I take my Mercedes to Prestige for maintenance and repairs. Tracy and the staff are great! They are reasonably priced and can be trusted to know what they're doing. Always professional and courteous. They helped me out when the Mercedes dealership was closing at 5 and turned me away. Going the extra mile earned my business for a small, but urgent need. Thanks Prestige! Glad to support small businesses like yours.

I was on the market for a Mercedes 350ML for my wife, and after weeks of dealing with unprofessional sale persons in big dealers, we travel to Warwick, RI from Boston to look at a beautiful ML350. We met Mark Zarlanga and let me tell you this was the smoothest car buying experience we have had no pressure what so ever. Mark was awesome and so was the owner Simon very professional, and classy dealer definitely will be buying our next car in the future here. Thank you Mark and Simon.

The people who work for this company are so kind and real. Mark was wonderful he showed me the cars I wanted to see/drive without being the least bit pushy. He was genuine with a soft approach. While I sat with Ed the numbers guy, (who was equally as kind and welcoming) Mark played catch with my son making even him feel comfortable and welcome. I appreciate them. I am so happy with not just my purchase but the service. I can honestly say Prestige has forever changed my feelings and weariness surrounding used car salesmen.

Would highly recommend Prestige Motors. Ed S was top notch!! Bought a car sight unseen other than on the website. The car was exactly as described if not better!! Ed was always available for any questions I had and held my car I purchased until I was able to arrange for it to be transported. He made the purchase process so easy! I cannot speak highly enough about this experience! Ed made me feel like I was his only customer and felt like family . So personable! Would definitely use again.

Mark and Ed made my car buying experience a true pleasure. My salesman Mark was not at all pushy. He answered all my questions and concerns with a level of professionalism rarely seen today.Ed, the finance guy took care of everything and he made even the finance portion of buying a previously owned car a pleasant experience.The quality of cars they have on the lot is truly impressive. My only word of advice is if you find a car you like, get there as quickly as possible. Some higher demand models do sell fast.

I bought my car from Prestige Motor cars back in 2016 my sales experience was fast and efficient! Since buying my Audi I always go back to Prestige for all my service needs and I must say I have never had a better experience or relationship with a dealer! Tracy in the service department is amazingly helpful and always gets it all done along with the technicians! I would highly recommend Prestige Motor cars to perspective car buyers and would also buy from them again!! Truly a great team!Don

Made an appointment to test drive a C300 8/25/22. Simon told me they were open until 7pm so I test drove 2 others at Bourne Auto and then headed to Prestige. Simon called me en route to confirm. Drove nearly 2 hours through rush hour traffic only to find the dealership closed down! 6:12PM. Everyone gone, although hours on their door state they close at 7PM. I called and got Mark's voice mail as Simon wasn't listed on their system as having one. Either Mark passed along my message to Simon and Simon just didn't bother to return my call or Mark didn't bother to pass along the message. Guess we'll never know. I've purchased from Audi of Boylston, Inskip, Viti and Carriage House Motors, all with good results. No customer likes to feel they simply don't matter. Stay far away from these people. Your business definitely doesn't matter to them.

We had an excellent experience at Prestige. After shopping around at a few other dealerships, we found Prestige to be a breath of fresh air. All of the staff were friendly and engaging without being pushy. Mark Z. made sure that we were comfortable with our purchase and that everything was just right with our car before we brought it home. I would absolutely recommend Prestige and Mark to anyone.

Had the best experience of any car dealership to date. Great selection of vehicles and no pressure whatsoever. The staff are also car enthusiasts, which was an added bonus. Every singe person I interacted with was professional and helpful. I didn't know dealerships like this existed. Excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

After growing extremely frustrated with a past mechanic and their multiple misdiagnoses of an issue with my vehicle, I took my car to Prestige Motor Cars and was absolutely thrilled with the experience. They kept me informed during the diagnosis stage and provided a clear estimate which was explained to me prior to any work being started which was greatly appreciated. They were ultimately able to improve upon the estimate and my car even came back more fresh and clean than it has been the entire time I've owned it. It was truly a pleasure working with the team at Prestige and I would happily recommend this business to friends and family!

We brought in our 2016 VW Tiguan for a turbocharger. We shopped around for the best service and price. Prestige, we dealt with Tracy, were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. Their price was a whopping $900 lower than anyone else. The customer service was above and beyond. The high quality of service and repair was outstanding. You can and should trust them for all your auto needs.

I appreciated no pressure whatsoeverVery nice vehicles, most high end. I got a good price on a very nice one owner truck with low miles.Excellent variety of vehicles. I recommend checking them out if you re looking for a car.I will definitely be going back whenever I need another car.

If you are on a budget and you absolutely need a car please go here. I contacted them on a Wednesday and I left with a car on Saturday morning. Edward provide the best customer service. I love my car. Everything was replaced like it was a brand new car! thank you so much!

Very dishonest. Avoid!Prestige sold the car I was supposed to pick up a few days before delivery. Spoke to Adam numerous times before the pickup date and all was set (credit card info taking and terms agreed to). They then called and said car was sent back to auction when it was sold to another individual.I usually don t write reviews but I m hoping to save future buyers the headache.

BUYER BEWARE Got a good deal on the car I wanted, a 2012 Mini Countryman S, but I ve been screwed by them ever since! The car has been in their garage at least twice for every issue. I got the car in October 2018, it has had an oil leak since the time I bought it and they ve diagnosed it with something else every other time, and charged me for it every time with extra charges after using the 3rd party warranty they had sold to me. I finally brought it to the Mini dealer near me, and without charge, was provided a rental on two occasions for this issue, for it to be diagnosed that I have a leaking crankshaft seal and it would be $400, and they suggested I contact Prestige. When I contacted them, they told me they had never diagnosed that problem and then they got argumentative and hung up on my fianc�e. When I called back and was finally able to speak to Simon, the president of their dealership, he continued to argue with me and raise his voice to me, asking what I wanted from them instead of addressing that there was any issue at all. When I told him what it was diagnosed with and the cost of the repair that the Mini dealership suggested, he said So get it done there then! When I told him I could not afford that he proceeded to talk over me saying So what do you want from me?! What am I your father?! Do you want me to pay for it?! All while screaming at me, I said No. I want to know why my car s been having issues for the year and half I ve had it. He then hung up on me. As of now, I m still trying to find an honest reasonably priced mechanic to fix the issue... Don t ever go here!!!

Will not shop anywhere else!Bought 4 cars in 4 weeks, 4 different brands, for 4 family members, 4 years ago. No complaints. Knowledgeable staff guided us in selecting the right brand for the right driver for the right price. The process for financing and extended warranty was seamless. Yes, one of 4 cars has had majors repairs over 4 years, but it happened to be the oldest car with the most milage(extended warranty was not available). Lesson learnt--don't buy cars with >50K miles!

Great experience for my car purchase. Workers were not pricey and pushy. Allowed me to test drive a car without any hesitation . Ed was great with helping me get cheapest rate as possible . Would definitely return in the future

This dealership really has a great selection of quality imports. Prices are very reasonable compared to what else is on the market - do your research online and you will have to agree. Have purchased 2 cars and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Though the car I wanted was sold, the staff were very pleasant and not at all pushy. Didn't try to to sell me another car that I didn't want. I would recommend giving them a chance if they have something you are interested in.. (just call first to make sure its still there)
