I own 2 old Porsche's. No long term support from this dealership and poor customer service for folks with cars over 5 years. You are treated like 2nd class citizens because the car is not new and you don't want to trade it for a new model. They treat you well when purchasing! Wait a few years and see for yourself.

I had a great feeling buying a car here, they explain everything clearly and didn't push me into buying something I wouldnt be comfortable. They spend time to explain the car features and make us feel special.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my Taycan at Porsche Warwick. Max was there to expertly guide me through the whole process, and I can't thank him enough for his attentiveness and customer centric attitude. I had a chance to meet just about everyone on the sales floor at Porsche Warwick, and was greeted with great interactions all around. Thank you all for welcoming me to the Porsche family!

I don't believe I've ever written more than maybe a dozen reviews in my life but this was one of those rare times that I absolutely had to.The ENTIRE STAFF at Porsche of Warwick is what I'd want every business to be like. I had my car fully wrapped with X-Pel and the guy they have for that job just throws on some music tracks and makes wrapping cars into an art form. I had several things done that is usually out of the normal scope of work when it comes to wraps. Not only did (Ellio?) remember everything but he executed the job perfectly.All the sales people have been outstanding. Kirk is my salesman and the guy is a rock star. I did get to know the rest of their sales team and you simply can't go wrong with any of them. Their service department is also quick and dependable and the ones I've met, have done great work for me and always have great attitudes James in particular, always has a great attitude and truly does his best to help his customers in the best way possible. I don't trust so easily and I'll be the first to say that I'm very particular about how I'd like things done with my cars but this location has never let me down.Lastly, I met a few new people recently (Chaz) who Is the finance manager and he helped put my X-pel package together. Easily one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. The other was the general manager (Brian). While everyone did a stellar job (thank you all at Porsche Warwick), it was Brian that really shocked us. Brian helped fix an issue that another dealer completely botched! He's clearly a busy guy over there but still took the time to help us out and we can't say enough about this experience. I think if this location ever moved and I couldn't deal with them anymore, I'd never get this level of customer service again.If you're looking for a Porsche, do yourself a favor and don't go ANYWHERE ELSE!

Phenomenal experience! Purchasing a new car is typically an easy transaction. But buying a used car can be an entirely different experience. I found a dream (used) car that looks brand new, is certified by the dealership and comes with a two year warranty. Mark, Chaz and Joey were a dream team in making it all happen. I couldn't be happier and this dealership and staff are a "well-oiled machine" (no pun intended).

I found the GM Brian and his team at Porsche Warwick both responsive and efficient. Follow-thru is important to me and Porsche Warwick exceeded my expectations. When a delay in the delivery of my car occurred, Brian worked with me to keep my trade-in vehicle in safe working order until my new car was ready. Sales Associate Max did a thorough job ordering my new car and helped me track it from factory order to port arrival. Porsche expert Joey was a star with his genuine kindness and patience teaching me about my Porsche. My new car is fantastic and I am very happy with my custom-build purchase.

I had my 17 911 Targa in to troubleshoot a faulty coolant system indication. I made the mistake of not requesting a loaner when I made the phone appointment but when it came time to drop my car off, Jackie was extremely helpful and professional and even managed to find me a 23 Macan at the last minute on a Friday! My car was ready after a few days (looking and driving incredibly BTW) and when I retrieved it, she mentioned some of the required repair work that was not specifically covered under the extended warranty was done out of courtesy because it was associated with a larger issue. I was shocked to experience a dealer going out of their way for something like this. Porsche of Warwick has my business!

Honestly, in all the years of dealing with dealerships this is the best experience, bar none. From the beginning of identifying the "right" car, to keeping me informed on a regular basis, to just checking in to see how I was, and ultimately to the delivery it was excellent.I worked with Carlos, an outstanding sales professional, who took the time to hear my interests and what I was looking for in a new car. To take it to another level, new cars have been in short supply but he kept track of every allocated build coming from Germany and one popped on the radar that was close but just a step better than what I had planned to purchase, he called and made it happen. The day of the delivery he was the best, and I'm sure he will be there if I have a question down the road.Kudos also to the F&I manager who made the paperwork portion of the purchase extremely efficient and painless. All of the staff worked to make the purchase exciting and leaving one with the sense of comfort if anything was needed down the road.If you're in the market for a new or used Porsche, I highly recommend Porsche of Warwick.

Wonderful experience building/ordering my new Porsche with Max Browning. Max is very knowledgeable and proactive throughout the entire process, staying one step ahead to make the order smooth and easy. Couldn't have been happier with the overall communication and car. Also appreciate the modern showroom, meeting room and technology that is utilized during the ordering process. Highly recommend Max and the Warwick team.

We were in the market for a Pre-Certified Porsche Panamera 4S and having exhausted our search in our home state of NH we ran across this dealer having what it was we were looking for. I contacted the dealer and dealt with Kristina Paris who was communicative, pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicle and made every effort to communicate in real time before making the two hour commute down to RI. We were very pleased with the experience all around and would not hesitate doing business with this dealership again. Thank you.

Carlos was great at finding us the Porsche that was right for us. Told us about different inventory they had available and showed us a few different options. The process was very smooth. We didn t need intense negotiations. Everything was very transparent and easy. They gave a very fair trade for my car, and had a certified warranty that was included we wouldn t pass up. Chaz made the finance part a breeze. Thorough and fast. Joey is the go to guy for explaining all the bells and whistles of our new car. Very personable and got me all set up and confident that I knew what every button did. Everyone there from start to finish made our buying experience wonderful. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Porsche.

