Took my car in for an alignment because I swapped out my tires and my put winter tires on. Picked up car and have a chunk messing from my tires. Go to the supervisor with my paperwork he handed me, because they take pictures of the car and tires before servicing it. Pictures are clear as day when he pulls them up on computer that there was nothing wrong with tires before they started servicing the car. States that It wasn t them and that they can t do nothing about it. I wouldn t recommend this spot to anyone, and if you do make sure you record and take pictures of your car before you let them service it. Pictures that I uploaded was the printout they handed me, doesn t look as clear as in person or when seen on computer but that way you guys can see what I am talking about. Never will recommend this spot to anyone or go back

Absolute great experience, the team was able to fit my car in with an impending storm on the way. Terrific Post-service as well with detailed job description on what was completed.

As usual, there is absolutely nothing that you could possibly do any better, as coming here for my auto service is being treated as family. Always leave knowing that this place has my back. Never need to worry. Thanks for being honest and caring.

I came here after a failed inspection and they priced out my car and got me a same week apt. After bringing it in today for the apt it only took maybe 4 hours. Awesome service, we go here for all car needs!

Made a appointment by phone a week ago. Was told a rim specialist would be in and that they would be able to assist me t, my tire leaks air every 12 hours im inflating so i need help bad . The day comes, I call to confirm the morning of.....and Noone booked the appointment then was told if they check my rims they aren't liable for damages...?!? Then here's the kicker the mech said " unless you spoke to a woman I don't see your appointment " I said I'm sorry if that's how you do business i been waiting about a week and now. I stopped n said Thank you for your time. I'm pretty sure it's a good company but not for me

Absolutely worst service ever I told to pull into the garage and go into the office. The garage was completely empty, as I walked in to the office to tell them I needed my tire changed I was told I needed an appointment and that it will take 2 hours to change. Absolute worst service ever

Took my car in without an appointment to get a leak fixed on my tire. Left my car and a few hours later they had it all patched up and ready to go. Very affordable, great service, and didn't try to push me on anything else. I'll definitely be back.

I keep returning to Sullivan Tire even though I moved far away and there isn't one close to me. It is the customer service!!I feel taken care of. They always go the distance to make sure that I know what my options are if any big expenditures need to happen. Today was a simple rotation. I did need an inspection sticker. The gentleman at the desk told me I should make an appointment and that then it would be a 2-hour wait; I understand that this was last minute, so it was solid advice. Bart, the manager, came by not 2 minutes later to let me know that they could immediately get me in for an inspection--my car was back with in a half hour. How amazing is that??I appreciate them and feel like my business is valued there.Thank you to Bart and the whole team!Anat S.

Had a slow leak in my tire from a screw and needed a quick patch. Brought my car in and it was complete in no time, very reasonable pricing too. I believe the gentleman who helped me was the manager, Bart, but I'm not positive. He was very friendly and informed me I would need new tires soon, but was not pushy at all. I'll be back for sure. Thanks.

I had a slow leak in my tire and brought my Mercedes Benz GLA to be serviced at Sullivan Tire. The service I received exceeded my expectations. The waiting area was cool on a hot day, it was clean, the service staff were friendly and they accommodated an appointment the same day unlike other places I called. The turnaround for repair was super quick! I highly recommend this place!

Thank you for the prompt service. My vehicle is a source of income and I would ve been in a bind financially if I had to go without it for an extended period of time. Not only did you find my uncommon tire size, but you got my car serviced the same day. Very impressed and will definitely seek to do business with you again if ever need be!

Bart is the MAN! I am always welcomed and offered assistance, the people at Sullivan care about the people that walk into their shop and do everything they can to help people get back on the road as safely as possible. For me and my family, Sullivan Tire are the people we bring our cars to when we are in trouble. They are reliable, effective, and just awesome people. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I had my new tires put on 7/1/21. I didn't need a front end alignment. I bought the warranty for my new tires. Always get the warranty.On Wednesday, I was back at Sullivan's to have my front tire check on because it was low. My car was brought right in and a bolt went through my tire. It was fixed and I was done in 20 minutes.The warranty covered everything...Customer service was excellent and I'm very pleased with the whole process.

I came in just for an oil change, visual inspection and tire check but the guys also put air in my tires and even tucked in my bumper where someone had rear-ended me but I was only charged for the oil change. It was done super fast and there was wifi while I waited. I already recommended this location to my roommate! I'll definitely be back for my next service.

