Ocean State Off-road did a fantastic job installing a Metalcloak Gamechanger on my 2 door JL. Despite being busy (for good reason) they fit me in on my timeline and got everything installed as promised. I greatly appreciated that they didn t try to upsell me on components, I had my eye on more expensive shocks but Ricky recommended something more reasonably priced that would fit my needs. There was one small issue with my installation but Cody and Ricky went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected. I greatly appreciated that Ricky, the owner, took a personal interest in ensuring that my Jeep was set up properly and ready to go for an upcoming trip. Very knowledgeable staff that were able to answer my many questions.

I'll give them 2 stars for being pleasant folks and apparently they can do some good work for according to other reviews. We were referred to OSOR to have our current lift looked at and corrected as needed. 1300 later, next stop state inspection. The jeep failed inspection due to a bad ball joint. We specifically asked them to be sure we were good to go and asked them to check the ball joints. I won't recommend or return to them after this failure. The ball joint was completely toast and the inspection guy showed us the bad joint before did any repairs. It's easy to check and would have been horrible had I not needed an inspection, imagine what could have happened! Shame on you for missing such a vital component in need of repair. The inspection was completed within days of leaving your shop.

Huge shout out to Ocean State Off Road for their awesome customer service! I ordered a Bestop Trektop NX Glide from their shop. They helped me with all my questions and ordered it right away so I can get the factory rebate on time. They installed it this week and I could not be more thankful! Very friendly guys and got my Jeep done quickly. Can t wait to enjoy the top down in nice weather. Thanks again!

Great job applying anti rust treatment to my Tacoma. Nice and thick application, no over spray. Friendly service also.
