I always go to Napa Auto Parts in West Warwick. They always have the part I'm looking for ,and Napa's parts are a good quality, the parts fit and will last. Very friendly and knowledgeable working behind the counter. I highly recommend Napa Auto Parts in West Warwick.Keep up the good work.NR Jr

If YOU ENJOY BUSTING YOUR KNUCKLES BUT SAVING SOME MONEY ON AUTO AND SMALL TRUCK REPAIRS YOU NEED TO STOP HERE!!! A VAST VARIETY OF ORIGINAL AND AFTER MARKET PARTS TO SURELY FIT YOUR VEHICLES** BEST OF ALL PRICED A BIT HIGHER THAN SIME OF THE CHAIN STORES . GOD KNOWS THERE'S ENOUGH OF THEM IN THIS SMALL STATE!!! For an automotive parts store that's already operating on bankers hours by closing at 5:30pm on weekday's. The least you can do is actually stay open to 5:30pm for your customers.I just needed to grab 1 simple item & wouldn't have even needed anyone's assistance other than to cashing me out. But that wasn't possible for me on the evening of 9/29/22, because whomever was standing at the front door watching me pull in at 5:20pm decided it would be easier to just lock the door and go and hide in the back... I surely won't be surprised to see the doors closing eventually permanently on this place.

Great inventory as for any project needed done last minute they'd definitely be the go to store for sure... Although the pricing is outrageous opposed to other Auto Part Store options. RAPS is the closest Auto Parts Store to anyone in the surrounding areas as well which is a great selling point for customers. This by far has quality and quantity so if it's ok spending the extra money then this is the right Auto Parts Store for you!!

The plastic shields that go over the front wheels were missing some snap on holders that hold the shields in place. I asked the man behind the counter if they sold the snap on holders for my 2014 Chevrolet Cruz. He said that I would have to take one off and match it up. I couldn't do that so I left. Later, I went to O' Reilly auto parts and I asked the clerk the same question. He came out looked at the car and took me to the packages of snap on holders. He handed me the packages that I needed. Then he came out and installed them. Everything fixed in 10 minutes for $3.50. Why couldn't your guy at Napa do that? Because he was LAZY!

Bought bike battery. They had it in stock and was a good price. They don't take the old batteries though.

Bob was the most unprofessional and rude associate I have ever encountered. I've needed several parts for several of my vehicles over the years and he is always so unhelpful and miserable to deal with. They need to start taking some new applications over at the west Warwick Napa. Thank you.
