I recently brought my car in on a Friday because I thought there was something wrong with my brakes. They were busy and told me they wouldn t be able to work on the car until Monday. My concern was that I had an appointment Saturday morning. They put in the extra effort and I was able to pick my car up by the end of the day! So thankful to have found West Shore Collision!

I picked up my car today, and I cannot articulate how thankful I am for West Shore Collision. Someone backed into me, and although the damage wasn t much, it was another task to add to the overwhelming amount of things I needed to take care of. A family friend recommended West Shore, and I am glad I went there. West Shore let me drop my car off on my way to the airport and was flexible when my work trip was extended. I was too tired to look at their work before I paid, and I was utterly surprised when I saw my car. It looks better than it has in years, and they even fixed my light and cleaned it for me. I couldn t be happier with their service. They made the whole process easy, and their quality of work was terrific. Their out-of-pocket prices were also better than what I was quoted in Middletown. I highly recommend West Shore Collision.

My car was rear-ended, and West Shore Collision did a sterling job in repairing it. Everything was done flawlessly, just perfect. Steve was so easy to deal with, a real good guy. I highly recommend West Shore Collision for car needs.

They are the best place to go for auto body. They give you a estimate and they keep it no matter what they find.ive been there with ,3 different cars and I always have good service.Steve is the one that gives the estimate. He's a great guy.

My celica is over 20 years old and when my beloved vehicle got rear ended, I was in tears. I have NEVER had an accident. I brought the car over to West Shore Collision and the owner had all the confidence in assuring me that he would be able to fix my "ol, lady" and advocate with the insurance company. Steve knows his craft. He searched high and low to locate the parts for this car!! I am ecstatic with the results; he went above and beyond what I expected! People actually drove into the parking lot asking Steve it was for sale.

Steve and his team did an excellent job returning my 13 year old Dodge charger with front end damage back into show room condition both exterior and interior. He handled all the insurance paper work. Body work was great, But they have thieves employed there. My truck went in for a simple rear tail light, which was done great but someone stole al of my change out of my cup holder about $12.00 in total. But they also stole a very sentimental coin I kept in my truck for good luck. That was gone too. BEWARE of the thieves who work there.Service: Body & Trim

Steve at West Shore Collision is the best ! My son was involved in an accident and they took care of us from day 1 seamlessly from tow , insurance adjuster to final repairs. The car came back in pristine condition inside and out. I highly recommend West Shore . Hardworking and honest people who care for their clients. Thank you Steve and West Shore Collision.

I bought my 2012 Nissan Rogue at their car dealership next door 2 years ago so needless to say, I ve taken the car there for all the work it s needed. It s only needed one big job that was over $1000 and they even told me that if I knew someone who could work on cars, to go to a pick a part place to get the small part I needed otherwise the whole pulley system would have to be replaced so I just let them do it. I get my oil changes there too. I just brought the car in on Thursday morning for an inspection and oil change and to finally figure out why my check engine light has been on for a year so they kept it for 2 days and figured out it needed some kind of an air flow sensor so now my check engine light is off. They re prices are very reasonable and I wouldn t trust my car to anyone else. They re my neighborhood mechanics and they are very honest and do a wonderful job! I ll continue to have any and all service done there by them. Thank you Steve and team for your great prices and hard work plus keeping the cost down for your customers. Brought my car here to get some insurance work done.They did amazing work! The rear fender that had some big scratches and now looks brand new! They also did an exterior & interior clean of the car. It looks and smells better than it ever has!The guys at West shore also took care of all the insurance paperwork and even organized a rental car. I just had to arrive, sign some papers and was off in the rental. A very relaxed experience.Highly recommended!

I was in a bit of a bind today, and I am very thankful that West Shore Collision was able to help. Long story short, due to a severe rain storm the other day the undercarriage of my SUV got messed up and i was in a time crunch to get it fixed. A few years ago I had taken my old car here for dent and paint fix ups which they did an outstanding job with as well, so I thought to stop by. They had some big jobs they were working on at the moment, but I'm sure they could tell that i was in a bind, and they were generous enough to make the time to throw my car on a lift with short notice. They were able to fix the problem quickly and thoroughly for a more than fair price. I am not one to write reviews, but I am very appreciative for the great service and would like more people to know.

