Hardwork, quality, and hospitality is the most DIFFICULT service to come by nowadays. Warwick Auto Body has COMPLETELY outdone themselves; aside from parts being on backorder, Marlon went above and beyond to help me with transportation when my rental expired. The family like atmosphere and absolute TRANSPARENCY was a breath of fresh air. They take their time to ensure PERFECTION on the finished product. My truck looks and rides like it just came off the showroom floor; honestly looks better than when I purchased it. Thank you to the Warwick Auto Body team for staying true to their word.

I have taken my car here 2 times now for repairs. Natasha and everyone at the office is so friendly and helpful. They are super quick to get back to you and are great and keeping you updated on the status of your repair. They gave me a full detail both times and the car looked beautiful. All the damages were fixed impeccably. I highly recommend and will definitely keep going to them when I need.

I have nothing but good things to say about Warwick Auto Body. I've (unfortunately) had to go there three times because of car accidents and each time they have been great. Most recently, someone backed into my front bumper, damaging it and the headlight and fender. Marlon and his team set me up with a rental, which was there when I dropped off my car. They also handle communication with the insurance company. They sent me a photo of the car via text during the work, and were very responsive to any communication. Best of all, the car looks as good as new, like nothing ever happened. I would absolutely go back if needed. Don't hesitate to call them!

Really excellent experience! They did an outstanding job replacing most of the right side of my Subaru! Staff were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They also sent me updates with pictures as applicable. They returned my car to me not only fully repaired, but cleaned and detailed as well. They were also extremely helpful in facilitating a rental car with Enterprise to be ready for me on site when I dropped off my car. I would 100% go back!

Just picked up my truck, from Mike and the gang. Wow!!!! 5 stars on workman ship.5 stars on the office help.. and 5 stars on the quality they give to their customers... amazing in all respects..you will get a wonderful experience..

5/5!!! Warwick Auto Body took care of my Audi A3, it had rear bumper damage. The job took a few days longer than expected but was well worth the wait. The team there really cares about their customers and customer service is top notch! They even detailed and waxed my car. I couldn t believe how great it looked when I picked it up. The car looked better than it did the day I bought it. They do really solid work and they are my number one choice is I every need more work done. I couldn t be more happy with the work they do and the way they take care of their customers!!

This was my best body shop experience ever. Marlin and his team are so helpful and kind - they did everything perfectly with care and in a good timeframe - the communication was 10/10 with frequent updates. I recommend to everyone - my #1 choice whenever I'll need a body shop again. Thanks Marlin!

Would give 10 stars if possible! Warwick Auto body repaired my BMW 640 to better shape than I purchased it in, it was absolutely meticulous!! Service was no different, had constant communication re updates, and they handled all the insurance challenges with poise and patience. I will never consider any other shop for my car needs - best in State!!

I brought my vehicle in for two simultaneous body work jobs (RI drivers are the worst!) with two different insurance companies. Marlon and his team did all the leg work, stayed in communication with me with great professionalism and information, and completed the work perfectly, delivering my Grand Cherokee back to brand-new condition. I cannot say enough good things about how stress free/easy this experience was from start to finish. Perfect, friendly, responsive customer service; perfect body work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Warwick Auto Body is absolutely fantastic to work with. Went there with a door repair from an accident and every person I worked with, and the work they did was amazing. Super easy to work with and no issues whatsoever. Hopefully, I don't need any body work done soon, but if I do there is no other place I will be going.

My car was rear ended and I had the damages done at Warwick Auto Body. The company was very friendly and helpful and helped me step by step to get the car fixed.I was very happy how the work was done and they also did a full detail after the work was completed. I can not stop looking out at my driveway at my car. They detailed and waxed it and it looks nicer than the day I bought it brand new! My insurance sent me here, and it s a bit out of the way for me, but I will 100% make the drive next time I need work! Everyone was friendly and they made sure to explain everything to me along the way. Thanks Warwick Auto!

I cannot recommend Warwick Auto Body high enough! Not only did they do an incredible job repairing my very wrecked car, they were so kind and helped me get into a rental same day and took care of getting the rental back when my car was ready. They went above and beyond every step of the way and I am never taking my car elsewhere.

Someone backed into my car and chipped the paint in few few places. After the repair, I couldn t tell there was any damage. It looks great. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They took care of the insurance claim, and set up the rental car, very convenient. The owner is great. My experience was great! 7 out of 5 stars. My vehicle came back as if it had just came off the lot. Detailed and looking like new! Very responsive and every step of the was communicated with clear expectations. Mark and his team at Warwick Auto Body were excellent. Worked directly with the insurance company and great communication with me throughout the entire process. Body work was flawless down to the finest details. Work was done on time and customer service was outstanding. My truck came home looking brand new! I went to Warwick Auto Body after checking out Google reviews. I had never gotten a repair through an insurance claim before. Marlon took care of everything - arranged the rental, dealt with the adjuster and did a great job with the repair. He made the whole process very easy. And when I picked up my car it was cleaner that it's been since I drove it off the lot! Highly recommend! Service: Body & Trim

I have worked with Warwick Auto body for several years now, using repair/Auto body work for my wife car and now a 2nd time for a 2nd vehicle of mine. They provided me with a nice, new rental (A 2021 Jeep Commander)from Bald Hill Auto Rentals. I am now awaiting them to complete auto body work on my 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE, for an accident that I was involved in , back in December 2022, for which I was not at fault for. Warwick Auto Body has followed through and has handled all of the paperwork processing from the payee insurance company. Michelle, is an excellent Customer Service rep at Warwick Auto Body. Recommend their services for anyone involved in any accident. Keep up the Good work Warwick Auto Body!
