Randy Is amazing and will go above and beyond for his customers..he's the only person I feel comfortable buying a car off of also!!! My first car I bought it was unfortunately totaled by a lady who slammed into me so it was a no brainer to go back to Randy! He truly cares and doesn't try to rip people off. I am forever grateful for him!!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! First off, let me give praise to Randy. He was so kind, patient and helpful. While he offered zero pressure, I could tell how important it was to him that I bought a car that would truly make me happy. He never treated me like a girl or tried to take advantage of the fact that I am clueless when it comes to cars. In fact, he explained to me the pros and cons of each vehicle I considered and offered an extended warranty. He gave my daughter a car fax fox, which she plays with daily. I will never shop elsewhere. He has my business for life.

After a several days of searching for a used car for our daughter I found Roger Williams Auto sales. What a pleasure! After being shown out right broken down cars and being pressured to buy anything and everything for days, we met Randy who was the complete opposite. He is the first no pressure car salesman I have ever encountered. We looked a Ford Focus which was the perfect size for our 16 year old new driver. She loved it and Randy could not have been more accommodating. He told us upfront what needed to be worked on, showed us the car fax, which showed 1 owner and all the maintenance. We paid a fair price and they took care of handling sales tax and registering it . The car was serviced and inspected before we picked it up.We had an issue with the car a couple of weeks later and Randy and his partner drove to out house almost an hour away and took the car back to be serviced and even returned it to us when it was fixed.It can be nerve wracking buying a used car but these two made it easy. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish! Randy was very helpful and no pressure sales! Just purchased my sons first car we got a reasonable price and easy transaction! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a used car!

I purchased a vehicle from the kind folks here about 6 months ago. Best car buying experience I've ever had. They were so friendly, like we were neighbors. Zero pressure and produced the car fax without me having to ask. I checked the kbb value of the vehicle and the price I paid was very fair. I kind of expected it to be marked up beyond the value, but the cost was fell somewhere in the middle of the actual value range. This was even more proof that I was not being swindled but getting a good car at a good price from a trustworthy company. Outside of regular maintenance, I've had no problems with my car. I love it. I'm so happy I stopped in to check them out.

If you're looking for a used car, go here!!! I have been looking for a car for over a year now with no luck. Every car I looked at had major issues and the salesperson was very pushy. Randy was the COMPLETE opposite! He is so sweet, tells you outright what is wrong with the cars and what he will fix, and he is very laid back and easy going. He even told me not to worry about the temporary plates provided and that he would take care of it for me. 10/10 service!

This was the best truck buying experience ive ever had. They treated me well, were honest and patient with me. I looked around and left to go back later. They didn't make me feel like chewing my arm off to get away.Our 2003 Ford Ranger with incredibly low mileage, is still running with no out of the ordinary maintenance problems. Id highly recommend this dealership.

I bought my first car here about a month ago. From the start they were willing to stay open an extra hour so I could test drive it, then, when I decided on a BEAUTIFULLY priced Elantra they stayed open another 2 hours to finalize the sale. I d gone to 3 different dealerships looking for a car before this and had not had nearly as good of an experience as I had with this one. I can t say enough good things about RW Cars. If you re tired of the hunt your search is over.

Amazing and super friendly. Bought an affordable used car, Thelissa set up all the paper work quickly and made everything up front and easy to understand. Found a super small problem with the cars suppers the next day, she got us an appointment right away with a mechanic to get it fixed, no cost under warranty. Would definitely buy my next used car from them!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst most crooked dealership I have ever been too in my life! I paid nearly $8000 for an 06 PT cruiser when I was supposed to be paying $5500. Within the first week every single light on the back of my car died, water was leaking into all the housings. My driver side seat was broken with exposed wires from day one and they "fixed" it twice. They were supposed to replace it and that never happened. The car was Clearly fraudulently passed on inspection because within the first 3 months my alternator went, my entire cooking system needed to be replaced, my turbo died (the only thing covered under my service contract mind you) my wheel bearing needed to be replaced, my drivers side window stopped working. When I finally let it get repossessed I still needed $4000 worth of work done to it! The car wasn't even worth that in perfect condition. My friend also went here and has had nothing but problems with her honda. DO NOT go here unless you have money to blow or you like getting robbed.

Fantastic people! My wife and I just bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox from Bob, and he was so professional, and very helpful. When our daughter was with us, he even catered to her by letting her have a Car Fox doll. Definately a place where I'd go to often!

Upon my appt. to test drive one of their cars for 1PM today, 4.16.16 at Roger Williams Auto Sales on Post Rd. in Warwick, RIU, , I drove from MA to RI (approx. 40 minutes) and as I exited the I-95, my tire blew and I once I pulled into a parking lot to look at the tire, my door shut from the wind and my keys and cell phone were locked in the car. Called a tow truck then called the dealership 15 minutes before my appt. to say I'm on my way, the salesman asked which car I was test driving, mind you, I have been emailing them back and forth throughout the week, finally decided on the car I was interested in and set up the appt. to test drive it. All he could say was, we're in the process of selling it right now. I was so upset because more bad news at that time was unacceptable to me, especially knowing I drove all the way from MA to RI and called them, just to hear that it's being sold. I said, "Thanks a lot!!!!!" and hung up the phone. This is the 2nd time they did this to me, I called a day before to set up the test drive after I just talked to the salesperson over the phone, and asked to come down that night to test drive it and they said sorry, we just sold it. I am glad I didn't give them my business, I gave it to CARMAX and I am very thrilled at the no haggle, relaxing atmosphere and the courteous sales staff there. I actually got a better deal than what I would've got here. They lost out, and I made out. Never will look at their inventory ever again with that LACK OF LOYALTY!