Updated:After an already exceptional previous experience in which the Tech Alejandro went above and beyond, I decided to come back and get a much needed oil change. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he informed me that he noticed some things that may need some attention sooner than later. Not only did he tell me about these potential future problems, he showed me what exactly was causing these problems to occur.Which is probably the first time in my life I've ever been able to comprehend anything about mechanics! He is incredibly talented, well educated, and knowledgeable in his field, which is evident after moments of speaking to him. It is clear and convincing that Alejandro takes great pride in what he does, which gives me complete confidence in him and his work. After I bestowed more thank yous than I can count, Alejandro modestly told me that's how everyone @Sullivan Tire is. Alejandro humbly explained, during his many years employed @Sullivan Tire, it's just a culture of values that flows right down from the top, starting with the founder. It's so nice to see they live up to their mission statement here @Sullivan Tire. I've lived in Warwick most of my adult life, I cant believe it's taken me this long to find such a hidden gem!Previous:Upon speaking to another customer in an auto parts store, (whom was incredibly kind and helpful to take the time to talk me about the problem I was having with my car),I later learned he worked @Sullivan Tire. He was so sincere and genuine that I felt comfortable and confident bringing my car to Sullivan Tire to be diagnosed and fixed by him. When I got my car back the issue was fixed completely. More so, he took the time once again to explain what the issue was, and how exactly he made the necessary repairs. As a woman having repairs done on my car, I couldn't have felt more trusting and at ease that I was NOT getting "taken for a ride ". He went above and beyond, and I feel he should be recognized as a fine example in this field. His name is Alejandro, and again I thank him.

We took our car for tires today. Bart and all the staff were courteous and professional. The work along with a 4 wheel alignment was done when they said it would be. I highly recommend them for future work. Thank you. My wife's car is now safe.

Got a flat while driving on 95s got off at Warwick exit to find there was a tire dealership not far from the exit ! Employees were friendly and did what they could to get me back in the road in less than 1 1/2 hours heading to New Jersey. Very far price clean rest rooms very pleased with the service and the results. Would recommend them.

Im in town for vacation and needed a tire replacement due to severe damage to the sidewall of one of my tires. I was pretty stressed because I leave tomorrow and know I could be looking at a possible blowout on the road. I called a few places with no success, then I came across Sullivan tire and auto. Not only did they have the tire I needed, they said they could squeeze me in if I dropped my car off as soon as possible! I just picked my vehicle up and it's completely ready for its 13 hour journey back home. I'm super thankful for their services!

Way overpriced and push things you don t actually need, also one time when I picked my car up from them it was ten times louder and I noticed the catalytic converter was cracked but they would never take fault. I would highly suggest going somewhere else.

I am a new customer and made appointment on President's Day (early morning) at Sullivan Tire located in West Warwick, RI. Despite the holiday and only making the appointment that same morning, Sullivan Tire fit me in for outer tire rod replacement, wheel alignment, and high speed tire balance. Car was ready for pickup at the end of the day and is driving so much better now with no vibration noise, etc. They also gave me a print out of a list of other issues that may require my attention in the near future. I couldn't be more pleased and will be bringing all my vehicles to Sullivan Tire in the future for any maintenance and repairs.

Brakes stopped working when I came into town for the weekend. Was able to call Sullivan and have the work done in less than 48 hours fir when I was heading out of town. The labor cost more than the parts, but the car feels brand new and with a 2 year warranty on the work done, so we'll see how soon I need to be back.

The experience was perfect. The individual that I worked with Bart was excellent. He respected my knowledge of tires and the work that I wanted done and he clearly understood what I wanted. In the end the work I requested was completed excactly as requested.

I went here to get my new tires and wheels mounted on a toyota tacoma. Plus I needed to get my new OEM tire pressure sensors put on the new wheels/synced up to the car. Bart said on the phone they are able to do the job and booked my appointment a week away. It took half a day for them to mount the tires and sensors onto the new wheels and put them on the car. I was informed they were not able to sync up the tire pressure sensors. No scratches on the outside of the new rims but plenty of scratches on the inside. I understand wheels will scratch over time anyway but just sad cause these were brand new in an unopened box. Also, theres a spot on one of the wheels where it looked like they put weights on but then took them off, not sure why they didnt remove the adhesive that was left behind so I had to clean it off myself. Overall, if you need an extremely simple job done then this is an okay place to do it but if you need OEM toyota sensors synced its better off to do it at the dealership. At least they gave me the codes of each sensor. Now I'm left with a headache of setting up another appointment at toyota to sync up the sensors which I should have done in the first place. Total cost was almost $200 to get tires mounted on 4 wheels with a balance and put on the car.

The wonderful people at Sullivan tire really helped me out. I was heading on a 6 hour road trip and noticed a bubble in one of the tires. Without any hesitation, they allowed me to come in at closing time to help fix my tire. I am so incredibly grateful for their help!

Before buying a set of tires for my pickup truck, I price shopped online with about five local tires dealers, and Sullivan Tire had the best price. I didn t choose them solely based on price, however. Quality of service is equally important, and Sullivan Tire in Warwick got good reviews for professionalism and quality of service. Mike was very professional, both on the phone and in person and patiently answered my many questions.Following some front-end work, I had had a wheel alignment done by another repair shop about a month before bringing my truck to Sullivan for a set of new tires. Sullivan Tire routinely does an alignment check when a customer buys new tires, and they showed me that my alignment was out of spec (on more than one adjustment). So they did a PROPER wheel alignment, and installed four new B.F. Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2, while I enjoyed their pleasant waiting room with Kuerig coffee.A few days later, I replaced front and rear shocks on my Chevy pickup.With the new shocks, tires and a proper front-end alignment, my truck, which is 16 years old, rides like new.I highly recommend Sullivan Tire in Warwick!
