I ve been going to Rays s for at least 8 to 10 years and I won t let anyone else work on my car. He s honest and his prices are very reasonable. It s always less than what I think it will be.

Ray is the best around. A great and trustworthy guy. He is honest and won't try to do unnecessary things to your vehicle. I have been going to Ray for at least 30 years!!!

On the advice of a neighbor, I had an oil change and minor fuel door lock issue addressed and performed by Ray's to total satisfaction both economically and in the circumstance of the feel door lock, free of charge! Following, I had inquiries about a winter tire purchase and change, and received an honest, ethical response about this garage's abilities and limitations. I will continue to visit this garage for as many future needs my auto may experience that Ray's is capable of comfortably tackling .

Been going to Rays for over 20 years. Very honest, reputable, and caring mechanic. They will not rip you off. They are busy, so make sure you plan your routine service (oil, rotations, state inspections, etc.) ahead of time.

Great, friendly, and very VERY smart crew over @ RAY'S SERVICE CENTER! They always go above and beyond to get me up and running everytime and their prices are far more than resonable. Been going there for many many years and look forward to many many more.

We needed our rear brakes done asap , I called rays at 7:45am took it in at 11:30 am and he had it done by 2:15 and for a fair price. I would recommend rays to anyone needing a car repair.

Ray is a good guy. He does great work for a fair price. His shop has low over had always been very happy with his work and he's very honest

Had to get an inspection sticker but I had forgotten my registration. He was very understanding and even though I must of waisted his time , when I called him later when I found my registration he was nice enough to fit me in the next morning! Plus my family has been going to him for ever but I didn't mention anything about that to him... Just a Genuinely nice guy :)

Ray's garage has been my go to for over a decade. I highly recommend his establishment for reliable car maintainence. Quick service you can trust. The only mechanic I want working on my vehicle and those of my family and friends .

I had a diagnostic issue with my truck. Ray went out of his way to resolve it and get me back on the road. Excellent and honest mechanic. Very pleased with the service and the price I paid for repair. I would highly recommend Ray's Service Center.

I like Ray he Is fair. Just had car inspected he doesn't.loom for stuff to fix he has enough work and if.it.passes it passes if it.doesnt he tells you what you need. He does not say he will do the job or try to get you to go to him. Just tells you like.it is. Nice guy nice work.

Ray is simply the best, one of the most respectable guys I have ever done business with. If he can fix it reliably, properly, and cost efficiently, that's how he rolls. I don't even know him. He can't perform miracles though - if you truly need a new engine, it's not going to be $49.99, but he will tell u straight up what he can do and he can do it all.Just so wonderful to have such a knowledgeable guy who can always fix your car and not take advantage of you. Good mechanics are hard to find, honest ones seem to not exist. This guy is the real deal. Thank you Ray, I saw you once years ago and came back 7? years later (after I had recently received a $2500 quote). $200! with you and months later my car is still going strong, many thanks to you. It's amazing how you can simply listen to a car and save me over $2000. That's knowledge and experience! It was impressive to watch you listen to my car run when I started it up and narrow down the situation! All for freeI live in a different town and this place is small, but somehow my son Mike had gone to Ray with his first car ever, 7 years ago, and Ray remembered him. Knows he's a good kid... didn't remember me, haha but it's awful good. I just said, "I'm Mike's mom." He treated my car, not me, I never said he was mister social butterfly, fyi .. I hate leaving reviews unless I feel it's necessary and since I'm currently standing with over 3 million likes on my 3-year-old Google profile in I thought this might give Ray the good karma he deserves.Highly recommend this place!!! Call n make an appointment, say your Mike's moms Google fan, you may get a discount!

had "brakes" done here. ray was recommended by a member of the family. i put brakes in quotes because as soon as i left with the car the grinding noise i was hearing coming from the back brakes was still there. he told me the issue was the front brakes (which never made a sound). i also have a spongy brake pedal that was never touched because it still feels the same. it also was never driven at all(the odometer showed it). I'm a car guy myself and have worked at multiple shops (just as an oil tech but that doesn't matter. point is that I've seen how brakes should be diagnosed and done ) and this is UNACCEPTABLE. who does a brake job without driving the car first to confirm the customers problems. don't get me wrong, he's quick with his work but thats probably because he isn't putting the proper effort in. now i have to go back and either a. get him to do the job correctly or b. look for another mechanic and get my money back. walk on eggshells with that guy! if everything gets resolved with no issues I'll raise my star rating but as of right now 1 star is all i can give and i feel terrible because i usually give my mechanic the benefit of a doubt. i know how much trouble cars can be but this is over the line

Honest, Fair and Knowledgeable Service Station! I went to Ray's to get an Inspection done. I have had a bad experience at the Firestone in Coventry so I was a bit on edge worried that there would be a bunch of things to fix. Not here, what a great place. Very fast inspection, and a recommendation for brakes in the future, with a time line and an approximate cost. They do a scheduled appointment, so no driving in and not knowing when your car will be looked at. I am new here in Warwick, and I have found my new service station!

Great guy, fast service. He's busy so be patient, doesn't mean you'll wait long but realize he's got many customers. Quick inspection times, no b.s. shop. I highly recommend this shop.

Place looked empty, employees browsing their phones but they were "busy", "booked" until next week! Went to their competition down the street and was seen right away!

desk clerk was arguing and swearing on the phone while i tried to make my appointment because i couldnt get anyone by phone just very unpleasant vibe
