Rick s was amazing! They make the process so simple, coordinated my rental car for me and kept me updated with email notifications about where my car was in the process. Always greeted me by name and made me feel like I was their only customer. The work on the car was also great, they explained everything they did and maximized the money from my insurance to fix everything that was needed. Would definitely use them again!

I had a great experience at Rick s auto body! After a month of looking for a place that felt right for me I was thrilled to land at Rick s.They promised a great job and they delivered a great job. My rear passenger door was backed into by a land rover and had to be replaced. The color is perfect! You would never know that the door had been replaced.Everything at Rick s was above board. There was no wheeling and dealing or throwing something extra in or promising a little kickback.They also cleaned the interior of my car before returning it! Given that I had shadows of sunblock on the leather and didn t know how to get them out this was especially wonderful. 100% will recommend Rick s to friends and family.Service: Body & Trim

Rick's took care of my Toyota Tacoma after it was rearended. I was able to follow the process online and they updated me with emails. They delivered the vehicle on time and had it detailed prior. They answered all my questions and provided me with detailed information on the repair. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My car was badly damaged in an accident with a semi and Rick's was the only place I told my insurance company I wanted to have it repaired. They had it fixed on time and better than when I drove it off the lot on day one. They kept me updated with daily e-mails and photos on the progress and dealt directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. Rick's Auto Body is the best for collision repair. I have now used them twice and from the very first phone call they are informative, helpful and have amazing customer service. Their daily updates keep you informed as to the status of your repair. After the repair, my car looked better than when I bought it. They were beyond amazing and professional. They were in constant contact with their progress on my car. Which had significant damage but had it finished in a few weeks. Staff was so friendly and pleasant to work with! And they produced amazing work my car looks brand new!

I recently had my front bumper fixed at ricks. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Jessica at the front is a pleasure to work with. I received email updates everyday with pictures on the progress of the repairs. When I went to pick up my car it was fully detailed. I highly recommend ricks for all of your auto body needs!

Rick's Auto Body repaired my damaged vehicle. From the start of the process, Rick's provided excellent service from coordinating with insurance to simply setting my mind at ease. My vehicle was completed sooner than expected, and I was continually informed on its progress. The workmanship and professionalism was beyond excellent and exceeded my expectations. The repair and paint matching were flawless. My vehicle was returned to me in such great condition that I was not sure it was mine....it looked soooo good!! Excellent service and attention to detail. What a great experience! Rick's staff was friendly and helpful.Jessica at the front desk is a gem! My car came back looking brand new, and was ready days sooner than expected. After having an accident with my vehicle Ricks auto body repaired my vehicle and did an amazing job went above and beyond cleaning the interior of my car. It was spotless when I got it back with an excellent paint job and the repair was above Excellent ! I would recommend them to everybody.

Rick's is the most professional, knowledgeable, through and on top of it nicest folks in this industry! I have had several cars fixed over the years and every time the body work is impeccable. The people work as a great team to take care of everything from insurance and rental car to daily updates with photos to see the progress being made. The attention to detail is absolute. Rick's Autobody is AMAZING, great work always , used them over and over many times through the years and they never disappoint, my paint matched perfectly evert time I had work done on both my car and the wifes. I have used Rick's a few times in the last year and I have to say I love them . I will never go anywhere else as long as they are are around. They are so professional and courteous . The work performed is unlike any I have ever seen . The car being detailed before pick up is an added bonus even the detailer deserves a huge shout out. From check in to check out they are amazing . Rick s Auto Body repaired my car following an accident. The service I received, and my overall experience with the company, was first-rate! They handled everything from the second the car was dropped off to the second it was picked up, including contacting the insurance company numerous times and scheduling the rental. Ricks Auto Body did a fantastic job on my vehicle. I was in an accident, they made this horrible experience not so horrible. They really care about their customers and they go above and beyond. They had a rental car available as soon as it was approved by insurance. Jessica is amazing she helped me get through the process seamlessly and she checked in on me through the entire process! . We have needed to use Rick's twice and both times they turned accident stress into a truly easy repair. They are a designated repair shop for our insurance so handled all the paperwork, arranged for the rental, kept us fully informed and had our car fixed earlier than promised. Had a very decent experience working with Rick's Auto Body after my car has damaged in an accident. Rick's was clear with me on the process of repairing my car and helped work with my insurance to get things moving. Very responsive and a high quality of work. Would recommend

I was in a fender bender a few weeks ago after dealing with insurance I was able to get the car fixed I choose Ricks Auto Body shop after looking at the reviews and talking with insurance! I was scared at first because this was the first time I had to ever go through something like this. After dropping the car off with Ricks on Monday last week I was updated the entire time on anything that was done with the car. I was told a week and got it back within the same week in order for me to start work the coming week. I was so impressed with the car its looks just like how I bought it the first time but shiner lol. I love my car and I'm so thankful I went to them If I ever need them again I know exactly were to go with no stress and no problems!! Thank you!!

At first, I was just going to go with the shop my insurance company recommended. But, when a friend (a retired auto body shop manager for a major dealership) recommended Rick's, I called the insurance company and made the switch. I'm glad I did. The office staff are great to work with, and the work detail was suburb. The finished product was a pure demonstration of meticulous care and professionalism. Above-and-beyond in every way!

Fantastic So far....I had gotten into an accident. They fixed my car and I got it a week early. Fantastic right? No, my car electronics did not work for the first 3 hours my car was on. My driver side back window did not roll down, however it fixed itself After that. Fine after that no problems!