We worked with Max Browning to purchase a 2021 Cayenne and had an excellent experience. Max was truly a Porsche enthusiast and knew everything about the vehicle. He made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. He paid particular attention to making our son happy and even gave him a little Porsche swag.He also stopped by to say hello when I brought the vehicle in for service and we ended up talking baseball for the length of my appointment.Max is a true professional who cares about making his customers happy. I look forward to buying a midlife crisis car from him in the future.

WOW....just WOW....we had Max Browning as our Porsche Sales Consultant. He was not only professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all, but listened to our needs/wants/desires for our dream car!! He kept us informed every step of the way and made us feel very special the day we picked up our 911 Carrera. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!! In fact, the whole dealership was, of course, professional and very much state-of-the-art. I would highly recommend Porsche Warwick and make sure you see Max....tell him Marilyn sent you!!

I have taken my 2015 Macan S to Porsche of Warwick several times. The service has always been excellent. During my latest visit, the service technician emailed me a video specifically demonstrating the issue I had brought the car in for and gave me several options for fixing it right in the video. It was next level service.

I had a great car buying experience working with Max Browning at Porsche Warwick. They had the 2020 Cayenne we wanted at a great price but I was hesitant to buy out of state because of the travel time and registration. Max made it all very easy by getting the pricing and trade in issues sorted before I left my house. All I had to do was inspect the vehicle when I got there. Fortunately, the Cayenne was in mint condition, just as Max had described. I had also whined to Max about having to sit and wait for the business mgr on previous car purchases at other dealers so Max saw to it that I was seated and signing papers within minutes of arrival. Plus, they took care of all the registration issues so I could just drive away. In all, a great experience start to finish.

I brought my 2021 Carera 4S in for the grounding post inspection (recall I believe, but not called that). I had an appointment, arrived on time, and the car was immediately taken. I asked if they could also install a connector on the battery for a trickle charger.?Three hours later I received a phone call telling me the inspection was done. I picked the car up the next day. The connector was installed no charge. All in all, everyone was professional and did a great job.

I bought a Porsche Boxster online and 1500 miles away from my home in NW Arkansas a scary thing to do. My first contact at Porsche Warwick was a salesman named Carlos. I was immediately impressed with his Porsche Knowledge. I wish I could have met him in person, he responded to all my questions and requested photos. The car I bought was everything and more I could have expected. I'm very happy with my purchase! thank you very much Carlos...

I have wanted to write this comment concerning my experience with Max Browning at Porsche Warwick.I sat with Max to order my 2022 Macan S in August of 2021.He made the process quite easy and relaxing. I finally took ownership of my vehicle in the middle of January, 2022. Max constantly gave me updates as to when my vehicle would arrive. After taking ownership of the vehicle, Max has been extremely helpful and professional. I have had an issue that needed to be addressed. He did everything that I requested. He also has communicated with me regularly so as to ensure that my issue has been addressed. As of this writing, things are going well with my vehicle.I would suggest to others to seek Max Browning if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle at Porsche Warwick.

Had an extremely pleasant experience at Porsche Warwick. Max was actively tracking our Cayenne and staying in touch amongst the chip-related delays and finally got it to us. Joe is also the master of his trade when it comes to the technicalities of the car and addressing any questions we had.

Buying a new car is always stressful, especially when the need to buy a new car is not expected and urgent, as it was in our case after a recent accident.Max Browning and Chase McIntosh did a great job at making us feel comfortable and made the process as simple as possible. We appreciated their professionalism and felt that they were genuinely working to make the experience as positive as possible.The time from when we identified the car that had all of our hot buttons (Black Cayenne w/ tow package and heated steering wheel) until we drove off the lot was less then 24 hrs. Max and Chase made the process seem effortless And as simple as possible.

Max was excellent. Responded quickly to my request for information about the car I was interested in. Upon my arrival to test drive the car it was ready and waiting for me. When it can time to negotiate a price for the car and my trade in a fair price for both was reached quickly. The car was ready for me to drive home the following day. The final paperwork with Chase, the business manager, was equally smooth and efficient. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.Thank you Max and Chase!

What a wonderful experience!Chase's customer service was beyond words! Friendly, knowledgeable & professional! Chase made the experience a pleasant & momentous event! I don't think there was a question he couldn't answer and definitely put us the customer first on our visit & purchase. When you are purchasing a Porsche, ask for Chase and you won't be sorry.We should add that Steve the Finance Manager & Denis the GM were also so great also delivering superb customer service! The total experience was complimented by these two individuals!What a fantastic experience our Porsche purchase was because of Chase, Steve, & Denis!

Was in and out in an hour, it was the easiest car buying process I ve ever had! Max even picked us up from the train station since we were coming from out of state. Highly recommend this dealership. Worked with Max Browning from the moment we stepped on the showroom floor. He always professional, informative and, yes, covid-safe. In reviewing options, he helped us decide what would work for us and our needs, not what might make the price of the car balloon. As the car was scheduled to be built and was undergoing the build, he let us know the status as he knew it but also pointed us to additional resources. Even after picking the car up (a dream come true) he has been following up to ensure we are satisfied and also to see if we have any questions or issues. I expect that level of service and concern to continue throughout our Porsche journey. I also want to shout out to Chaz Mervilus in the Financial department who was just as attentive and informative as Max with all the paperwork and financial activities. There were other unnamed folks in that dealership who were friendly, helpful and attentive, even if in just a small way. If you are looking to buy/lease a Porsche, you just cannot go wrong with these fine folks.

This was my 1st time making a purchase at Porsche Warwick and out of the 29 previous vehicles I've purchased, this was by far the most enjoyable one. My man Max took care of so many things for me that I don't have enough space to mention them. I will definitely be back and will send anyone I can to Max at Porsche Warwick!
