I was very satisfied with my visit to TFT. Hannah one of the employees helped me. She took her time and explained what was wrong with my tires and made sure she showed me exactly how this was happening. She then helped me pick out great tires at a good price and helped me with a speedy check out. Definitely recommend the Warwick location! Go see Hannah!

Hannah had excellent customer service! We talked on the phone before I came in and she set me up with an appointment same day. She was welcoming and even checked to make sure I couldn t just repair my tire (I needed a new one). Again, excellent customer service and great prices.

Billy was excellent. I had a flat tire & needed a new tire I arrived a little after 5 -they close at 6. He was friendly and kind and helpful. He came out to my car to make sure I had the correct number on my tire. He was very professional with a smile on his face the whole time. In no time at all- I was on the road in no time!! Thank you Billy!

Rich provided super service. Super knowledgeable on helping me pick the best tires for my GT mustang. Fast installation. From time to cash out to complete installation was an 1 1/2 hours.

We had such a great experience at this Town Fair Tire. We came in at the end of the day and they were willing to accommodate us. Hannah, Rich, and the technician team were extremely responsive and helpful after we had a chaotic day dealing with a flat tire situation. We are so grateful to them. Excellent service!

I just had four new tires and alignment done at Town Fair Tire on Bald Hill Road. Kevin was absolutely amazing. He walked me through the whole process and even arranged to put a new wheel lock set on my car since the dealership left me without a with wheel lock key when I purchased the vehicle. Kevin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Turnaround was quick and my car is back on the road running great I would highly recommend their service!

Excellent experience. Customer service is great, they fully explain everything. They did meet a competitor price that I had. My vehicle was ready in the quoted timeframe. With the new tires and alignment I felt the difference as soon as I drove away. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Town Fair Tire. From phone call to end of service, I was very satisfied and will not be going elsewhere. Kevin was who answered the phone when I was looking to schedule an appointment. He was very informative on the tires and knew exactly what I was looking for + recommended certain types of the brand I wanted. Hannah was who took care of me when I walked in for my appointment. Great customer service and also referred some places I can go to for my brakes :)

I worked with Matt to get a new set of tires on my car. He was super nice and easy to work with! I appreciate his help with figuring out what tires and services were best for me. The customer service was great and my wait time was actually less than anticipation which is always great. I ll definitely be back!

I was in today to the Bald Hill Rd. Store and was very happy with my visit. Hannah was the associate who helped me and she was very professional and friendly. She altamitly helped me put together a sick wheel & tire package that I am so excited about. I would absolutely recommend Hannah and the Bald Hill Rd store to anyone

I ve been going to the Bald Hill Rd Town Fair Tire for a while now. Every time I come in, the staff is helpful and pleasant to talk to. Kevin is who I spoke with during today s appointment. His customer service is amazing and he seems to genuinely care that my issues get resolved. Having car problems is never a good time, but coming here makes it a little less painless.You ve made a very happy customer out of me and I ll continue to come back.

Town Fair Always had a friendly team of workers. The manager Kevin G. knows his stuff. He took the time to find us a rim. Which they didn't carry so referred us to a few businesses. Kev is friendly respectful and a nice guy to talk toThank you for going beyond to help us find a brim..

I just had my tires and alignment done at the Town Fair Tire location in Warwick on Bald Hill. Rich was absolutely amazing, he explained their procedures in depth and assured quality interaction and assistance to me. My car is back on the road running fantastic. I would recommend their service to all of my friends and family, 5 Stars +

I was long overdue for some new tires but was unsure what to get or what would be the best fit for my car. Kendrick and Randy worked with me and my budget to help me find the best deal. Both were very professional and kind and put my mind at ease by answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable with making the purchase. Along with new tires I also received an alignment, service was fast and seamless and I now feel more comfortable and safe driving my car. I will be recommending this location to my family and friends!

Fast easy service, the team was efficient helpful and transparent about wait times. I went in to get 4 new tires and an alignment, I was quoted up to 2.5 hours and even though it was busy it only took about 1 & 1/2 which I was pleased with. I would recommend if you are waiting in the colder time of year bring a sweater or wear a warm jacket it feels a bit chilly in there. Otherwise great service and hard working team. My car rides great and is ready for winter.

Just made it here a few days ago when my tire was blown. Kevin up front assisted me, he was both professional and friendly as were the other team members I ran into there. They had me in and out with 2 new tires and road hazard coverage in less than 2 hours. Now I'm safe to drive with the kiddos. I will definitely return when it's time. Thanks again guys! God bless

I can't say enough good things about Kevin who is at this location!!! I came in explained my problem and he instantly was like lets go look at it, he knew the problem, and temporarily helped me out right then and there with my tire so it was safe and drivable, but on top of that he got me in about 15 minutes after to permanently fix the problem!!! Exceptional work!!! Honestly I can't thank him enough!!! Rotated my tires for free! Was super understanding and did not take advantage of me being a female with pricing. Thanking Kevin at baldhill endlessly!!!!

I visited Town Fair Tire to address a problem with my back left tire which was losing tire pressure. I stopped in about 2 hours before close (4pm). They quoted me a 2.5 hour wait and I happily accepted - they said it was not a problem that it was near closing time. About 1.5 hours later, the problem was fixed - they had found a nail in the tire, patched it and plugged it, and reconditioned the TPMS sensor for a ridiculously low price. The wait was pleasant; there is a comfortable waiting area with water and a bathroom. The people were friendly. I will definitely come back again for realignments and rotations and when I need new tires.

Hannah, at the front desk, is an angel! The dealer gave me the wrong size tires and I was going to have to wait for more tires to come in. Hannah checked the inventory and it was my lucky day and they had them in stalk. She was able to quote me lower than the original number. Thank you Hannah and Town Fair Tire!

Everyone at Town Fair Tire was great to deal with. They have competitively priced tires and worked diligently. Rich was professional in all his interactions and I could see how front and back personnel worked well and enjoyed being there.Plus, while waiting, coffee and water to boot.I will come back for more.
