I have purchased Hondas from a couple other dealerships and this by far was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience. Phil was very helpful, not pushy and made sure that my trade in and purchase was seamless. I also appreciate Al and the entire team in the service department. I have always felt they were honest and prices fair. Thanks!

The absolute worst customer service! Repeatedly waited days on end for return phone calls, questions went unanswered.When we purchased our vehicle the dealership was responsible for registering the vehicle one week went by we called and asked if the registration was all set, the response we got was oh the person who is in charge of that has been out with Covid okay now I understand things happen but you don t have someone to fall back on or you don t call and make the customer aware that their vehicle isn t legally registered. That s the first issue.Second issue, when we test drove the vehicle we told the salesperson that there was a noise coming from the rear, they agreed that it would be taken care of. We scheduled an appointment at the Blaise location closer to us and the certified Honda technician diagnosed the problem contacted the Warwick location and the service manger said don t fix it, it needs to come back here. We bring it all the way back to Warwick and they tell us nothing is wrong, I m sorry but a certified Honda technician diagnosed the problem and your now telling us that nothing is wrong with the vehicle. After multiple phone calls the service manager says can you come back and go on a test drive with me to point out the issue. So I go back go on a test drive with him and all of a sudden he can hear it. What a waste of time.Vehicle finally gets fixed.Third issue a few weeks before the three months warranty is up an emissions problem message came up on the dash ..I call the service department and no one had any idea if the issue is covered under the three month warranty.So next I contact the sales associate who sold the car to us, his response I m not sure I will find out and call you back. I wait a few days and call him back and the response I get oh sh*t I totally forgot (very professional) let me find out for you.As of today, that was three weeks, warranty is up and I ve yet to hear from the sales associate.If I can recommend anything it s DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this location!

Great experience with David Ervin, honest and respectful and most of all not pushy! My overall experience was quick and easy, it s obvious the sales manager trusts his team! Serena in finance was also wonderful, knowledgeable and very kind, also not pushy! I was in and out in no time, I love my new CRV hybrid, it drives like a dream, thank you Belise Honda for a great car and great experience!

First time customer, service of my Honda. State inspection, was able to come in the same day and wait. Car was done in 1.5 hours as told. Michael was great. Delicious complimentary coffee.

Kelsey was very professional and nice. She is trustworthy. After my oil change and tire rotation, she informed me of repairs my car actually needed. Most repair shops rip off women but the repairs that were brought to my attention were things I personally noticed. An oil leak (I suspected), breaks/rotors. The back breaks hadn't been changed in years. Super honest service advisor. Kelsey also held the door for me! It was so sweet.

I went into the dealership with a certain mindset of what I wanted. They gave me options that I didn't anticipate. I waited the weekend to sit on the options presented. Dawn was able to redirect me to David. What a bright and insightful young man. He helped with all my questions and worked through my anxiety in the buying process. Thanks to all, I love the Accord!

I was unhappy with a situation that occurred at another dealership and I expressed my feelings to the General Sales Manager Hamlet Lopez. Even though I was only a year into my lease agreement Hamlet went above and beyond to do what it took to get me in the car a really wanted! It s not very often you leave a dealership feeling like you won but Hamlet with the help of Hensel Guzman my sales consultant helped me find the perfect vehicle and leave the lot with a smile from ear to ear but more importantly gave me the feeling like they cared about my situation and needs more than making a deal! This is the type of service that will have me coming back to Balise for another Honda!

I would honestly score this location with 0 stars but that s not allowed. When buying my car I came with my own financing, I told them I didnt want or need to try for their financing or any other, they didn t listen, still ran my information through there 5 banks. Fast forward a year. Brand new car, light comes on, front desk Ashley talks to the customers like she s reading off a script, no care, no compassion, quick answers to shut you up and get you off the phone, maybe so she can stare at her terrible lip injections and makeup job in the mirror. Regardless, Awful customer service. They care about no one but themselves. My light comes on AGAIN, within a week I call customer service no one answers, I leave a voicemail with the issues and no one got back to me for a week. They told me to bring my car right in it s been 3 days they ve had my car, it hasn t even been looked at yet.

Recently purchased my used certified Honda HRV here and worked with David Ervin, who was polite, personable and helpful going thru the stressful process of car buying, negotiating a deal I could accept. He took care of transferring my title and insurance as well. I would recommend seeking him out. I had been trying to get a new car for months and wherever I went seemed to be impossible due to my negative equity and credit situation but David Ervin really went all out and put so time effort and energy into helping me and giving me exactly what I needed I cannot thank him enough he was brand new there and it was as if he was there for years!! A scheduled free recall software update was estimated at a 1 hour wait. It took 4 hours. The dealership then slashed my tire and claimed it was there when I arrived.Update: your reply comment of playing innocent that you can't find me in your records supports your fraudulence. You attempted to call me today, you obviously know who I am and the situation described. Based on other service reviews, this is a dealership trend. You pretend you can't locate a customer in the database? Reported to the FTC and RI Attorney General.

