The management is actually very lovely to work with. They just got a new manager at my time of going and I dont know his name but he is very lovely. He also had me run out and grab a balist for my car so I didnt have to pay a horrible upcharge price for it. My qualm is that their labor charge is way more than it realistically should be. 187 dollars for labor I had on my vehicle and it didnt take that long for them to take care of it. Definitely not 187 dollars worth of repair, but I needed it in a pinch for inspection. Just for the record, all I needed was my drivers side headlight changed, and apparently that's a very specific bulb they needed and its mad expensive. I just more recently got the car so I have little frame of reference, but i feel like they could have gotten something cheaper. But that's all I got done on my car, so why should I be paying almost 200 dollars worth of labor? I understand my vehicle is a little odd but its cant be odd enough to reasonably charge such a high price for labor. People were lovely and I dont think they tried to fully am me, but I'm unlikely to go again if this is their average price for labor.

Mike and his team from Monro Auto Service in Warwick are awesome! They expertly replaced my coolant hose, which they diagnosed was the reason for the overheating in my 2015 Chrysler. A week later and my car is running smoothly and my heart no longer drops when scrutinizing the temp gauge. Their prompt service, friendly demeanor, and wealth of knowledge make them the go-to guys for any of my automotive needs.

Super reasonably priced and thorough! Heard about this place from a friend and wouldn t dream of going anywhere else now that I ve been here! Owner even repaired the used tire that had a nail in it for me! Overall great experience.

This place is the best. Been going for years. Mike and Anthony are upfront honest and reliable. Everyone else in the shop too. They went out of their way to make sure I wouldn't be overcharged for parts and always get the job done right

This is my GO TO place for my car!! Very professional!!! Never have to wait. Went in last minute this afternoon for a new headlight..... It was ordered immediately ....delivered and installed within half an hour! The staff is wonderful!!! Highly recommend Monro!!!!!!

Did ok on tires but lost center cap called an they could care less worker claimed they where missing them said one was missing but two are missing just spent 1,650.00 on clutch new tires 100.00 more of install car keep clean an u think I would be missing two center cap my car my OCD would an is killing seening them gone it's ok they just lost a customer

This place is incredible. I know that National Shops get a bad name, but this should NOT be one of them. I have gone there 3 times in the last 18 months and every time has been a pleasant visit. The manager Anthony Repoza is wonderful. He is thorough, intelligent, well-spoken, courteous and fair. He always spoke about prices and went over each detail so that there would be no scary add-ons at the end. I really appreciate this when dealing with a mechanic-type establishment, as we all hear about the people who love to add on miscellaneous charges at the end, when it is too late for you to say no. Not here. They are transparent and Anthony is a joy to deal with. Lastly, the one issue I did have concerning a part, Anthony fixed the issue and solved the problem fair and immediately. No walks around the park. You are not gonna find many auto establishments around that do this for the customer. Munroe is very lucky to have this gentleman running their store. He deserves a raise, as he is the reason I keep coming back. Furthermore, his employees at this store, are very hardworking and nice individuals also. I appreciate each of you.

I must say the manager Mike Maura at Monroe on post rd Warwick is just a outstanding , honest person, he did such a great job with my car, it s so hard to find a honest reasonable person in the auto repair business, but mikes the man !! Definitely sending him everyone I know , thanks Mike !!!

Mother's day and I needed a tire to get back to NJ. Got there just before 9AM and was out in 30 minutes. They were friendly, quick, professional and no upselling or games. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

Great employees, great customer service! The last shop I went too before that said I needed a radiator which would've cost me hundreds of dollars. My cousin referenced me to this place and long story short I didn't need a radiator after all it was a clamp that was broken which only cost me a few bucks. Not only do I appreciate their honesty, their prices are reasonable and they'll get you out at a reasonable time. They gained my trust and will be my permanent place to go.

I had come here to have my breaks worked on, they basically gave me the run around, got $500 out of me and sent me on my way with breaks still not fixed all while being pregnant. I ended up going to a different location to have my car actually fixed, which ended up taking weeks. I was promised a refund and never got it. It was the worst experience I ve ever had. One of the guys at the warwick store also told me I was wrong about my car so there s that. 0/10 don t recommend.

Initially, it was a 5 star rating however that has now changed to a 1 due to multiple issues within the last 4 days to include having an appointment on Saturday (yesterday) at 7:30am and no one showed up until 8am, then to find out the wrong part was ordered so I had to wait for that too. Now my lights are back on the dash! I do not want to talk to anyone at that store and wish to speak to the Franchise Owner to discuss these.

They are great at the Post Road, Warwick, R.I. station.There was no high pressure . And they did not try to sell me something that I didn't need.I would highly recommend them to friends and family!!

The manager and technician that worked on our 2006 car to replace the resinator were easy to work with and very professional. The price was reasonable and the work well done and timely.

I went to Monro Muffler to get an oil change and I had a wonderful experience. I met the manager, Jim. He was extremely helpful and kind. I have gone for other oil changes at other places before and they were fine. However, I will definitely be going back to Jim at Monro Muffler for any issues with my car. He has the experience and knowledge to make me feel that my car and the way it operates was the most important thing. Thank you, Jim for all your help and guidance!

This place was very quick and right time with your appointment but they advertise a conventional oil change for 29.95 and that's what I thought I was getting the total came up to 51.00 I ask how come he said taxes and fees smh that's not the way to do business I wasn't happy

I went in for an oil change where I met the store manager, Jim. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made my experience a very good one. It was a pleasant experience and he was very helpful. I would have no problem sending any of my friends, family members, or anyone really for that matter to visit Jim at Monro Muffler. The manager was very friendly. They were quick with my oil change. I was told about needing new brake pads, which I was already aware of, but with no high pressure sale. I will be back, and highly recommend them.

Excellent workmanship, Great price, I liked Tyler the assistant mgr he was very professional and confident. I would definitely advise others to seek they're assistance when they have auto issues. I would recommend people to call in advance because I have a feeling they are going to be very busy.
