I ve had my BMW taken care of by Hi-Tech over the last 2 years. Oil, alignment, balancing, break services at better-than-dealer quality and price. They ve completed performance modifications for my vehicle as well as given accurate and honest advice for maintenance and upkeep for my car. Nothing but the best people that Jay brings on. You won t make a mistake bringing your car here. 10/10

Was referred to Jay at Hightech from a friend. This guy knows everything about trucks and treated mine like his own. Very easy to work with and price was right! I would never let another company do anything to my trucks. Jay has earned a life long client & friend. 5

I have taken my Veloster N there a few times now to put on some aftermarket parts and to fix some issues and have never had a problem Jay, Mike and everyone else there are super nice and easy to talk to. They will make sure whatever you came in for is done right. Highly Recommend Hi-Tech to anyone who is looking for a fair and reputable shop to work on their car.

5 stars barely touch how impressed I am with this shop, Jay, and his team.I called to inquire about a diagnostic assessment due to some issues detected after work at another shop (lift, wheels, tires). Jay was able to get me in same day and walked me through each and every issue they found with the vehicle (all connected to work done and consistent with concerns/complaints that I had). They got all of the work done same day and all of the complaints that I had are resolved. They encouraged me to call if I noticed any changes or had ANY concernsThese guys are thorough, obviously knowledgeable/expert, and genuinely about customer service and satisfaction.Not only will I go back to this shop for anything performance or lift/modifications-related, I'll be a regular customer for ANYTHING my car needs that they do there.Hats off to these guys!

Jay has been doing all of my work for the past 10 years. From brakes, oil changes, lift kits, wheels, remote starters, radios, and even lights and my roller. Great price, quality work, and great turn around time. Jay and the team have been working on all of my vehicles for several years.Most recently they worked on my FK8 Civic Type R and did a great job on the suspension, tires and installed various parts for me!They are suppliers for several wheel companies that are not offered in any other store in the New England area and always provide the cheapest price compared to online retailers.Their alignment machine is also state of the art!If you have a Truck looking for a lift kit, wheels, or a car looking for wheels, suspension, performance modifications then this is definitely the place!

Hi-Tech is great! Helped me a lot to get the right tires and set up for my AWD Durango. Would probably have gotten the wrong items on the internet if not for these guys. State of the art experts. Very conscientious with your stuff too. Highly Recommend Hi-Tech Performance.

If you want to use a shop for vehicle mods, this is the place to go to. Jay is extremely knowledgeable, and he will not sell you on equipment you don't need. All the work that has been done on my Taco was done with the best care, and they will do extra just to make sure the job is done perfectly. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I wanted to give the guys at Hi-Tech Performance and Jay a shout out for the great work they performed on my car this past weekend. After completing all the work, I had to come in the day after for a minor problem, and after that was resolved, the car would not start which had nothing to do with them. Jay went out of his way to troubleshoot and get the parts needed for this unique car on his day off and complete the job. I would recommend Hi-Tech Performance to everyone.

Called to make a appointment to MAYBE do some work to my brand new jeep and they took me in the same day to go over everything (Mike) did a great job selling me but I still had my doubts if I wanted to start taking apart a brand new vehicle but please believe me Jay the owner knows EXACTLY what needs to be done and did a great job!!! So long story short if you have doubts DONT! and wait till you see there shop you can eat off the floors

unprofessional took my car there to get an oil change and it started blowing black smoke. I had to get it towed to the dealership where they told me they did the oil change wrong and it damaged other parts of my car. This resulted in me having to pay $5000 to get my car up and running again. Most expensive oil change of my life.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE!!!!

Great job installing a 2 level on a 22 F150. Alignment right at the shop saved me bringing it somewhere else. Brought it back for a re-torque and they even solved a mystery rattle not related to the level kit.

I got quoted $925 for a simple lowering springs install on a sports car. So I'm not sure why everyone states great prices.
