These guys helped me when I was down on my luck eith my car after a falling out with another body shop of details I will not disclose. They took my Evo 8 in and went above and beyond my expectations. Communication was top notch and the results are something I could not be happier with. Will always be using Moda Motive for any and all of my autonomy work for both business and personal. Salem and his crew at Moda are top notch. I recently grabbed a 2014 Cadillac ATS off of them in October 2022 and even though I had minor problems, they took me back in immediately without an issue and helped me resolve my issue without costing me a dime. Every one of their services are insanely fair for pricing, some may even say its cheaper than it should be! Extremely professional workers, while being quick, efficient, and trustworthy with your belongings. Currently waiting on new tires to arrive to have them put on all 4 for me as well! Highly Recommended Service! They work for YOU, not for themselves!!

I ve had my car worked on by Moda multiple times and they are the absolute BEST!! I go to them for regular car tune ups but I recently also went to them for two big accidents back to back. One was flash flooding and the other was a collision where there was a lot of damage done But no worries thanks to Moda! Both times they went above and beyond for me and fixed my baby back up to perfection. They dealt with everything during the process and I didn t have to worry about a thing. They went back and forth and dealt with insurance to make sure I was well taken care of. They saved my car not only once, but twice, and I couldn t be more grateful. Everyone over at Moda is always so friendly and kind, and they all truly care about their customers. Even when I ve had to bring my kids in, they have the perfect little room with a tv and couch for them. They all were amazing with my daughters.They will never let you be screwed over and will always make sure they provide you with the absolute best service every time. I ve never been to a nicer kinder shop. I always feel heard and not taken advantage of and as a girl it s been hard to find a garage that gives me comfort like that.I literally won t go anywhere else, and I travel from Fall River for them. My vehicle had been in a rear end collision and Moda Motive reached out to me, to help take care of my vehicle! The were quick to pick up the vehicle the same day of the accident because I did not have a place to put the car due to living in an apartment and only have on street parking. Moda had handled everything for me very well! He had also returned my vehicle back to me in the condition I had requested it to be! I would highly recommend anyone looking to get auto body or mechanic work done to your vehicles to go to Moda Motive! If you are also looking to buy a vehicle he has plenty of different cars, trucks and SUVs to suit what you need in stock!

Salem and his crew know what they are doing. They are a 1 stop shop for custom work and insurance claims. There is no body else around that can work on the caliber of vehicles they do. If you want a easy process and great customer service you see Salem at Moda. Work speaks for itself do yourself a favor and take a drive by and you will see what I mean. Went in for some body work the owner took me aside showed me the damages and how he was going to repair them. Nothing was left overlooked ! Went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with the repairs performed! Even followed up a week later to see if I was still happy! 10/10

Salem and his crew cleaned up my boyfriend s new-to-him Porsche! Came out fantastic. He s also repaired his Honda and other family vehicles. Use him for all regular and specialty vehicle repair.

Known the owner for a long time. Local family owned with real moral fiber. When I need somthing done right, I come to Moda Motive. 10k for a paint job and they dont even fix the rot correctly. Shop owner said he had 20 guys look over this car and not 1 person said there was an issue.

Had a great experience with Salem and his team. Had them address some electrical troubleshooting and other final mechanics on my newly restored 69 Charger R/T. They work on a wide variety of classic and specialty vehicles not just your everyday drivers. The work was done well and promptly. I'm bring more work to them and would highly recommend Mota Motive to anyone.

I just had the most amazing automotive repair experience... probably EVER. Salem is one of a kind. Took me in without an appointment, diagnosed and fixed my car in one day so I didn't have to miss any more work. Being the first day after a holiday weekend, I wasn't expecting much but man, did he deliver. He kept in touch with me during the day with accurate estimates and honestly, I couldn't be more appreciative! Thank you Salem! I'll be returning for any/all car repairs going forward. You have a customer for life!!!

I brought my 2014 Lexus CT to the shop about a month and a half ago with a suspected blown head gasket. This car shares the same engine and hybrid system as the Toyota Prius. I pulled in there were several Prius and Supras on the lot. Quite a difference in Toyotas!Anyways the team took time to diagnose the issue correctly then gave me an accurate quote on the extensive work to replace the head gasket and machine the head/clean the intakes. I was kept up to date during the repair.I have had the car back for about a month and noticed I had a leak in coolant. I contacted Salem at the shop and he got me in the very next day to check over the work they did and fixed the leak all in the same day.I am confident that if you bring your car here they will tell you what s actually wrong with it and deliver a competitive accurate quote to fix the issue.Thanks!

Those of you need mechanic/body work , this is the shop u want to deal with . Call them yesterday ask to see if there appointments available today to get some work done , Salem say just stop by in the morning ! Got in and out within couple hour

Do yourself a favor and do not bring your car here!!! I brought my Chevy S 10 in for a simple manifold gasket replacement and alignment. Got it back with a blown motor and all they did was try and blame it on everybody else. The people working on your cars are not certified Tec s and even at the least if they took my car in and the motor was supposedly blown blown before hand why would they still take my $600? . Wouldn t you think they d call and say hey don t bother after we looked it over as they claim they did! It s cool karma gets you! Do not do not do not bring your car here!! Maybe they will make it right but I m sure they won t! Small claims court it is. With all these reviews and evidence I have from prior employees I m sure it ll work itself out :)

My car had a broken Mirror and they were not only super kind and helpful but were able to source a mirror very quickly and install it perfectly all while keeping me updated and giving me accurate pricing and estimates every step of the way. I would highly recommend Moda Motive to anyone who is looking for good quality service at a good price!

Supra was purchased at Retro Auto Sales but because the body work was done performed at the same location and the ownership was the same, I m going to leave a review here too. Our experience was fantastic, any issues were resolved by Salem. Thank you!

I was employed at moda for 2yrs in that time ive have seen the most unethical business practices one could think of. Salem is the exact definition of a " used car salesman". There were no certified technicians (ASE or icar) working there as of Friday 4/14/23 . If you choose to go moda or Retro Auto sales I wish you luck it is very much buyer beware .......SALEM I did not come at you with false accusations or lies so there's no need to accuse me of being dishonest anyone can look at your face book ads and hear you LIE about certified technicians..and it looks like you've blown another engine in costumers cars. What's that like 4 now . If you wanna talk about the truth let's set up a time and place where WE CAN TALK LIKE MEN.

The gentlemen that work there are very friendly, full of smiles! I went there a few weeks ago to have one of the employees fill out a paperwork for me. The paperwork benefit me at the DMV if they helped me out. So that being said they didn t have to help me but they did anyways, I m extremely grateful for that. I did have to go back because the DMV was very strict on the paperwork and how it s filled out, again they didn t have to help me. But they did a second time and refilled out the WHOLE paperwork all over again. I had gone to them cause I ve heard nothing but fantastic things about this place their employees, including the owner! So thank you guys again!

Actually it's Retro car sales. Went there for an inspection sticker. While waiting I saw that they did synthetic oil changes. Asked them if they could do it and they did right away. The owner, shop forman and the mechanics were all very friendly. Plus they have some pretty cool cars

I recently brought my 2021 Toyota Supra in for some aftermarket down springs to be installed and I wanted some place good that wasn t going to damage my car and someone I could trust, so I brought it to moda motiv! As soon as I pulled into the lot the guys were outside waiting for me! They got my car right in and got right to work on it! Very professional group of guys very friendly and trustworthy!! I highly recommend these guys for all your automotive needs and wants from general maintenance and care all the way upto paint bodywork or upgrades to your vehicle! Great pricing too!!