Took our truck here after we were in an accident. They made every step of the process smooth for us with the other insurance company. After getting our truck back we were so impressed with their work. Great job replacing the rear bumper on my Honda Accord. The entire vehicle looked new when I picked it up - inside and out. Great customer service, quick turnaround time and quality work. I definitely would recommend!

These guys are AMAZING! I broke my passenger side mirror and ordered the new part myself. I took it to them and they were able to replace it with no problem. Steve is the absolute best! Will definitely be coming here again if I need more work done on my car.

I had just recently gotten into my first accident at 28 years of driving. These guys were phenomenal!!! Steve is such a sweetie and took charge of the situation from the get go, handling everything for me so I wouldn't have to. Absolutely the best!!! My car, when repaired, looked better than it did before the accident!Highly recommended

I took my car here after a minor accident. Steve and his team were helpful and professional, dealing with my insurance company. Needed a state inspection sticker on short notice the day after Christmas. They took my car right and and I picked it up in less than 2 hours. Got me out of a bind. Much appreciated! Everyone there was nice/polite/ customer service oriented. The place itself was easy to find, had more than enough parking, and was clean both inside and out. If you are in the area and in need of the services they offer...check them out.

I moved to Rhode Island a few years ago and I always had a good mechanic where I was from however moving here it has been so difficult to find someone who is both good and quick because I hate having to be without my car for days at a time because me and my husband both work, I also think a place like Jennings is a total rip off even though they are quicker so when I took my car here after hearing good things from a coworker I can't say enough how impressed I was. They were professional, super quick and affordable. My husband and I were both so impressed with how great this place was. I won't be going anywhere else for repairs now.

I have been a customer of West shore collision in both business and my personal life since 1994.I also recommend them to any customer,family member or friend without hesitation.I have never questioned a bill not have I ever worried about the craftsmanship.They are always spot on in every aspect! I love dealing with them and have become friends with both Steve Sr. and Steve Jr. If you need your accident damage repaired, just call them and they will take care of every aspect and arrange your rental car.Just give them your keys and forget about everything.They will call you when it's time to pick up your car and you will be satisfied beyond your expectations.Great Job West Shore Collision.... Wonderful service. Very Professional. Everyone is polite and supportive. Damaged my car on ice last night and in a half hour this morning Steven and his staff set me up with a rental and contacted my insurance on my behalf to move forward on repairs.

As I respect someone's time by always be early for app. So not to waste anybody's time ! But surely my time is as important as theirs. So when I was told be here first at opening we will get you right in ,so I showed 1/2 he before opening and left keys with employee that noted we will get you right in soon as they show at 8am so went for a 1.25 hr walk when returned car was not touched and was told another was before me so I waited another 1/2 hr . 2 hr waiting for the first app. I took back my keys and left. Had another business appointment. Guess at this establishment their time is worth more then mine !

Was in accident they arrived on scene extremely fast driver was respectful and polite and would give you a ride bask to facility. I'd imagine if u live or work on way they would drop u off there. They towed car from tollagte road in front of Kent county hospital to a street away from Oakland beach on w shore Rd they picked car up at around 830 am and a friend towed it from there to my house. It cost 107 for w shore collision and only 50 to bring from w shore collision to east Greenwich near Ives Rd only cost 50

Not impressed with the fact this place tries to overcharge females for any service they provide. Went in for an inspection sticker.... was told it would be $80 for looking at the car despite the fact it failed. Send my husband in to pick up the car and for him it was only $55....... Thats pretty shady and illegal if you ask me. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY FEMALE!!

West Shore Collision is a top notch auto shop.To sum up the vibe you get from call to car drop off, service and pickup it's cherry .Steve Kazanjian and his crew at West Shore Collision feel like the automobile buddy that lives down the street you would call in a jam or just ask questions at random. That kind of service in today's world is invaluable.From the moment you call, you feel like your talking to a friend who cares and knows your vehicle, they ask questions, thourogly check out the damage and they provide you with a loaner vehicle while repairs are done.Turn around time was great and quailty of work was excellent. The vehicle comes back to you repaired, cleaned and detailed. The service leaves you with a new car feeling on a car or truck you have known for a while.