Balise Honda is the biggest scam ever. We recently took the car for an oil change on black Friday. After sitting in the lobby for 3 hrs, they charged us $ 144.40 and told us we were good to go. Less than an hour later, the wrench picture came on the dashboard along with the 15% of oil life remaining. Unbelievable, how the last time they did the oil change, they wanted us to change a couple of parts and the transmission oil, which we were hoping on doing this time--surprisingly, everything was fine, and the oil change they charged us for was never done.It's not the first time that happened to us,Balise Honda is very much aware of what's going on.I will never ever purchase or recommend anyone to them.

Absolutely abysmal service. After purchising, Brought my car to this dealership not once, not twice, but THREE times during the warranty period because of an issue with my coolant fluid, and each time they failed to diagnose the problem correctly. This problem was mentioned even before I made the purchase. It's beyond comprehension their answer would always be " We couldn't figure it out the problem" after multiple attempts. . SO?? who was supposed to figure it out? . They have a rush to sell you a pre-owned car not matter what, but not in a rush to take proper care of it. Totally of waste my time. the car broke down couple weeks ago and I brought it to another place to take care of it. OFC they found the problem right away and I had to pay that money out of my pocket, unfortunely. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your automotive needs.

Very high prices on used cars. They are trying to sell a 2023 Civis with 8400 miles on it for $700 more than the 2024 with no miles on it. Hope everyone does there homework. After looking at reviews across many websites I see they do not have good reviews. Buyers beware. Look elsewhere.

I went in this morning to get my car serviced. I was told that the diagnostic fees would be waived if I purchased the service. The diagnostic fee was $160 and I am purchasing the camera but because the camera is not available until Tuesday they are charging me the 160 with the intention of refunding me on Tuesday. They said their technician can t be paid if I don t pay the fee.

Unbelievably bad service. Incredibly long wait times and zero respect for customer inconvenience. When I booked my service appointment I was offered a service vehicle to use, then arrived to find out that they would not give me one and the person who checked me in was indignant at the idea! They changed a flat tire and put the donut in the trunk of my car covered in dirt, and refused to take care of it that day. the mechanic broke something on my car and they refused to fix it because I was barely out of warranty by the time I could get off work and come in Which shouldn t even matter considering that it was their mechanic who did the damage! If my experience with Balise Warwick was in a sitcom, no one would believe that it could happen in real life, so frustrating.

Brought car in just to have a key programmed and a key made. Was told I needed hours of diagnosis. This felt off so I called another dealership that is now doing it and they required no diagnosis to make a key and program it. A diagnosis doesn t even make sense when I know the problem and brought it there to have it fixed. Just seems shady because at $160 an hour for that the techs make good money off of it especially. If commissioned. So just be aware of what the service department is doing and if you don t know much about your car then I suggest using another dealership other than Balise so you don t possibly get ripped off.

I just leased my first brand new vehicle from Balise! 2024 Honda Civic, which i couldn t love more. Beautiful inside and out. My first vehicle i ve had for years was totaled after colliding with a deer and i had limited time to get a replacement, within a couple days I d gone to multiple dealerships every day. Balise was 5th on my list of dealerships, and the car i scheduled for a test drive didn t work out for me. Julia pulled around with a 2024 Honda Civic for me to test drive and at first i thought No way. Theres no way i can afford that I gave it a test drive just to say I did it and told her I d possibly come back tomorrow. I was insistent i d be buying a used vehicle at an appointment later that day at a different dealer. I ended up leaving that dealership in tears, it was a terrible experience and i decided to go back to Julia because that 30 minute interaction was the best, no pressure interaction i ve had with any dealer. She was happy to see me come back and within minutes we decided leasing a new vehicle might work for me. I was still hesitant- I never thought it would be possible for me to get a car that wasn t used. She worked with me, asked me my budget and told me she d make it happen. And she did!!! The smile didn t leave my face from the moment i walked in to the moment i drove my new car off the lot. Quickest, easiest car buying process i ve ever had with the friendliest and most understanding saleswoman! Thank you Julia and Balise I m so relieved.

These guys are amazing! My son was over an hour away from home on his way back to college, driving on the highway when his car stopped accelerating, he pulled over and was stranded! Thankgod he was ok! We found he wasn t far from this dealership as his car is a 2016 Honda. We got it towed there and I just can t say enough positive things. The next day after being towed there Al let us know there could be extensive damage but they couldn t tell exactly the issue.they would change the timing belt and a couple other things but things were not linning up and it most likely caused more damage. I of course said let s do it and hope that fixes it. Saturday morning Al called and gave us the amazing news that was it! Luis the mechanic stayed passed hours just to get it together! And he got it running I am so grateful we went there. They were very honest and compassionate. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!

This place is full of dishonest people. Grandmother was taken advantage by these crooks. Double charged on labor to install the same part and was extremely rude to her. Read the other reviews it seems to be how they treat people. We have involved the better business bureau as well as channel 12 news about their shady deals
