Was looking to upgrade to a 4 door Clubman. Went to look at Mini of Warwick. Vinny, a Touring Advisor, greeted us outside. He asked about my needs and what I was looking for. He had a few choices for me to view and drive. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He showed me a courtesy car, that I fell in love with.If you're looking for a Mini, which is a fun and happy car to own and drive, then this is the place to go. Ask for Vini of Mini!! Nick, the Service Manager, was also available to answer questions and share his love for the Clubman.

After taking the long weekend searching for our next Mini we located one we were interested in at Mini of Warwick.Calling in the morning I was connected with Donna who was a pleasure from the initial call to inquire if the car we were interested in was available for us to test drive later that day. As we are about an hour away from the dealership she was ready and waiting for us once we arrived and also had a few other similar cars ready for us to view so we had options.We arrived at 1pm and were out the door with our new countryman by 6pm. Overall it was a stress free and low pressure experience. I cannot recommend Donna and Mini of Warwick enough. She really made us feel comfortable and gave us time to make sure we were making the right decisions.I would recommend her to anyone looking for a mini in the future!

Had a great experience with Vinny and Mini of Warwick. Drove from Worcester to test drive a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Clubman. Showed up and was quickly oriented to the vehicle and took her for a spin; bought her the next business day. I generally have anxiety in situations like this, but Vinny was easy to work with and made the process clear and easy. Highly recommend Vinny and this dealership. Thank you, loving my car!

My experience at the Mini Cooper of Warwick has been nothing but positive. Their staff is friendly and beyond helpful. Buying and servicing a car can be a difficult and stressful time but my experience at Mini Cooper of Warwick has been perfect and stress free. Vincent Corsi made my car purchase a breeze. He was incredibly friendly, organized and efficient. I would highly recommend asking for him for all your car buying and leasing needs! Sean Cameron in the service center was also a tremendous help. He was incredibly accommodating and beyond informative at every step of the way. I will not be going anywhere else to get my vehicle serviced. Thank you both for your help!

The difference at Mini Of Warwick is the team of experts who become friends. From Ron - Mini & BMW GM, to Vincent aka Vinny in Sales to Cameron, Daryl a Kristen (now at BMW) in Service who are always welcoming, honest & attentive. Vincent made my 2nd purchase experience with him dare I say fun with his open communication and friendly demeanor. Cameron & Daryl are always available for service appointments, loaner cars & transparent service recommendations and pricing. I highly recommend Mini of Warwick because of the people that work there.

They didn't put pressure on us but let the quality of the vehicle stand for itself, and then were super helpful throughout the whole purchase process. We had just an amazing experience with the team at Mini in Warwick. We just bought our 2nd Mini with them. The team is so knowledgeable and friendly. They make the car buying experience fun and easy. Vinny and the team there is excellent. I bought my Mini from him almost 10 years ago and mostly cinched my decision to go with Mini of Warwick again because he was there. The other members of the team too were great, guiding me through all the controls of my new car while also NOT trying to sell me a bunch of services I didn't need. All in all, I like this place a lot.

I had an outstanding encounter with Vinny, who assisted me in purchasing my new 2024 CountrymanS. From our initial communication, he demonstrated attentiveness, expertise, and went the extra mile to ensure we secured our dream vehicle, which was currently in production overseas. Throughout the 12-week production and shipping period to Warwick, RI, Vinny maintained constant communication, keeping us well-informed. He and his team patiently addressed all my questions, provided detailed explanations of the features, and took the time to demonstrate the functionality of everything. The service I received from this dealership and from Ms. Donna Keane was altogether such an excellent and special experience. Considering the fact I ve had my eyes set on the Mini for quite some time and hoped to manifest actually owning one one day They made the experience of purchasing my very first car oh so lovely / like a dream come true Ms. Keane and the rest of the Mini Warwick team was very personable, trustworthy, and had excellent communication.Overall, 5/5 and I m love with my new beautiful dream car, The Mini Countryman !!!!!!So so happy and excited. Vincent Corsi was so easy to work with. He was knowledgable and honest about the questions we asked. We didn't get the feeling of a "car" salesmen. He was professional and very instrumental in the beginning, middle and after the sale of the car. I absolutely LOVE my choice and am very happy. He is always available if i have any questions and will be more than willing to have me just walk in and be of assist!

Nick Grassini, the Sales Manager, and his staff made my buying experience wonderful from start to finish. No online customer service. Ordered parts for a customers mini cooper and when i emailed for a tracking number they emailed back with a cancelation of my order three days later. I emailed back to see what the problem was and no response. Not professional at all. So it seems if i didn't check on my order i would still be waiting. Rarely leave a bad review but not to return another business email is totally unexpectable in my opinion

Vinny at Mini of Warwick was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions when I was searching for a new car. I was able to test drive, finance, and buy my new car all in the same day. Vinny at mini of Warwick was also able to help me coordinate pickup of my new car the next day. I have had my new car for close to two weeks and could not be happier.

I've been taking my MINI here for service since we bought it 2 years ago, and every staff member I've dealt with in the service department has just been awesome. Everyone is courteous, honest, and communicative. Shout out to Sean and Darrel, and Jake over on the BMW side! Great team of people!

I have been either leasing or buying Mini Coopers from Donna Keane at Mini of Warwick for over 10 years now and each experience has been wonderful. Donna has helped me find just the right car each time with NO pressure. She has gone out of her way to search for a specific color and/ or style for me. I also love their service department and the fact that they will pick up my car and give me a loaner. I wouldn t go anywhere else except for Mini of Warwick!

Our new 2024 Mini Convertible is fantastic. It's my wife's main vehicle and she loves it. The ride is well tuned, sporty in the handling. Full featured, smart design and fun to drive!Our sales specialist Vinny Corsi really took care of us. He made made the purchase process smooth and easy for us. He was patient, accommodating, responsive, knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Exceptional customer focus and service. All with a smile. Vinny is a wonderful ambassador for Mini.Gina in Finance was great too, as was Dan at the end with the technical orientation.Mini of Warwick has terrific staff and wonderful service.Thank you, Vinny & Team!

Dealership was easy to find. Entering the sales floor was awesome, wasn't sure where to go, but Donna Keane, salesperson, made quick eye contact and made us feel welcome immediately. From that moment forward, she was super accommodating, arranging for a test drive, informing us of what was in stock and available. I never care for the actual trade-in/purchase negotiating, but that went smoothly, Donna was reasonable and explained how trade-in price was calculated. Gina Troy, finance tech was kind, outgoing, positive, and to the point explaining all the details of the required paperwork. I was missing one of the maintenance agreement contracts in the zip file they sent. They responded quickly and sent the missing document as soon as I requested it. Finally, Steven walked us through the details of operating the vehicle. He was a good natured, kind, patient fellow totally an expert on operating a Mini. Everyone made it clear we could come back or call anytime for follow-up assistance. All-in-all, a great experience.

Long story short they were open on Sunday because of end of the month, we went there at 3:30 when they were supposed to be closing at 4 pm, first person (forgot your name sorry ) didn t rush and still show interest of showing us the only convertible they had in their stock. After showing some interest Vinny helped us all the way, Chaz closed the deal at 6 pm (2 hour after closing) left the car and they did great details work. You guys are awesome, and thank you.

Great experience with Vinny buying a used Mini for my son - really responsive and easy to work with. I've been using them for years for my Countryman, and I've only had good interactions with this dealership, whether it's service, sales or parts.
