integrity is hard to come by, especially when no one is watching.This is one of the many reasons why I highly recommend him for your Automotive or Auto Repair Needs.

Ill give you guys 24hrs to get back to me on "work" you did on a 99 Chevy Suburban a couple years back. Was supposed to be a 4" lift and only ended up being 3" also had massive wheel flop and wobble from the get go. I know this from talking to the previous owner. Still has same issue even after every part has been replaced other than the upper swing arms to which I have found are too long as in you guys put in the wrong swing arms and yet left them there. If the "mechanic" would have taken it for a drive after the work was completed he then would have seen this and would have done something to correct it. So Im going to give you 24 hrs to reply or Im calling the BBB.
