Absolutely a top notch technician that can diagnose and troubleshoot problems after others can t succeed or tell you there s no hope. I was battling an intermittent tail light issue that another shop couldn t repair didn t have the knowledge for, and blew me off after spending almost 300$ with them. Craig found the issues almost immediately and bypassed the factory relay which also saved me from going to pick n pull for the SJB electrical box no longer made for my old truck. This is a place you can build up trust and rapport and have confidence your issues will be fixed right even if other previous technicians weren t even in the ball park. The only regret I have is not finding out about Mr. Diagnostic sooner and bringing my truck there first.

We have an auto repair shop and have utilized Mr. Diagnostic a few times in the past few years when we were in a pinch with programming issues. He is prompt, has fair pricing and always gets the job done right! We would highly recommend !

Had a lingering electrical problem with a jeep causing the airbag light to stay on. Sat for months at another place with parts being thrown at it to not fix the core problem. Craig was able to diagnose and fix the issue in mere hours. Now my go to guy for any electrical/computer problems on my cars.

Craig from Mr. Diagnostic has helped our service shop in several instances. We have had him come out to program modules in the past as he has subscriptions to Honda and Toyota software. We most recently had a very difficult diagnostic job on a Honda CRV. We were ready to give up on the car repair. We called Craig and he was able to diagnose a wiring issue that was causing the ECM on the car to short out and fail (we had replaced the ecm previously and the second ecm also failed 2 days after installation). Craig diagnosed and repaired a wiring problem in the main wire harness and we installed and programmed a new ECM and all is working! My best techs (both L1 ASE certified master techs) had been trying to diagnose the issue for a week and Craig was able to diagnose the issue in a matter of hours! I highly recommend Craig, he is an incredible resource and is a very talented tech!
