Phenomenal customer service.While vacationing in the area a fellow motorist alerted me that my brake lights were out .A buddy mentioned that O reilly s might be able to help ( local mechanic wasn t available till Thursday.)Spoke with Jason at O reilly s ( Post Rd) - he told me to come over and he d take a look.He did way more and within 15 minutes I was on my way - fully operational.ps - the mechanic in Pautuxet Village made the repair sound a lot more complicated.Thank you Jason

They have saved me hundreds of dollars on small things shops we re charging alot for. Headlight bulbs, tail light bulbs, air filter, cabin filter all things I was told were ridiculous prices at shops. But they do it for free and love doing it. Valvoline quoted me 60$ for a cabin filter swap. I Paid 18.99$ plus tax for the filter and he swapped it right in the store parking lot in minutes. Talk about service. A+
