Great folks, super friendly and honest. The work is high-quality and they get it done fast! Dropped off my car for inspection/emissions, and it was repaired and back on the road before lunchtime. I couldn't be happier, would highly recommend to anyone!

I have gone through several garages in RI due to them trying to lie and scam me out of money by telling me I need things that I don't. When speaking with Kevin, I can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers and is not trying to pull the wool over my eyes. They also do great work and I don't have to worry once they've fixed something. Love this garage!

I always have a very positive experience at Warwick Neck Garage. The staff is professional, friendly, and extremely gifted, in fixing my car. They go the extra mile to make sure the problem is corrected. The staff always looks for ways to save me money. I tell everyone to go there, they are number one in their field.

Went to drop my sister in-laws car off for an inspection and she asked them to replace her license plate bulb and this guy tried tell her it's probably the wiring and it would cost around 1500 to replace the whole thing. She cried because she is scared a simple inspection would cost her $1500. She wouldn't let me go in there to tell this guy that all she asked for was a bulb and that it your not going to change her for something she didn't ask for. Needless to say if you are a woman go somewhere else

Worst experience ever, they do have a very knowledgeable staff but are very expensive. A few years ago they were under different management and were very understanding and reasonable. Now it's just robbery. I had my truck towed to have the rear break line replaced and was told that it would about 250 the most. Next day I called at 8:20 and who ever answered the phone was rude pushy and arrogant. They had the nerve to tell me that all the break lines would have to be replaced. When I asked if they were all bad, I was told 1 was leaking but they wanted to replace the rest just incase. Then he said it would cost about 700. I said that that was way too much and out of my budget. He then rudely told me that he's not going to touch it and be sued if something goes wrong so it's all or nothing. Then told me to pick it up and he would at least top it off with brake fluid. I got there 10mins later to find my truck outside windows down keys in the ignition but no brake fluid was added. I checked the engine no fluid, checked the ground for leaks and no fluid. He didn't even come out and talk to me. Either way I found a shop in Cranston that replaced all 3 rear lines for 275. Now I am not say that they do poor work but in my experience they are way over priced and rude. When I dropped about 2700 to have my struts done on my Volvo they treated me like I was a king, calling me with periodic updates on my car. Then again different management and more money. Worst place to do business with if you care about good work, professionalism, and reasonable prices.

Awesome experience with Warwick Neck. Team are all super friendly, are very patient, and have no problems thoroughly explaining everything or offering meaningful advice. No nonsense, they'll do whatever work you want and skip whatever you don't. So lucky to live right up the street from this spot!

The best around. We are long time customers, and our parents as well. They have been seeing a lot of us lately and they are always excellent and helpful, really taking the time to let us know they value us. We super appreciate these guys!

If you are having or had trust issues with a repair shop you wont need to worry about that at this shop.i trust kevin and his crew 100 percent .honest people awesome work done well the first time.pricing is fare.!!very busy shop so plan ahead .
